Глава 20

1 — Небесное Царство подобно хозяину, который рано утром вышел нанять людей на работу в своем винограднике.

2 Он договорился с ними, что заплатит им по динарию за день работы, и послал их в свой виноградник.

3 В третьем часу он опять вышел и увидел, что на площади еще стоят люди без работы.

4 Он говорит им: «Идите и вы работать в мой виноградник, и я заплачу вам по справедливости».

5 Те пошли. В шестом и в девятом часу он опять выходил и делал то же самое.

6 Потом он вышел в одиннадцатом часу и вновь нашел стоящих людей. «Что вы тут стоите весь день без дела?» — спросил он их.

7 «Никто нас не нанял», — ответили те. «Идите и вы работать в мой виноградник», — говорит им хозяин.

8 Когда наступил вечер, хозяин сказал своему управляющему: «Позови всех работников и выдай им плату. Начни с тех, которые были наняты последними, и в конце рассчитайся с теми, кто нанят утром».

9 Работники, которых наняли в одиннадцатом часу, пришли, и каждый из них получил по динарию.

10 Когда подошла очередь работников, нанятых первыми, они ожидали, что получат больше, но каждый из них тоже получил по одному динарию.

11 Когда с ними расплатились, они стали роптать на хозяина:

12 «Те, кого ты нанял последними, работали всего один час, и ты заплатил им столько же, сколько и нам, а мы трудились в такую жару весь день!»

13 Хозяин ответил одному из них: «Друг, я же не обманываю тебя. Разве ты не согласился работать за один динарий?

14 Так возьми свою плату и иди. А я хочу заплатить тем, кого я нанял последними, столько же, сколько и тебе.

15 Не вправе ли я распоряжаться своими деньгами так, как хочу? Или, может, моя щедрость вызывает в тебе зависть?»

16 Так вот, последние будут первыми, и первые — последними.

17 По дороге в Иерусалим Иисус отвел двенадцать учеников в сторону и сказал им:

18 — Вот, мы восходим в Иерусалим, там Сына Человеческого выдадут первосвященникам и учителям Закона. Они приговорят Его к смерти

19 и отдадут язычникам на глумление, бичевание и распятие. Но на третий день Он воскреснет.

20 Потом к Иисусу подошла мать сыновей Зеведея вместе с сыновьями. Кланяясь, она обратилась к Нему с просьбой.

21 — Что ты хочешь? — спросил Он ее. Она сказала: — Вели, чтобы оба мои сына сели один по правую, а другой по левую руку от Тебя в Твоем Царстве.

22 — Вы не знаете, о чем просите, — ответил Иисус. — Можете ли пить чашу, которую Я буду пить, или креститься крещением, которым Я крещусь? — Можем, — ответили они.

23 Иисус сказал им: — Пить из Моей чаши вы будете, и крещением, которым Я крещусь, будете креститься, но кому сидеть по правую, а кому по левую руку от Меня, решаю не Я, эти места принадлежат тем, кому они назначены Моим Отцом.

24 Когда остальные десять учеников услышали это, они рассердились на братьев.

25 Иисус же подозвал их и сказал: — Вы знаете, что языческие правители господствуют над своими народами, и владеет людьми их знать.

26 У вас пусть будет не так. Наоборот, кто хочет стать среди вас самым великим, должен быть вам слугой,

27 и кто хочет быть среди вас первым, пусть будет вам слугой.

28 Ведь и Сын Человеческий пришел не для того, чтобы Ему служили, но чтобы служить другим и отдать Свою жизнь как выкуп за многих.

29 Когда Иисус и ученики покидали Иерихон, за ними следовало множество людей.

30 У дороги сидели двое слепых, которые, услышав, что мимо идет Иисус, стали кричать: — Господи, Сын Давидов, сжалься над нами!

31 Люди стали говорить им, чтобы они замолчали, но те кричали еще громче: — Господи, Сын Давидов, сжалься над нами!

32 Иисус остановился и позвал их. — Что вы хотите, чтобы Я сделал для вас? — спросил Он.

33 — Господи, хотим прозреть, — ответили те.

4 And said2036 to them; Go5217 you also2532 into1519 the vineyard,290 and whatever3739 1437 is right1342 I will give you. And they went565 their way.

5 Again3825 he went1831 out about4012 the sixth1623 and ninth1766 hour,5610 and did4160 likewise.5615

6 And about4012 the eleventh1734 hour5610 he went1831 out, and found2147 others243 standing2476 idle,692 and said3004 to them, Why5101 stand2476 you here5602 all3650 the day2250 idle?692

7 They say3004 to him, Because3754 no3762 man3762 has hired3409 us. He said3004 to them, Go5217 you also2532 into1519 the vineyard;290 and whatever3739 1437 is right,1342 that shall you receive.2983

8 So1161 when even3798 was come,1096 the lord2962 of the vineyard290 said3004 to his steward,2012 Call2564 the laborers,2040 and give591 them their hire,3408 beginning756 from the last2078 to the first.4413

9 And when they came2064 that were hired3409 about4012 the eleventh1734 hour,5610 they received2983 every303 man a penny.1220

10 But when the first4413 came,2064 they supposed3543 that they should have received2983 more;4119 and they likewise2532 received2983 every303 man a penny.1220

11 And when they had received2983 it, they murmured1111 against2596 the manager3611 of the house,3617

12 Saying,3004 These3778 last2078 have worked4160 but one3391 hour,5610 and you have made4160 them equal2470 to us, which3588 have borne941 the burden922 and heat2742 of the day.2250

13 But he answered611 one1520 of them, and said,2036 Friend,2083 I do91 you no3756 wrong:91 did not you agree4856 with me for a penny?1220

14 Take142 that your4674 is, and go5217 your way: I will2309 give1325 to this5129 last,2078 even2532 as to you.

15 Is it not lawful1832 for me to do4160 what3739 I will2309 with my1699 own? Is your4675 eye3788 evil,4190 because3754 I am1510 good?18

16 So3779 the last2078 shall be first,4413 and the first4413 last:2078 for many4183 be called,2822 but few3641 chosen.1588

17 And Jesus2424 going305 up to Jerusalem2414 took3880 the twelve1427 disciples3101 apart2596 2398 in the way,3598 and said2036 to them,

18 Behold,2400 we go305 up to Jerusalem;2414 and the Son5207 of man444 shall be betrayed3860 to the chief749 priests749 and to the scribes,1122 and they shall condemn2632 him to death,2288

19 And shall deliver3860 him to the Gentiles1484 to mock,1702 and to whip,3146 and to crucify4717 him: and the third5154 day2250 he shall rise450 again.450

20 Then5119 came4334 to him the mother3384 of Zebedees2199 children5207 with her sons,5207 worshipping4352 him, and desiring154 a certain5100 thing of him.

21 And he said2036 to her, What5101 will2309 you? She said3004 to him, Grant2036 that these3778 my two1417 sons5207 may sit,2523 the one1520 on1537 your right1188 hand, and the other1520 on1537 the left,2176 in your kingdom.932

22 But Jesus2424 answered611 and said,2036 You know1492 not what5101 you ask.154 Are you able1410 to drink4095 of the cup4221 that I shall drink4095 of, and to be baptized907 with the baptism908 that I am baptized907 with? They say3004 to him, We are able.1410

23 And he said3004 to them, You shall drink4095 indeed3303 of my cup,4221 and be baptized907 with the baptism908 that I am baptized907 with: but to sit2523 on1537 my right1188 hand, and on1537 my left,2176 is not my1699 to give,1325 but it shall be given to them for whom3739 it is prepared2090 of my Father.3962

24 And when the ten1176 heard191 it, they were moved23 with indignation23 against4012 the two1417 brothers.80

25 But Jesus2424 called4341 them to him, and said,2036 You know1492 that the princes758 of the Gentiles1484 exercise2634 dominion2634 over them, and they that are great3171 exercise2715 authority2715 on them.

26 But it shall not be so3779 among1722 you: but whoever3739 1437 will2309 be great3173 among1722 you, let him be your5216 minister;1249

27 And whoever3739 1437 will2309 be chief4413 among1722 you, let him be your5216 servant:1401

28 Even5618 as the Son5207 of man444 came2064 not to be ministered1247 to, but to minister,1247 and to give1325 his life5590 a ransom3083 for many.4183

29 And as they departed1607 from Jericho,2410 a great4183 multitude3793 followed190 him.

30 And, behold,2400 two1417 blind5185 men sitting2521 by the way3598 side,3844 when they heard191 that Jesus2424 passed3855 by, cried2896 out, saying,3004 Have mercy1653 on us, O Lord,2962 you son5207 of David.1138

31 And the multitude3793 rebuked2008 them, because2443 they should hold4623 their peace:4623 but they cried2896 the more,3185 saying,3004 Have mercy1653 on us, O Lord,2962 you son5207 of David.1138

32 And Jesus2424 stood2476 still,2476 and called5455 them, and said,2036 What5101 will2309 you that I shall do4160 to you?

33 They say3004 to him, Lord,2962 that our eyes3788 may be opened.455

34 So1161 Jesus2424 had compassion4697 on them, and touched680 their eyes:3788 and immediately2112 their eyes3788 received308 sight,308 and they followed190 him.
