1 Господь сказал Моисею:

2 — Вели израильтянам выслать из лагеря любого, кто болен заразной кожной болезнью, у кого выделения или кто осквернился, прикоснувшись к покойнику.

3 Вышлите и мужчин, и женщин; вышлите их за пределы лагеря, чтобы они не оскверняли лагерь, где Я обитаю среди вас.

4 Израильтяне сделали это. Они выслали их за пределы лагеря. Они сделали в точности так, как сказал Моисею Господь.

5 Господь сказал Моисею:

6 — Скажи израильтянам: «Если мужчина или женщина причинит зло другому человеку, нарушив этим верность Господу, то такой человек виновен

7 и должен открыто признать свой грех. Пусть он возместит за причиненное зло сполна, добавит к этому пятую часть и отдаст тому, кому он причинил зло.

8 Но если пострадавший умрет и у него нет близкого родственника, которому можно возместить за зло, то возмещение принадлежит Господу и должно быть отдано священнику вместе с жертвенным бараном, через которого будет совершено очищение виновного.

9 Все священные дары, которые израильтяне приносят священнику, принадлежат ему.

10 Священные дары каждого человека — его собственность, но то, что он отдал священнику, принадлежит священнику».

11 Господь сказал Моисею:

12 — Говори с израильтянами и скажи им: «Если кому-то изменит жена, и будет ему неверна,

13 и если кто-то другой переспит с ней, а муж не будет об этом знать; если она осквернится тайно, и нет свидетеля, и ее не уличили,

14 а муж станет ревновать и подозревать жену, которая осквернилась, — или же в ревности заподозрит ее, а она не осквернялась, —

15 то пусть он приведет жену к священнику. Пусть он принесет за нее приношение из десятой части ефы ячменной муки, но пусть не возливает на муку масло и не кладет на нее ладана, потому что это хлебное приношение ревности, приношение напоминания, заставляющее вспомнить о беззаконии.

16 Пусть священник приведет ее и поставит перед Господом.

17 Пусть он нальет в глиняный сосуд священной воды и положит в воду землю с пола скинии.

18 Поставив женщину перед Господом, пусть священник распустит ей волосы и вложит ей в руки приношение напоминания, хлебное приношение ревности, а сам будет держать горькую воду, которая наводит проклятие.

19 Пусть священник скажет женщине: „Если другой мужчина не спал с тобой, если, будучи замужем, ты не изменила и не осквернилась, то пусть эта горькая вода, наводящая проклятие, тебе не повредит.

20 Но если, будучи замужем, ты изменила и осквернилась, ложась с другим мужчиной, кроме мужа, —

21 тогда пусть священник велит женщине дать клятву проклятия и скажет ей: — то пусть предаст тебя Господь на проклятия и брань в твоем народе, сделав твое лоно опавшим, а живот вздутым.

22 Пусть эта вода, наводящая проклятие, войдет в тебя, чтобы твой живот вздулся, а лоно опало “. И пусть женщина скажет: „Аминь, аминь “.

23 Священник запишет эти проклятия в свиток и смоет в горькую воду.

24 Пусть он напоит женщину горькой водой, которая наводит проклятие; эта вода войдет в нее и заставит ее жестоко страдать.

25 Пусть священник возьмет у нее из рук хлебное приношение ревности, потрясет перед Господом и принесет к жертвеннику.

26 Он возьмет пригоршню хлебного приношения как памятную часть и сожжет на жертвеннике. Потом он напоит женщину водой.

30 или если мужа, который подозревает жену, охватит ревность. Пусть священник поставит ее перед Господом и во всем поступит с ней по этому закону.

31 Муж будет чист от греха, а жена понесет последствия греха».

1 THE LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper and every one who has a discharge and whosoever has defiled himself;

3 Both male and female shall you put outside the camp, that they may not defile your camps, for I dwell among you.

4 And the children of Israel did so, and put them outside the camp; as the LORD had said to Moses, so did the children of Israel.

5 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

6 Say to the children of Israel, When a man or a woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do wrong in the sight of the LORD, and that person shall be guilty,

7 Then he shall confess his sins which he has committed; and his guilt shall return upon his own head; and he shall add a fifth part thereof, and give it to him whom he had wronged.

8 And if the person has no kinsman to whom to recompense the trespass, let the trespass offering which they bring on his behalf before the LORD be given to the priest in addition to the ram of the atonement with which an atonement is made for him.

9 And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel which they bring to the priest shall be his.

10 And every man's hallowed things shall be his; and whatever any man gives to the priest, shall be his.

11 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

12 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, If any man's wife does wrong, and commits a trespass against him,

13 And a man lies with her carnally and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and the act is kept secret and she is defiled and there is no witness against her, neither is she caught in the act,

14 And the temper of jealousy comes upon him and he be jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the temper of jealousy comes upon him and he becomes jealous of his wife and she is not defiled,

15 Then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and he shall bring as his offering a tenth part of an ephah of barley flour; and he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense upon it; for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering for a memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.

16 And the priest shall bring her near, and she shall stand before the LORD;

17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and some of the dust that is in the base of the altar of the tabernacle the priest shall take and put it into the water;

18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD and shave the woman's head and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering; and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water of testing;

19 And the priest shall charge the woman by an oath, and say to her, If no man has lain with you besides your husband, and if you have not done wrong and become unclean, be absolved from these charges by this bitter water of testing;

20 But if you have done wrong by having lain with another man besides your husband, and if you have defiled yourself, and some other man has lain with you besides your husband;

21 Then the priest shall adjure the woman with the oaths of cursing, and the priest shall say to the woman, The LORD make you a curse and an oath among your people, when the LORD makes your thigh to rot and your belly to swell;

22 And this water of testing shall go into your belly and make your belly to swell and your thighs to rot; and the woman shall say, Amen, amen.

23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot out the writing in the water of testing;

24 And he shall make the woman drink the bitter water of testing; and the water of testing shall enter into her, to try her.

25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy meal offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the meal offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar;

26 And the priest shall take some of the meal offering as the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.

27 And when he has made her drink the water, if she has defiled herself and has committed iniquity against her husband, the water of testing shall enter into her, and shall try her, and if her belly shall swell and her thighs shall rot, then that woman shall be a curse among her people.

28 But if the woman has not defiled herself, but is pure, then she shall be absolved, and shall bear a male child.

29 This is the law of jealousy when a woman does wrong by having lain with another man besides her husband and defiles herself,

30 Or when the temper of jealousy comes upon a man and he is jealous over his wife and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law;

31 Then the man shall be blameless from guilt, but the woman shall bear her iniquity.

4 And the children of Israel did so, and put them outside the camp; as the LORD had said to Moses, so did the children of Israel.

5 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

9 And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel which they bring to the priest shall be his.

10 Священные дары каждого человека — его собственность, но то, что он отдал священнику, принадлежит священнику».

10 And every man's hallowed things shall be his; and whatever any man gives to the priest, shall be his.

11 Господь сказал Моисею:

11 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

12 — Говори с израильтянами и скажи им: «Если кому-то изменит жена, и будет ему неверна,

12 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, If any man's wife does wrong, and commits a trespass against him,

13 и если кто-то другой переспит с ней, а муж не будет об этом знать; если она осквернится тайно, и нет свидетеля, и ее не уличили,

13 And a man lies with her carnally and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and the act is kept secret and she is defiled and there is no witness against her, neither is she caught in the act,

14 а муж станет ревновать и подозревать жену, которая осквернилась, — или же в ревности заподозрит ее, а она не осквернялась, —

14 And the temper of jealousy comes upon him and he be jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the temper of jealousy comes upon him and he becomes jealous of his wife and she is not defiled,

15 то пусть он приведет жену к священнику. Пусть он принесет за нее приношение из десятой части ефы ячменной муки, но пусть не возливает на муку масло и не кладет на нее ладана, потому что это хлебное приношение ревности, приношение напоминания, заставляющее вспомнить о беззаконии.

15 Then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and he shall bring as his offering a tenth part of an ephah of barley flour; and he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense upon it; for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering for a memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.

16 Пусть священник приведет ее и поставит перед Господом.

16 And the priest shall bring her near, and she shall stand before the LORD;

17 Пусть он нальет в глиняный сосуд священной воды и положит в воду землю с пола скинии.

17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and some of the dust that is in the base of the altar of the tabernacle the priest shall take and put it into the water;

18 Поставив женщину перед Господом, пусть священник распустит ей волосы и вложит ей в руки приношение напоминания, хлебное приношение ревности, а сам будет держать горькую воду, которая наводит проклятие.

18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD and shave the woman's head and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering; and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water of testing;

19 Пусть священник скажет женщине: „Если другой мужчина не спал с тобой, если, будучи замужем, ты не изменила и не осквернилась, то пусть эта горькая вода, наводящая проклятие, тебе не повредит.

19 And the priest shall charge the woman by an oath, and say to her, If no man has lain with you besides your husband, and if you have not done wrong and become unclean, be absolved from these charges by this bitter water of testing;

20 Но если, будучи замужем, ты изменила и осквернилась, ложась с другим мужчиной, кроме мужа, —

20 But if you have done wrong by having lain with another man besides your husband, and if you have defiled yourself, and some other man has lain with you besides your husband;

21 тогда пусть священник велит женщине дать клятву проклятия и скажет ей: — то пусть предаст тебя Господь на проклятия и брань в твоем народе, сделав твое лоно опавшим, а живот вздутым.

21 Then the priest shall adjure the woman with the oaths of cursing, and the priest shall say to the woman, The LORD make you a curse and an oath among your people, when the LORD makes your thigh to rot and your belly to swell;

22 Пусть эта вода, наводящая проклятие, войдет в тебя, чтобы твой живот вздулся, а лоно опало “. И пусть женщина скажет: „Аминь, аминь “.

22 And this water of testing shall go into your belly and make your belly to swell and your thighs to rot; and the woman shall say, Amen, amen.

23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot out the writing in the water of testing;

26 And the priest shall take some of the meal offering as the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.

27 And when he has made her drink the water, if she has defiled herself and has committed iniquity against her husband, the water of testing shall enter into her, and shall try her, and if her belly shall swell and her thighs shall rot, then that woman shall be a curse among her people.

28 Но если женщина не осквернилась и чиста, она останется невредимой и сможет иметь детей.

28 But if the woman has not defiled herself, but is pure, then she shall be absolved, and shall bear a male child.

29 Таков закон о ревности, если замужняя женщина нарушит верность и осквернится,

29 This is the law of jealousy when a woman does wrong by having lain with another man besides her husband and defiles herself,
