7 And the children1121 of Israel3478 did6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 and forgot7911 the LORD3068 their God,430 and served5647 Baalim1168 and the groves.842

7 И сделали6213 сыны1121 Израилевы3478 злое7451 пред очами5869 Господа,3068 и забыли7911 Господа3068 Бога430 своего, и служили5647 Ваалам1168 и Астартам.842
|
|
8 Therefore the anger639 of the LORD3068 was hot2734 against Israel,3478 and he sold4376 them into the hand3027 of Chushanrishathaim3573 king4428 of Mesopotamia:763 and the children1121 of Israel3478 served5647 Chushanrishathaim3573 eight8083 years.8141

8 И воспылал2734 гнев639 Господень3068 на Израиля,3478 и предал4376 их в руки3027 Хусарсафема,3573 царя4428 Месопотамского,763 и служили5647 сыны1121 Израилевы3478 Хусарсафему3573 восемь8083 лет.8141

9 And when the children1121 of Israel3478 cried2199 to the LORD,3068 the LORD3068 raised6965 up a deliverer3467 to the children1121 of Israel,3478 who delivered3467 them, even853 Othniel6274 the son1121 of Kenaz,7073 Caleb's3612 younger6996 brother.251

9 Тогда возопили2199 сыны1121 Израилевы3478 к Господу,3068 и воздвигнул6965 Господь3068 спасителя3467 сынам1121 Израилевым,3478 который спас3467 их, Гофониила,6274 сына1121 Кеназа,7073 младшего6996 брата251 Халевова.3612

10 And the Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 came1961 on him, and he judged8199 Israel,3478 and went3318 out to war:4421 and the LORD3068 delivered5414 Chushanrishathaim3573 king4428 of Mesopotamia763 into his hand;3027 and his hand3027 prevailed5810 against5921 Chushanrishathaim.3573

10 На нем был Дух7307 Господень,3068 и был8199 он судьею8199 Израиля.3478 Он вышел3318 на войну,4421 и предал5414 Господь3068 в руки3027 его Хусарсафема,3573 царя4428 Месопотамского,763 и преодолела5810 рука3027 его Хусарсафема.3573

12 And the children1121 of Israel3478 did6213 evil7451 again3254 in the sight5869 of the LORD:3068 and the LORD3068 strengthened2388 Eglon5700 the king4428 of Moab4124 against5921 Israel,3478 because5921 3588 they had done6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD.3068

13 And he gathered622 to him the children1121 of Ammon5983 and Amalek,6002 and went3212 and smote5221 Israel,3478 and possessed3423 the city5892 of palm8558 trees.

13 Он собрал622 к себе Аммонитян11215983 и Амаликитян,6002 и пошел3212 и поразил5221 Израиля,3478 и овладели3423 они городом5892 Пальм.85585899

|

15 But when the children1121 of Israel3478 cried2199 to the LORD,3068 the LORD3068 raised6965 them up a deliverer,3467 Ehud261 the son1121 of Gera,1617 a Benjamite,1145 a man376 left handed:334 3027 3225 and by him the c1121hildren of3478 Isra7971el sent a 4503present t5700o Eglon t4428he king o4124f Moab.

16 But Ehud261 made6213 him a dagger2719 which had two8147 edges,6366 of a cubit1574 length;753 and he did gird2296 it under8478 his raiment4055 on his right3225 thigh.3409

17 And he brought7126 the present4503 to Eglon5700 king4428 of Moab:4124 and Eglon5700 was a very3966 fat1277 man.376

18 And when834 he had made an end3615 to offer7126 the present,4503 he sent7971 away the people5971 that bore5375 the present.4503

19 But he himself1931 turned7725 again7725 from the quarries6456 that were by Gilgal,1537 and said,559 I have a secret5643 errand1697 to you, O king:4428 who said,559 Keep silence.2013 And all3605 that stood5975 by him went3318 out from him.

20 And Ehud261 came935 to him; and he was sitting3427 in a summer4747 parlor,5944 which834 he had for himself alone.905 And Ehud261 said,559 I have a message1697 from God430 to you. And he arose6965 out of his seat.3678

21 And Ehud261 put7971 forth7971 his left8040 hand,3027 and took3947 the dagger2719 from his right3225 thigh,3409 and thrust8628 it into his belly:990

21 Аод164 простер7971 левую8040 руку3027 свою и взял3947 меч2719 с правого3225 бедра3409 своего и вонзил8628 его в чрево990 его,

|
22 And the haft5325 also1571 went935 in after310 the blade;3851 and the fat2459 closed5462 on the blade,3851 so3588 that he could not draw8025 the dagger2719 out of his belly;990 and the dirt6574 came3318 out.

22 так что вошла935 за310 острием3851 и рукоять,5325 и тук2459 закрыл54621157 острие,3851 ибо Аод не вынул8025 меча2719 из чрева990 его, и он прошел3318 в задние6574 части.6574

|
23 Then Ehud261 went3318 forth3318 through the porch,4528 and shut5462 the doors1817 of the parlor5944 on him, and locked5274 them.

23 И вышел3318 Аод164 в преддверие,4528 и затворил5462 за собою двери1817 горницы,5944 и замкнул.5274
|
|
24 When he was gone3318 out, his servants5650 came;935 and when they saw7200 that, behold,2009 the doors1817 of the parlor5944 were locked,5274 they said,559 Surely389 he covers5526 his feet7272 in his summer4747 chamber.2315

25 And they tarried2342 till5704 they were ashamed:954 and, behold,2009 he opened6605 not the doors1817 of the parlor;5944 therefore they took3947 a key,4668 and opened6605 them: and, behold,2009 their lord113 was fallen5307 down dead4191 on the earth.776
|

|
26 And Ehud261 escaped4422 while5704 they tarried,4102 and passed5674 beyond5674 the quarries,6456 and escaped4422 to Seirath.8167

|
27 And it came1961 to pass, when he was come,935 that he blew8628 a trumpet7782 in the mountain2022 of Ephraim,669 and the children1121 of Israel3478 went3381 down3381 with him from the mount,2022 and he before6440 them.

27 Придя935 же вострубил8628 трубою7782 на горе2022 Ефремовой,669 и сошли3381 с ним сыны1121 Израилевы3478 с горы,2022 и он шел впереди3942 их.
|
|
28 And he said559 to them, Follow7291 after310 me: for the LORD3068 has delivered5414 your enemies341 the Moabites4124 into your hand.3027 And they went3381 down3381 after310 him, and took3920 the fords4569 of Jordan3383 toward Moab,4124 and suffered5414 not a man376 to pass5674 over.5674

28 И сказал559 им: идите7291 за310 мною, ибо предал5414 Господь3068 врагов341 ваших Моавитян4124 в руки3027 ваши. И пошли3381 за310 ним, и перехватили3920 переправу4569 через Иордан3383 к Моаву,4124 и не давали5414 никому376 переходить.5674

29 And they slew5221 of Moab4124 at that time6256 about ten6235 thousand505 men,376 all3605 lusty,8082 and all3605 men376 of valor;2428 and there escaped4422 not a man.376
|
29 И побили5221 в то время6256 Моавитян4124 около десяти6235 тысяч505 человек,376 все здоровых8082 и сильных,3762428 и никто376 не убежал.4422
|
|
30 So Moab4124 was subdued3665 that day3117 under8478 the hand3027 of Israel.3478 And the land776 had rest8252 fourscore8084 years.8141
|
30 Так смирились3665 в тот день3117 Моавитяне4124 пред3027 Израилем,3478 и покоилась8252 земля776 восемьдесят8084 лет.8141
|
|
31 And after310 him was Shamgar8044 the son1121 of Anath,6067 which slew5221 of the Philistines6430 six8337 hundred3967 men376 with an ox1241 goad:4451 and he also1571 delivered3467 Israel.3478
|
