Глава 24

1 а в первый день недели ранним утром пришли к гробнице, неся приготовленные ими благовония.

2 И нашли они камень отваленным от гробницы

3 и, войдя, не нашли тела Господа Иисуса.

4 И было: когда они недоумевали об этом, вот предстали им два мужа в одеянии блистающем.

5 Когда же они устрашились и склоняли лица к земле, те сказали им: что вы ищете живого среди мертвых?

6 Его нет здесь, но восстал Он. Вспомните, как Он сказал вам, когда был еще в Галилее,

7 говоря о Сыне Человеческом, что надлежит Ему быть преданным в руки людей грешных и быть распятым и в третий день воскреснуть.

8 И вспомнили они слова Его

9 и, возвратившись от гробницы, возвестили всё это одиннадцати и всем прочим.

10 То были Магдалина Мария и Иоанна и Мария Иаковлева. И другие с ними говорили апостолам об этом.

11 И показались им слова эти бредом, и они не верили женщинам.

12 Но Петр, встав, побежал к гробнице и, наклонившись, видит одни только пелены. И пошел он к себе, дивясь происшедшему.

13 И вот, двое из них в тот же день шли в селение, отстоящее в шестидесяти стадиях от Иерусалима, имя ему Эммаус.

14 И они беседовали между собой о всех этих событиях.

15 И было: когда они беседовали и рассуждали, Сам Иисус, приблизившись, пошел с ними;

16 но глаза их были удержаны, так что они не узнали Его.

17 Он же сказал им: о чем это вы толкуете между собою в пути? И они остановились омраченные.

18 А один из них, по имени Клеопа, сказал Ему в ответ: один Ты в Иерусалиме не знаешь о случившемся в нем в эти дни?

19 И сказал им: о чем? Они же сказали Ему: о том, что было с Иисусом Назарянином, Который был пророк, сильный в деле и слове пред Богом и всем народом;

20 как предали Его первосвященники и начальники наши для осуждения на смерть и распяли Его.

21 А мы надеялись, что Он есть Тот, Который должен избавить Израиля. Но и при всём том, идет третий день с тех пор, как это произошло.

22 Но и некоторые из наших женщин изумили нас: придя рано утром к гробнице,

23 и не найдя тела Его, они пришли, говоря, что видели и явление ангелов, которые говорят, что Он жив.

24 И пошли некоторые из тех, что с нами, к гробнице и нашли так, как и женщины сказали, Его же не видели.

25 И Он сказал им: о несмысленные и медлительные сердцем, чтобы верить во всё, что сказали пророки!

26 Не это ли надлежало претерпеть Христу и войти в славу Свою?

27 И начав от Моисея и от всех Пророков, истолковал им во всех Писаниях то, что относится к Нему.

28 И приблизились они к тому селению, куда шли; и Он сделал вид, что идет дальше.

29 Но они понуждали Его, говоря: останься с нами, потому что наступает вечер, и день уже на склоне. И Он вошел, чтобы остаться с ними.

30 И было: когда Он возлег с ними, то, взяв хлеб, благословил и, преломив, давал им.

31 И у них открылись глаза, и они узнали Его, и Он стал невидим для них.

32 И сказали они друг другу: не горело ли в нас сердце наше, когда Он говорил нам в пути, когда Он открывал нам Писания?

33 И встав в тот же час, они возвратились в Иерусалим и нашли вместе одиннадцать и тех, что с ними,

34 которые говорили, что Господь действительно восстал и явился Симону.

35 И они рассказывали о том, что было в пути, и как Он был узнан ими в преломлении хлеба.

36 А когда они говорили об этом, Он Сам стал посреди них, и говорит им: мир вам.

37 Они же, в ужасе и страхе, думали, что видят духа.

38 И Он сказал им: почему вы смущены, и отчего сомнения возникают в сердце вашем?

39 Посмотрите на руки Мои и на ноги Мои: это Я Сам; осяжите Меня и посмотрите: дух плоти и костей не имеет, как вы видите у Меня.

40 И сказав это, Он показал им руки и ноги.

41 Когда же они от радости еще не верили и удивлялись, Он сказал им: есть ли у вас здесь какая пища?

42 И они подали Ему кусок печеной рыбы.

43 И взяв, он перед ними съел.

44 И сказал им: вот слова Мои, которые Я говорил вам, когда еще был с вами, что надлежит исполниться всему, написанному в Законе Моисеевом и в Пророках и Псалмах о Мне.

45 Тогда Он открыл им ум для разумения Писаний.

46 И сказал им: так написано, чтобы Христу пострадать и воскреснуть из мертвых в третий день,

47 и чтобы было проповедано во имя Его покаяние для отпущения грехов во всех народах, начиная с Иерусалима.

48 Вы свидетели этому.

49 И вот, Я посылаю обещанное Отцом Моим на вас. Вы же оставайтесь в городе этом, доколе не облечетесь силою свыше.

50 И вывел их из города до Вифании и, подняв руки Свои, благословил их.

51 И было: когда благословлял их, Он отделился от них и стал возноситься на небо.

52 И они, поклонившись Ему, возвратились в Иерусалим с радостью великою,

53 и были постоянно в храме, благословляя Бога.

Chapter 24

1 AND on the first day of the week, early in the morning, while it was yet dark, they came to the tomb, and brought the spices which they had prepared; and there were with them other women.

2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb.

3 And they entered in, but they did not find the body of Jesus.

4 And it came to pass as they were confused about this, behold, two men stood above them, and their garments were shining;

5 And they were afraid, and bowed their faces to the ground; and they said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?

6 He is not here, he has risen; remember that he spoke to you while he was in Galilee,

7 Saying, that the Son of man had to be delivered into the hands of sinful men,, and be crucified, and rise again on the third day.

8 And they remembered his words.

9 And they returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven and to the rest.

10 They were Mary of Magdala, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and the rest who were with them, who told these things to the apostles.

11 And these words appeared in their eyes as delusions; and they did not believe them.

12 But Simon rose up and ran to the tomb; and he looked in and saw the linen laid by itself, and he went away wondering in himself concerning what had happened.

13 And behold two of them were going on that day to a village called Emmaus, about six miles from Jerusalem.

14 They were talking with each other concerning all these things that had happened.

15 And while they were speaking and asking each other, Jesus came and overtook them, and walked with them.

16 But the sight of their eyes was holden, so that they could not recognize him.

17 And he said to them, What are these words that you are discussing with each other, as you walk, and are sad?

18 One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to him, Are you a stranger alone from Jerusalem, that you do not know what has happened in it in these days?

19 He said to them, What things? They said to him, About Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was a prophet, mighty in word and deed before God and before all the people.

20 And the high priests and the elders delivered him up to the judgment of death, and they crucified him.

21 But we were hoping that he was the one to save Israel; and behold, it is three days since all these things happened.

22 And some of our women also amazed us, for they went early to the tomb;

23 And when his body was not found, they came, and said to us, We saw angels there, and they said that he is alive.

24 And some of our men also went to the tomb, and they found it so, as the women had said; but they did not see him.

25 Then Jesus said to them, O dull-minded heavy-hearted, slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken.

26 Did not Christ have to suffer all these things, and to enter into his glory?

27 And he began from Moses and from all the prophets, and interpreted to them from all the scriptures concerning himself.

28 And they drew near to the village, to which they were going; and he made them think that he was going to a far place.

29 But they urged him and said, Remain with us; because the day is spent and it is near dark. So he entered to stay with them.

30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread and blessed it, and broke it, and gave it to them.

31 And immediately their eyes were opened and they recognized him; and he was taken away from them.

32 And they said one to another, Were not our hearts heavy within us, when he spoke with us on the road, and interpreted the scriptures to us?

33 And they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem; and they found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,

34 Saying, Truly our Lord has risen, and he has appeared to Simon.

35 And they also reported those things that happened on the road, and how they knew him as he broke the bread.

36 And while they were discussing these things, Jesus stood among them, and said to them, Peace be with you; it is I; do not be afraid.

37 And they were confused and frightened, for they thought they saw a spirit. The walk to Emmaus.

38 Jesus said to them, Why do you tremble? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?

39 Look at my hands and my feet, that it is I; feel me and understand; for a spirit has no flesh and bones, as you see I have.

40 When he said these things, he showed them his hands and his feet.

41 And as they still did not believe because of their joy, and they were bewildered, he said to them, Have you anything here to eat?

42 They gave him a portion of a broiled fish, and of a honeycomb.

43 And he took it, and ate before their eyes.

44 And he said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you when I was with you, that everything must be fulfilled which is written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

45 Then he opened their mind to understand the scriptures.

46 And he said to them, Thus it is written, and it was right that Christ should suffer, and rise from the dead on the third day;

47 And that repentance should be preached in his name for the forgiveness of sins among all nations; and the beginning will be from Jerusalem.

48 And you are witnesses of these things.

49 And I will send upon you the promise of my Father; but you remain in the city of Jerusalem, until you are clothed with power from on high.

50 And he took them out as far as Bethany, and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.

51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he parted from them, and went up to heaven.

52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy;

53 And they were always in the temple,

4 And it came to pass as they were confused about this, behold, two men stood above them, and their garments were shining;

5 Когда же они устрашились и склоняли лица к земле, те сказали им: что вы ищете живого среди мертвых?

5 And they were afraid, and bowed their faces to the ground; and they said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?

6 Его нет здесь, но восстал Он. Вспомните, как Он сказал вам, когда был еще в Галилее,

6 He is not here, he has risen; remember that he spoke to you while he was in Galilee,

7 говоря о Сыне Человеческом, что надлежит Ему быть преданным в руки людей грешных и быть распятым и в третий день воскреснуть.

7 Saying, that the Son of man had to be delivered into the hands of sinful men,, and be crucified, and rise again on the third day.

8 И вспомнили они слова Его

8 And they remembered his words.

9 и, возвратившись от гробницы, возвестили всё это одиннадцати и всем прочим.

9 And they returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven and to the rest.

10 То были Магдалина Мария и Иоанна и Мария Иаковлева. И другие с ними говорили апостолам об этом.

10 They were Mary of Magdala, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and the rest who were with them, who told these things to the apostles.

11 И показались им слова эти бредом, и они не верили женщинам.

11 And these words appeared in their eyes as delusions; and they did not believe them.

12 Но Петр, встав, побежал к гробнице и, наклонившись, видит одни только пелены. И пошел он к себе, дивясь происшедшему.

12 But Simon rose up and ran to the tomb; and he looked in and saw the linen laid by itself, and he went away wondering in himself concerning what had happened.

13 И вот, двое из них в тот же день шли в селение, отстоящее в шестидесяти стадиях от Иерусалима, имя ему Эммаус.

13 And behold two of them were going on that day to a village called Emmaus, about six miles from Jerusalem.

14 И они беседовали между собой о всех этих событиях.

14 They were talking with each other concerning all these things that had happened.

15 И было: когда они беседовали и рассуждали, Сам Иисус, приблизившись, пошел с ними;

15 And while they were speaking and asking each other, Jesus came and overtook them, and walked with them.

16 но глаза их были удержаны, так что они не узнали Его.

16 But the sight of their eyes was holden, so that they could not recognize him.

17 Он же сказал им: о чем это вы толкуете между собою в пути? И они остановились омраченные.

17 And he said to them, What are these words that you are discussing with each other, as you walk, and are sad?

18 А один из них, по имени Клеопа, сказал Ему в ответ: один Ты в Иерусалиме не знаешь о случившемся в нем в эти дни?

19 He said to them, What things? They said to him, About Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was a prophet, mighty in word and deed before God and before all the people.

20 как предали Его первосвященники и начальники наши для осуждения на смерть и распяли Его.

20 And the high priests and the elders delivered him up to the judgment of death, and they crucified him.

21 А мы надеялись, что Он есть Тот, Который должен избавить Израиля. Но и при всём том, идет третий день с тех пор, как это произошло.

21 But we were hoping that he was the one to save Israel; and behold, it is three days since all these things happened.

22 Но и некоторые из наших женщин изумили нас: придя рано утром к гробнице,

22 And some of our women also amazed us, for they went early to the tomb;

23 и не найдя тела Его, они пришли, говоря, что видели и явление ангелов, которые говорят, что Он жив.

23 And when his body was not found, they came, and said to us, We saw angels there, and they said that he is alive.

24 И пошли некоторые из тех, что с нами, к гробнице и нашли так, как и женщины сказали, Его же не видели.

24 And some of our men also went to the tomb, and they found it so, as the women had said; but they did not see him.

25 И Он сказал им: о несмысленные и медлительные сердцем, чтобы верить во всё, что сказали пророки!

25 Then Jesus said to them, O dull-minded heavy-hearted, slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken.

26 Не это ли надлежало претерпеть Христу и войти в славу Свою?

26 Did not Christ have to suffer all these things, and to enter into his glory?

27 И начав от Моисея и от всех Пророков, истолковал им во всех Писаниях то, что относится к Нему.

27 And he began from Moses and from all the prophets, and interpreted to them from all the scriptures concerning himself.

28 И приблизились они к тому селению, куда шли; и Он сделал вид, что идет дальше.

28 And they drew near to the village, to which they were going; and he made them think that he was going to a far place.

29 Но они понуждали Его, говоря: останься с нами, потому что наступает вечер, и день уже на склоне. И Он вошел, чтобы остаться с ними.

29 But they urged him and said, Remain with us; because the day is spent and it is near dark. So he entered to stay with them.

30 И было: когда Он возлег с ними, то, взяв хлеб, благословил и, преломив, давал им.

30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread and blessed it, and broke it, and gave it to them.

31 И у них открылись глаза, и они узнали Его, и Он стал невидим для них.

31 And immediately their eyes were opened and they recognized him; and he was taken away from them.

32 И сказали они друг другу: не горело ли в нас сердце наше, когда Он говорил нам в пути, когда Он открывал нам Писания?

32 And they said one to another, Were not our hearts heavy within us, when he spoke with us on the road, and interpreted the scriptures to us?

33 И встав в тот же час, они возвратились в Иерусалим и нашли вместе одиннадцать и тех, что с ними,

33 And they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem; and they found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,

34 которые говорили, что Господь действительно восстал и явился Симону.

34 Saying, Truly our Lord has risen, and he has appeared to Simon.

35 И они рассказывали о том, что было в пути, и как Он был узнан ими в преломлении хлеба.

35 And they also reported those things that happened on the road, and how they knew him as he broke the bread.

36 А когда они говорили об этом, Он Сам стал посреди них, и говорит им: мир вам.

36 And while they were discussing these things, Jesus stood among them, and said to them, Peace be with you; it is I; do not be afraid.

42 И они подали Ему кусок печеной рыбы.

43 And he took it, and ate before their eyes.

44 And he said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you when I was with you, that everything must be fulfilled which is written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

45 Тогда Он открыл им ум для разумения Писаний.

45 Then he opened their mind to understand the scriptures.

46 И сказал им: так написано, чтобы Христу пострадать и воскреснуть из мертвых в третий день,

46 And he said to them, Thus it is written, and it was right that Christ should suffer, and rise from the dead on the third day;

47 и чтобы было проповедано во имя Его покаяние для отпущения грехов во всех народах, начиная с Иерусалима.

47 And that repentance should be preached in his name for the forgiveness of sins among all nations; and the beginning will be from Jerusalem.

48 Вы свидетели этому.

48 And you are witnesses of these things.

49 И вот, Я посылаю обещанное Отцом Моим на вас. Вы же оставайтесь в городе этом, доколе не облечетесь силою свыше.

49 And I will send upon you the promise of my Father; but you remain in the city of Jerusalem, until you are clothed with power from on high.

50 И вывел их из города до Вифании и, подняв руки Свои, благословил их.

51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he parted from them, and went up to heaven.
