7 If1487 you endure5278 chastening,3809 God2316 deals4374 with you as with sons;5207 for what5101 son5207 is he whom3739 the father3962 chastens3811 not?

7 So ihr die3739 Züchtigung3809 erduldet5278, so erbeut sich4374 euch5213 GOtt2316 als5613 Kindern; denn1487 wo ist2076 ein Sohn, den5101 der Vater3962 nicht3756 züchtiget?

8 But if1487 you be without5565 chastisement,3809 whereof3739 all3956 are partakers,3353 then686 are you bastards,3541 and not sons.5207

8 Seid1096 ihr2075 aber1161 ohne5565 Züchtigung3809, welcher3739 sie alle3956 sind teilhaftig3353 worden, so1487 seid ihr2075 Bastarde3541 und2532 nicht3756 Kinder.

9 Furthermore1534 we have2192 had2192 fathers3962 of our flesh4561 which corrected3810 us, and we gave1788 them reverence:1788 shall we not much4183 rather3123 be in subjection5293 to the Father3962 of spirits,4151 and live?2198

10 For they truly3303 for a few3641 days2250 chastened3811 us after2596 their own848 pleasure;3588 1380 but he for our profit,4851 that we might be partakers3335 of his holiness.41

17 For you know2467 how3754 that afterward,3347 when he would2309 have2192 inherited2816 the blessing,2129 he was rejected:593 for he found2147 no3756 place5117 of repentance,3341 though2539 he sought1567 it carefully1567 with tears.1144

26 Whose3739 voice5456 then5119 shook4531 the earth:1093 but now3568 he has promised,1861 saying,3004 Yet2089 once530 more I shake4579 not the earth1093 only,3440 but also2532 heaven.3772

26 welches Stimme5456 zu der Zeit5119 die3739 Erde1093 bewegete. Nun3568 aber1161 verheißet er1861 und2532 spricht3004: Noch2089 einmal530 will ich1473 bewegen4531 nicht3756 allein3440 die Erde1093, sondern235 auch den Himmel3772.

27 And this3588 word, Yet2089 once530 more, signifies1213 the removing3331 of those3588 things that are shaken,4531 as of things that are made,4160 that those3588 things which cannot3361 be shaken4531 may remain.3306

27 Aber1161 solches »Noch2089 einmal530« zeigt an1213, daß5613 das Bewegliche4531 soll4160 verändert werden, als das gemacht ist, auf daß2443 da3361 bleibe3306 das Unbewegliche.

28 Why1352 we receiving3880 a kingdom932 which cannot761 be moved,761 let us have2192 grace,5485 whereby1223 3739 we may serve3000 God2316 acceptably2102 with reverence127 and godly fear:2124

28 Darum1352, dieweil761 wir2102 empfangen ein unbeweglich Reich932, haben2192 wir Gnade5485, durch welche3739 wir sollen GOtt2316 dienen3000, ihm zu3326 gefallen, mit3880 Zucht127 und2532 Furcht2124.
