Глава 32

1 Слушайте, что Я скажу! Царь должен избрать путь правды, и правители должны править по справедливости.

2 Тогда бы царь был укрытием от ветров и дождей, он стал бы потоком воды для сухой земли, прохладной тенью в знойном краю.

3 Люди обращались бы к царю за помощью и воистину слушали бы его слова.

4 Растерявшиеся обрели бы способность понимать, и косноязычные заговорили бы ясно и быстро.

5 Глупцов не называли бы великими людьми, не почитали бы коварных.

6 Глупцы говорят глупость и носят в сердце зло: они хотят творить беззаконие, наносить оскорбления Господу, не давать голодному хлеба, а жаждущему — питья.

7 Зло — их орудие, они замышляют всё отнять у бедных, они лгут о бедняках, и ложь их мешает судить справедливо.

8 Но добрый правитель стремится делать добро, и поэтому он станет главным над другими правителями.

9 Некоторые женщины живут беззаботно, они чувствуют себя в безопасности. Так пусть встанут они и послушают, что Я скажу!

10 Через год вас постигнет несчастье, потому что не будет урожая винограда, нечего будет вам собирать.

11 Вы сейчас спокойны, женщины, но вам следует быть в страхе! Вы чувствуете себя в безопасности, но вам следует беспокоиться! Снимите ваши красивые платья и наденьте одежды печали.

12 Бейте себя в грудь от горя, плачьте из-за того, что опустели ваши поля, а виноградники больше не плодоносят.

13 Плачьте о земле Моего народа, потому что лишь сорняки и колючки будут расти на ней. Плачьте о городе и обо всех домах, прежде полных радости.

14 Люди оставят столицу, опустеют дворцы и башни, никто не будет жить в домах, все будут жить в пещерах. Дикие ослы, звери и овцы будут щипать в городе траву.

15 Так будет до тех пор, пока Господь не пошлёт нам свыше Своего Духа. Тогда пустыня станет плодородной, словно лес густой.

16 Где теперь на земле пустыня, там будет царствовать добро, а где плодородная земля, там правосудие восторжествует.

17 Это добро принесёт спасение и мир навеки.

18 Народ Мой будет жить в полях мира, в шатрах безопасности, в покое и в мире.

19 Но прежде чем это случится, лес должен пасть, и город должен быть побеждён.

20 Благословенны будут те из вас, кто, переходя с места на место, сеют семена у речных потоков и пасут там свой скот и ослов.

1 Behold,2005 a king4428 shall reign4427 in righteousness,6664 and princes8269 shall rule8323 in judgment.4941

2 And a man376 shall be as an hiding4224 place from the wind,7307 and a covert5643 from the tempest;2230 as rivers6388 of water4325 in a dry6724 place, as the shadow6738 of a great3515 rock5553 in a weary5889 land.776

3 And the eyes5869 of them that see7200 shall not be dim,8159 and the ears241 of them that hear8085 shall listen.7181

4 The heart3824 also of the rash4116 shall understand995 knowledge,1847 and the tongue3956 of the stammerers5926 shall be ready4116 to speak1696 plainly.6703

5 The vile5036 person shall be no3808 more5750 called7121 liberal,5081 nor3808 the churl3596 said559 to be bountiful.7771

6 For the vile5036 person will speak1696 villainy,5039 and his heart3820 will work6213 iniquity,205 to practice6213 hypocrisy,2612 and to utter1696 error8442 against413 the LORD,3068 to make empty7324 the soul5315 of the hungry,7456 and he will cause the drink4945 of the thirsty6771 to fail.2637

7 The instruments3627 also of the churl3596 are evil:7451 he devises3289 wicked2154 devices2154 to destroy2254 the poor6035 6041 with lying8267 words,561 even when the needy34 speaks1696 right.4941

8 But the liberal5081 devises3289 liberal5081 things; and by liberal5081 things shall he stand.6965

9 Rise6965 up, you women802 that are at ease;7600 hear8085 my voice,6963 you careless982 daughters;1323 give ear238 to my speech.565

10 Many days3117 and years8141 shall you be troubled,7264 you careless982 women: for the vintage1210 shall fail,3615 the gathering625 shall not come.935

11 Tremble,2729 you women that are at ease;7600 be troubled,7264 you careless982 ones: strip6584 you, and make you bore,6209 and gird2290 sackcloth on your loins.2504

12 They shall lament5594 for the teats,7699 for the pleasant2531 fields,7704 for the fruitful6509 vine.1612

13 On the land127 of my people5971 shall come5927 up thorns6975 and briers;8068 yes,3588 on all3605 the houses1004 of joy4885 in the joyous5947 city:7151

14 Because3588 the palaces759 shall be forsaken;5203 the multitude1995 of the city5892 shall be left;5800 the forts6076 and towers975 shall be for dens4631 for ever,5769 a joy4885 of wild6501 asses,6501 a pasture4829 of flocks;5739

15 Until5704 the spirit7307 be poured6168 on us from on high,4791 and the wilderness4057 be a fruitful3759 field, and the fruitful3759 field be counted2803 for a forest.3293

16 Then judgment4941 shall dwell7931 in the wilderness,4057 and righteousness6666 remain3427 in the fruitful3759 field.

17 And the work4639 of righteousness6666 shall be peace;7965 and the effect5656 of righteousness6666 quietness8252 and assurance983 for ever.5769

18 And my people5971 shall dwell3427 in a peaceable7965 habitation,5116 and in sure4009 dwellings,4908 and in quiet7600 resting4496 places;

19 When it shall hail,1258 coming3381 down3381 on the forest;3293 and the city5892 shall be low8213 in a low8219 place.

20 Blessed835 are you that sow2232 beside5921 all3605 waters,4325 that send7971 forth thither the feet7272 of the ox7794 and the ass.2543

15 Так будет до тех пор, пока Господь не пошлёт нам свыше Своего Духа. Тогда пустыня станет плодородной, словно лес густой.

15 Until5704 the spirit7307 be poured6168 on us from on high,4791 and the wilderness4057 be a fruitful3759 field, and the fruitful3759 field be counted2803 for a forest.3293

16 Где теперь на земле пустыня, там будет царствовать добро, а где плодородная земля, там правосудие восторжествует.

16 Then judgment4941 shall dwell7931 in the wilderness,4057 and righteousness6666 remain3427 in the fruitful3759 field.

17 Это добро принесёт спасение и мир навеки.

17 And the work4639 of righteousness6666 shall be peace;7965 and the effect5656 of righteousness6666 quietness8252 and assurance983 for ever.5769

18 Народ Мой будет жить в полях мира, в шатрах безопасности, в покое и в мире.

18 And my people5971 shall dwell3427 in a peaceable7965 habitation,5116 and in sure4009 dwellings,4908 and in quiet7600 resting4496 places;

19 Но прежде чем это случится, лес должен пасть, и город должен быть побеждён.

19 When it shall hail,1258 coming3381 down3381 on the forest;3293 and the city5892 shall be low8213 in a low8219 place.

20 Благословенны будут те из вас, кто, переходя с места на место, сеют семена у речных потоков и пасут там свой скот и ослов.
