1 If3588 there arise6965 among7130 you a prophet,5030 or176 a dreamer2492 of dreams,2472 and giveth5414 413 thee a sign226 or176 a wonder,4159
|
1 Alles, was ich euch gebiete6680, das1697 sollt8104 ihr halten, daß ihr danach tut6213. Ihr sollt nichts1639 dazutun noch3254 davontun.

2 And the sign226 or the wonder4159 come to pass,935 whereof834 he spoke1696 unto413 thee, saying,559 Let us go1980 after310 other312 gods,430 which834 thou hast not3808 known,3045 and let us serve5647 them;

2 Wenn ein Prophet5030 oder Träumer2492 unter7130 euch wird aufstehen6965 und gibt5414 dir ein Zeichen226 oder Wunder4159,

|
3 Thou shalt not3808 hearken8085 unto413 the words1697 of that1931 prophet,5030 or176 that1931 dreamer2492 of dreams:2472 for3588 the LORD3068 your God430 proveth5254 you, to know3045 whether3426 ye love157 853 the LORD3068 your God430 with all3605 your heart3824 and with all3605 your soul.5315

3 und430 das Zeichen226 oder Wunder4159 kommt935, davon3212 er dir310 gesagt559 hat1696, und spricht: Laß uns andern312 Göttern folgen, die ihr3045 nicht kennet, und ihnen dienen5647:

4 Ye shall walk1980 after310 the LORD3068 your God,430 and fear3372 him, and keep8104 his commandments,4687 and obey8085 his voice,6963 and ye shall serve5647 him, and cleave1692 unto him.

4 so sollst3045 du8085 nicht gehorchen den Worten solches1697 Propheten5030 oder Träumers2492; denn der3426 HErr3068, euer GOtt430, versucht euch, daß er erfahre, ob ihr5254 ihn3068 von ganzem Herzen3824 und430 von ganzer See LE5315 lieb157 habt.

5 And that1931 prophet,5030 or176 that1931 dreamer2492 of dreams,2472 shall be put to death;4191 because3588 he hath spoken1696 to turn you away5627 from5921 the LORD3068 your God,430 which brought you out3318 853 of the land4480 776 of Egypt,4714 and redeemed6299 you out of the house4480 1004 of bondage,5650 to thrust5080 thee out of4480 the way1870 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 commanded6680 thee to walk1980 in. So shalt thou put the evil away1197 7451 from the midst4480 7130 of thee.

5 Denn ihr8085 sollt8104 dem HErrn3068, eurem GOtt430, folgen3212 und310 ihn fürchten3372 und seine Gebote4687 halten und seiner Stimme6963 gehorchen und ihm dienen5647 und ihm anhangen1692.

6 If3588 thy brother,251 the son121 of thy mother,517 or176 thy son,1121 or176 thy daughter,1323 or176 the wife802 of thy bosom,2436 or176 thy friend,7453 which834 is as thine own soul,5315 entice5496 thee secretly,5643 saying,559 Let us go1980 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 which834 thou hast not3808 known,3045 thou,859 nor thy fathers;1

6 Der Prophet5030 aber oder der Träumer soll sterben4191, darum daß5627 er euch von dem HErrn3068, eurem GOtt430, der euch aus3318 Ägyptenland776 geführet und5650 dich von dem Diensthause1004 erlöset hat2492, abzufallen5080 gelehret und dich aus dem Wege1870 verführet hat1696; den der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, geboten6680 hat6299, drinnen zu wandeln3212, auf7130 daß du den Bösen7451 von dir tust1197.

7 Namely, of the gods4480 430 of the people5971 which834 are round about5439 you, nigh7138 unto413 thee, or176 far off7350 from4480 thee, from the one end4480 7097 of the earth776 even unto5704 the other end7097 of the earth;776

7 Wenn dich dein Bruder251, deiner Mutter517 Sohn1121, oder dein Sohn1121, oder deine Tochter1323, oder das Weib802 in deinen Armen2436, oder dein Freund7453, der dir ist5496 wie3045 dein Herz5315, überreden würde heimlich5643 und430 sagen559: Laß uns gehen3212 und andern312 Göttern dienen5647, die du nicht kennest, noch deine Väter1,

8 Thou shalt not3808 consent14 unto him, nor3808 hearken8085 unto413 him; neither3808 shall thine eye5869 pity2347 5921 him, neither3808 shalt thou spare,2550 neither3808 shalt thou conceal3680 5921 him:
|
8 die unter den Völkern um7097 euch her5439 sind, sie5971 seien dir nahe7138 oder ferne7350, von einem Ende7097 der Erde776 bis an das776 andere:
|
|
9 But3588 thou shalt surely kill2026 2026 him; thine hand3027 shall be1961 first7223 upon him to put him to death,4191 and afterwards314 the hand3027 of all3605 the people.5971
|
9 so bewillige nicht14 und gehorche8085 ihm nicht. Auch soll dein Auge seiner nicht schonen2347, und sollst dich seiner nicht erbarmen2550 noch ihn5869 verbergen3680,

|
10 And thou shalt stone5619 him with stones,68 that he die;4191 because3588 he hath sought1245 to thrust thee away5080 from4480 5921 the LORD3068 thy God,430 which brought thee out3318 of the land4480 776 of Egypt,4714 from the house4480 1004 of bondage.5650
|
10 sondern sollst ihn erwürgen2026. Deine Hand3027 soll die erste7223 über ihm sein4191, daß man ihn töte2026, und danach die Hand3027 des ganzen Volks5971.

11 And all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and shall do6213 no3808 more3254 any1697 such wickedness7451 as this2088 is among7130 you.
|
11 Man soll ihn68 zu Tode4191 steinigen5619, denn er hat1245 dich wollen verführen5080 von dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, der dich aus3318 Ägyptenland776 Von dem Diensthause1004 geführet hat,

|
12 If3588 thou shalt hear8085 say in one259 of thy cities,5892 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath given5414 thee to dwell3427 there,8033 saying,559
|
12 auf daß ganz Israel3478 höre8085 und6213 fürchte3372 sich, und nicht3254 mehr solch7451 Übel1697 vornehme unter7130 euch.

|
13 Certain men,376 the children1121 of Belial,1100 are gone out3318 from among4480 7130 you, and have withdrawn5080 853 the inhabitants3427 of their city,5892 saying,559 Let us go1980 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 which834 ye have not3808 known;3045
|
13 Wenn du hörest von irgend einer259 Stadt5892, die dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, gegeben5414 hat8085, drinnen zu wohnen3427, daß man559 sagt:
|

14 Then shalt thou inquire,1875 and make search,2713 and ask7592 diligently;3190 and, behold,2009 if it be truth,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is wrought6213 among7130 you;

14 Es sind etliche582 Kinder1121 Belials ausgegangen3318 unter7130 dir und430 haben3045 die Bürger ihrer Stadt5892 verführt5080 und gesagt559: Laßt uns gehen3212 und andern312 Göttern dienen5647, die ihr3427 nicht kennet,
|

15 Thou shalt surely smite5221 5221 853 the inhabitants3427 of that1931 city5892 with the edge6310 of the sword,2719 destroying it utterly,2763 853 and all3605 that834 is therein, and the cattle929 thereof, with the edge6310 of the sword.2719

15 so sollst du fleißig suchen1875, forschen2713 und3190 fragen7592. Und so sich findet die Wahrheit571, daß1697 gewiß3559 also6213 ist, daß2063 der Greuel8441 unter7130 euch geschehen ist,

16 And thou shalt gather6908 all3605 the spoil7998 of it into413 the midst8432 of the street7339 thereof, and shalt burn8313 with fire784 853 the city,5892 and all3605 the spoil7998 thereof every whit,3632 for the LORD3068 thy God:430 and it shall be1961 a heap8510 forever;5769 it shall not3808 be built1129 again.5750

16 so sollst du5221 die Bürger derselben Stadt5892 schlagen5221 mit des Schwerts2719 Schärfe6310 und sie verbannen2763 mit allem, das drinnen ist, und ihr3427 Vieh929 mit der Schärfe6310 des Schwerts2719.

17 And there shall cleave1692 naught3808 3972 of4480 the cursed thing2764 to thine hand:3027 that4616 the LORD3068 may turn7725 from the fierceness4480 2740 of his anger,639 and show5414 thee mercy,7356 and have compassion7355 upon thee, and multiply7235 thee, as834 he hath sworn7650 unto thy fathers;1

17 Und allen ihren Raub7998 sollst du sammeln6908 mitten8432 auf die Gassen7339 und mit3632 Feuer784 verbrennen, beide Stadt5892 und allen ihren Raub7998 miteinander dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, daß sie1129 auf einem Haufen8510 liege ewiglich5769 und nimmer gebauet werde8313.

18 When3588 thou shalt hearken8085 to the voice6963 of the LORD3068 thy God,430 to keep8104 853 all3605 his commandments4687 which834 I595 command6680 thee this day,3117 to do6213 that which is right3477 in the eyes5869 of the LORD3068 thy God.430

18 Und laß nichts3972 von dem Bann an deiner Hand3027 hangen1692, auf daß2764 der HErr3068 von dem Grimm2740 seines Zorns639 abgewendet werde und gebe5414 dir Barmherzigkeit7356 und erbarme7355 sich deiner und mehre7235 dich7725, wie er deinen Vätern1 geschworen7650 hat,
