1 When3588 a man376 has taken3947 a wife,802 and married1166 her, and it come1961 to pass that she find4672 no3808 favor2580 in his eyes,5869 because3588 he has found4672 some1697 uncleanness6172 in her: then let him write3789 her a bill5612 of divorce,3748 and give5414 it in her hand,3027 and send7971 her out of his house.1004

1 Если кто376 возьмет3947 жену802 и сделается1166 ее мужем,1166 и она не найдет4672 благоволения2580 в глазах5869 его, потому что он находит4672 в ней что-нибудь1697 противное,6172 и напишет3789 ей разводное3748 письмо,5612 и даст5414 ей в руки,3027 и отпустит7971 ее из дома1004 своего,

2 And when she is departed3318 out of his house,1004 she may go1980 and be another312 man's376 wife.

2 и она выйдет3318 из дома1004 его, пойдет,1980 и выйдет за другого312 мужа,376
|

3 And if the latter314 husband376 hate8130 her, and write3789 her a bill5612 of divorce,3748 and gives5414 it in her hand,3027 and sends7971 her out of his house;1004 or176 if3588 the latter314 husband376 die,4191 which834 took3947 her to be his wife;802

3 но и сей последний314 муж376 возненавидит8130 ее и напишет3789 ей разводное3748 письмо,5612 и даст5414 ей в руки,3027 и отпустит7971 ее из дома1004 своего, или умрет4191 сей последний314 муж376 ее, взявший3947 ее себе в жену,802 —

4 Her former7223 husband,1167 which834 sent7971 her away, may3201 not take3947 her again7725 to be his wife,802 after310 that she is defiled;2930 for that is abomination8441 before6440 the LORD:3068 and you shall not cause the land776 to sin,2398 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you for an inheritance.5159

4 то не может3201 первый7223 ее муж,1167 отпустивший7971 ее, опять7725 взять3947 ее себе в жену,802 после310 того как она осквернена,2930 ибо сие есть мерзость8441 пред3942 Господом,3068 и не порочь2398 земли,776 которую Господь3068 Бог430 твой дает5414 тебе в удел.5159

5 When3588 a man376 has taken3947 a new2319 wife,802 he shall not go3318 out to war,6635 neither3808 shall he be charged5674 5921 with any3605 business:1697 but he shall be free5355 at home1004 one259 year,8141 and shall cheer8055 up his wife802 which834 he has taken.3947

5 Если кто376 взял3947 жену802 недавно,2319 то пусть не идет3318 на войну,6635 и ничего не должно возлагать56741697 на него; пусть он остается свободен5355 в доме1004 своем в продолжение одного259 года8141 и увеселяет8055 жену802 свою, которую взял.3947

6 No3808 man shall take2254 the nether7347 or the upper7393 millstone7347 to pledge:2254 for he takes2254 a man's life5315 to pledge.2254

6 Никто не должен брать2254 в залог2254 верхнего7393 и нижнего7347 жернова,7347 ибо таковой берет2254 в залог2254 душу.5315
|

7 If3588 a man376 be found4672 stealing1589 any5315 of his brothers251 of the children1121 of Israel,3478 and makes merchandise6014 of him, or sells4376 him; then that thief1590 shall die;4191 and you shall put1197 evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

7 Если найдут4672 кого,376 что он украл1589 кого-нибудь5315 из братьев251 своих, из сынов1121 Израилевых,3478 и поработил6014 его, и продал4376 его, то такого вора1590 должно4191 предать4191 смерти;4191 и так истреби1197 зло7451 из среды7130 себя.

8 Take heed8104 in the plague5061 of leprosy,6883 that you observe8104 diligently,3966 and do6213 according to all3605 that the priests3548 the Levites3881 shall teach3384 you: as I commanded6680 them, so you shall observe8104 to do.6213

8 Смотри,8104 в язве5061 проказы6883 тщательно3966 соблюдай8104 и исполняй6213 весь закон, которому научат3384 вас священники3548 левиты;3881 тщательно8104 исполняйте,6213 что я повелел6680 им;

9 Remember2142 what853 834 the LORD3068 your God430 did6213 to Miriam4813 by the way,1870 after that you were come3318 forth3318 out of Egypt.4714

9 помни,2142 что Господь3068 Бог430 твой сделал6213 Мариами4813 на пути,1870 когда вы шли3318 из Египта.4714

10 When3588 you do lend5383 your brother7453 any3972 thing,4859 you shall not go935 into413 his house1004 to fetch5670 his pledge.5667
|
10 Если ты ближнему7453 твоему дашь5383 что3972-нибудь4859 взаймы,5383 то не ходи935 к нему в дом,1004 чтобы взять5670 у него залог,5667
|
|
11 You shall stand5975 abroad,2351 and the man376 to whom834 you do lend5383 shall bring3318 out the pledge5667 abroad2351 to you.
|
11 постой5975 на улице,2351 а тот, которому376 ты дал5383 взаймы,5383 вынесет3318 тебе залог5667 свой на улицу;2351

12 And if518 the man376 be poor,6041 you shall not sleep7901 with his pledge:5667
|
12 если же он будет человек376 бедный,6041 то ты не ложись7901 спать,7901 имея залог5667 его:
|
|
13 In any case7725 you shall deliver7725 him the pledge5667 again7725 when the sun8121 goes935 down,935 that he may sleep7901 in his own raiment,8008 and bless1288 you: and it shall be righteousness6666 to you before6440 the LORD3068 your God.430
|
13 возврати7725 ему залог5667 при захождении935 солнца,8121 чтоб он лег7901 спать7901 в одежде8008 своей и благословил1288 тебя, — и тебе поставится сие в праведность6666 пред3942 Господом3068 Богом430 твоим.

14 You shall not oppress6231 an hired7916 servant7916 that is poor6041 and needy,34 whether he be of your brothers,251 or of your strangers1616 that are in your land776 within your gates:8179
|
14 Не обижай6231 наемника,7916 бедного6041 и нищего,34 из братьев251 твоих или из пришельцев1616 твоих, которые в земле776 твоей, в жилищах8179 твоих;

15 At his day3117 you shall give5414 him his hire,7939 neither3808 shall the sun8121 go935 down935 on it; for he is poor,6041 and sets5375 his heart5315 on it: lest3808 he cry7121 against5921 you to the LORD,3068 and it be sin2399 to you.

15 в тот же день3117 отдай5414 плату7939 его, чтобы солнце8121 не зашло935 прежде того, ибо он беден,6041 и ждет5375 ее душа5315 его; чтоб он не возопил7121 на тебя к Господу,3068 и не было на тебе греха.2399

16 The fathers1 shall not be put to death4191 for the children,1121 neither3808 shall the children1121 be put to death4191 for the fathers:1 every man376 shall be put to death4191 for his own sin.2399
|
16 Отцы1 не должны быть4191 наказываемы4191 смертью4191 за детей,1121 и дети1121 не должны быть4191 наказываемы4191 смертью4191 за отцов;1 каждый376 должен быть4191 наказываем4191 смертью4191 за свое преступление.2399

17 You shall not pervert5186 the judgment4941 of the stranger,1616 nor of the fatherless;3490 nor3808 take2254 a widow's490 raiment899 to pledge:2254
|
17 Не суди4941 превратно5186 пришельца,1616 сироту;3490 и у вдовы490 не бери2254 одежды899 в залог;2254
|
|
18 But you shall remember2142 that you were1961 a slave5650 in Egypt,4714 and the LORD3068 your God430 redeemed6299 you there:8033 therefore5921 3651 I command6680 you to do6213 this2088 thing.1697

18 помни,2142 что и ты был рабом5650 в Египте,4714 и Господь3068 освободил6299 тебя оттуда: посему я и повелеваю6680 тебе делать6213 сие.1697

19 When3588 you cut7114 down your harvest7105 in your field,7704 and have forgot7911 a sheaf6016 in the field,7704 you shall not go7725 again7725 to fetch3947 it: it shall be for the stranger,1616 for the fatherless,3490 and for the widow:490 that the LORD3068 your God430 may bless1288 you in all3605 the work4639 of your hands.3027

19 Когда будешь7114 жать71147105 на поле7704 твоем, и забудешь7911 сноп6016 на поле,7704 то не возвращайся7725 взять3947 его; пусть он остается пришельцу,1616 сироте3490 и вдове,490 чтобы Господь3068 Бог430 твой благословил1288 тебя во всех делах4639 рук3027 твоих.

20 When3588 you beat2251 your olive2132 tree, you shall not go over the boughs6288 again:310 it shall be for the stranger,1616 for the fatherless,3490 and for the widow.490
|
20 Когда будешь2251 обивать2251 маслину2132 твою, то не пересматривай6286 за310 собою ветвей:6286 пусть остается пришельцу,1616 сироте3490 и вдове.490

21 When3588 you gather1219 the grapes of your vineyard,3754 you shall not glean5953 it afterward:310 it shall be for the stranger,1616 for the fatherless,3490 and for the widow.490
|
21 Когда будешь1219 снимать1219 плоды3754 в винограднике3754 твоем, не собирай5953 остатков за310 собою: пусть остается пришельцу,1616 сироте3490 и вдове;490

22 And you shall remember2142 that you were1961 a slave5650 in the land776 of Egypt:4714 therefore5921 3651 I command6680 you to do6213 this2088 thing.1697

22 и помни,2142 что ты был рабом5650 в земле776 Египетской:4714 посему я и повелеваю6680 тебе делать6213 сие.1697
