Глава 25

1 Тогда подобно будет Царство Небесное десяти девам, которые, взяв светильники свои, вышли навстречу жениху.

2 Пять из них было неразумных, и пять разумных.

3 Неразумные, взяв светильники свои, не взяли с собой масла;

4 разумные же взяли масло в сосудах, вместе со светильниками своими.

5 А пока жених медлил, все они задремали и уснули.

6 В полночь же крик раздался: «вот жених, выходите навстречу».

7 Тогда встали все девы те и оправили светильники свои.

8 Неразумные же сказали разумным: «дайте нам от масла вашего, ибо светильники наши гаснут».

9 Но разумные ответили, говоря: «как бы не оказалось недостатка у нас и у вас. Пойдите лучше к продавцам и купите себе».

10 Пока же они ходили покупать, пришел жених, и готовые вошли вместе с ним на брачный пир, и дверь была затворена.

11 После же приходят и прочие девы и говорят: «Господи! Господи! Отвори нам».

12 Он же ответил: «Истинно говорю вам: не знаю вас».

13 Итак, бодрствуйте, потому что не знаете ни дня, ни часа.

14 Ибо будет, как с человеком, который, уезжая, позвал рабов своих и вручил им имение свое;

15 и одному дал он пять талантов, другому два, иному один, каждому по его силе; и уехал.

16 Тотчас пошел получивший пять талантов, вложил их в дело и приобрел другие пять;

17 также получивший два приобрел другие два;

18 получивший же один ушел, раскопал землю и скрыл деньги господина своего.

19 По долгом же времени приходит господин рабов тех и сводит с ними счет.

20 И подошел получивший пять талантов, принес другие пять и сказал: «господин, пять талантов ты мне вручил; вот, другие пять талантов я приобрел».

21 Сказал ему господин его: «хорошо, раб добрый и верный, в малом ты был верен, над многим тебя поставлю; войди в радость господина твоего».

22 Подошел и получивший два таланта и сказал: «господин, два таланта ты мне вручил; вот, другие два таланта я приобрел».

23 Сказал ему господин его: «хорошо, раб добрый и верный, в малом ты был верен, над многим тебя поставлю; войди в радость господина твоего».

24 Подошел же и тот, у кого был один талант, и сказал: «господин, я знал тебя, что ты человек жёсткий: жнешь, где не сеял, и собираешь, где не рассыпал;

25 и в страхе пошел и скрыл талант твой в земле: вот тебе твое».

26 И ответил ему господин его: «лукавый раб и ленивый, ты знал, что я жну, где не сеял, и собираю, где не рассыпал?

27 Потому надлежало тебе дать деньги мои менялам, и придя, я получил бы свое с ростом.

28 Возьмите же у него талант и дайте имеющему десять талантов;

29 ибо каждому имеющему будет дано, и у него будет изобилие, а у неимеющего будет взято и то, что он имеет.

30 И негодного раба выбросьте во тьму внешнюю: там будет плач и скрежет зубов».

31 Когда же придет Сын Человеческий во славе Своей, и все ангелы с Ним, тогда сядет Он на престоле славы Своей,

32 и будут собраны перед Ним все народы; и Он отделит их друг от друга, как пастух отделяет овец от козлов;

33 и поставит овец по правую Свою сторону, козлов же по левую.

34 Тогда скажет Царь тем, кто по правую сторону Его: «придите, благословенные Отца Моего, наследуйте Царство, уготованное вам от основания мира.

35 Ибо голоден был Я, и вы дали Мне есть; жаждал, и напоили Меня; странником был, и приняли Меня;

36 наг, и одели Меня; болен был, и посетили Меня; в тюрьме был, и пришли ко Мне».

37 Тогда ответят Ему праведные: «Господи, когда мы Тебя видели голодным, и накормили? Или жаждущим, и напоили?

38 Когда же мы видели Тебя странником, и приняли? Или нагим, и одели?

39 Когда же мы видели Тебя больным, или в тюрьме, и пришли к Тебе?»

40 И ответит им Царь: «истинно говорю вам: сделав для одного из братьев Моих меньших, вы для Меня сделали».

41 Тогда скажет и тем, кто по левую сторону: «идите от Меня, проклятые, в огонь вечный, уготованный диаволу и ангелам его.

42 Ибо голоден был Я, и вы не дали Мне есть; жаждал, и не напоили Меня;

43 странником был, и не приняли Меня; наг, и не одели Меня; болен и в тюрьме, и не посетили Меня».

44 Тогда ответят и они: «Господи, когда мы видели Тебя голодным, или жаждущим, или странником, или нагим, или больным, или в тюрьме, и не послужили Тебе?»

45 Тогда Он ответит им: «истинно говорю вам: не сделав для одного из этих меньших, вы и для Меня не сделали».

46 И пойдут эти в муку вечную, праведные же в жизнь вечную.

Chapter 25

1 THEN the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to greet the bridegroom and the bride.

2 Five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

3 And the foolish ones took their lamps, but took no oil with them.

4 But the wise ones took oil in the vessels with their lamps.

5 As the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.

6 And at midnight there was a cry, Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to greet him.

7 Then all the virgins got up and fixed their lamps.

8 And the foolish ones said to the wise ones, Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.

9 Then the wise ones answered and said, Why, there would not be enough for us and for you; go to those who sell and buy for yourselves.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready entered with him into the wedding house, and the door was locked.

11 Afterward the other virgins also came and said, Our lord, our lord, open to us.

12 But he answered and said to them, Truly I say to you, I do not know you.

13 Be alert, therefore, for you do not know, that day nor the hour.

14 It is just like a man who went on a journey, who called his servants and put his wealth in their charge.

15 To one he gave five talents, to one two, to another one; to each one according to his ability; and immediately he went on a journey.

16 The one who received five talents then went and traded with them, and he earned five others.

17 Likewise the second one, he gained by trading gained two others.

18 But he who received one, went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord's money.

19 After a long time, the lord of those servants returned, and took an accounting from them.

20 Then the one who received five talents came up, and offered five others, and he said, My lord, you gave me five talents; behold, I have gained five others to them.

21 His lord said to him, Well done, good and reliable servant; you have been faithful over a little, I will appoint you over much; enter into your master's joy.

22 Then the one with the two talents came and he said, My lord, you gave me two talents, behold I have gained two others to them.

23 His lord said to him, Well done, good and reliable servant, you have been faithful over a little, I will appoint you over much; enter into your master's joy.

24 Then the one who received one talent also came up, and he said, My lord, I knew that you are a hard man, and you reap where you did not sow, and gather where you did not scatter.

25 So I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground; here it is, it is your own one.

26 His lord answered and said to him, O wicked and lazy servant, you knew me that I reap where I did not sow, and I gather where I did not scatter.

27 You should then have put my money in the exchange, and when I returned I would have demanded my own with interest.

28 Therefore take away the talent from him, and give it to the one who has ten talents.

29 For to him who has, it shall he given, and it shall increase to him; but he who has not, even that which he has shall be taken away from him.

30 And the idle servant they threw into the outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

31 When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all his holy angels with him, then he will sit upon the throne of his glory.

32 And all nations will gather before him; and he will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats;

33 And he will set the sheep at his right, and the goats at his left.

34 Then the King will say to those at his right, Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom which has been prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

35 For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in;

36 I was naked, and you covered me; I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me.

37 Then the righteous will say to him, Our Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? or thirsty and gave you drink?

38 And when did we see you a stranger, and took you in? Or that you were naked, and covered you?

39 And when did we see you sick, or in the prison, and come to you?

40 The king then will answer and say to them, Truly I tell you, Inasmuch as you have done it to one of these least brethren, you did it to me.

41 Then he will also say to those at his left, Go away from me, you cursed, to the everlasting fire, which is prepared for the adversary and his angels.

42 For I was hungry, and you did not give me to eat; I was thirsty, and you did not give me to drink;

43 I was a stranger, and you did not take me in; I was naked, and you did not cover me; I was sick and in prison and you did not visit me.

44 Then they also will answer and say, Our lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick or in the prison, and did not minister to you?

45 Then he will answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you did not do it to one of these least ones, you also did not do it to me.

46 And these shall go into everlasting torment, and the righteous into eternal life.

1 THEN the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to greet the bridegroom and the bride.

2 Пять из них было неразумных, и пять разумных.

2 Five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

3 Неразумные, взяв светильники свои, не взяли с собой масла;

3 And the foolish ones took their lamps, but took no oil with them.

4 разумные же взяли масло в сосудах, вместе со светильниками своими.

4 But the wise ones took oil in the vessels with their lamps.

5 А пока жених медлил, все они задремали и уснули.

5 As the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.

6 В полночь же крик раздался: «вот жених, выходите навстречу».

6 And at midnight there was a cry, Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to greet him.

7 Тогда встали все девы те и оправили светильники свои.

7 Then all the virgins got up and fixed their lamps.

8 Неразумные же сказали разумным: «дайте нам от масла вашего, ибо светильники наши гаснут».

8 And the foolish ones said to the wise ones, Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.

9 Но разумные ответили, говоря: «как бы не оказалось недостатка у нас и у вас. Пойдите лучше к продавцам и купите себе».

9 Then the wise ones answered and said, Why, there would not be enough for us and for you; go to those who sell and buy for yourselves.

10 Пока же они ходили покупать, пришел жених, и готовые вошли вместе с ним на брачный пир, и дверь была затворена.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready entered with him into the wedding house, and the door was locked.

11 После же приходят и прочие девы и говорят: «Господи! Господи! Отвори нам».

11 Afterward the other virgins also came and said, Our lord, our lord, open to us.

12 Он же ответил: «Истинно говорю вам: не знаю вас».

12 But he answered and said to them, Truly I say to you, I do not know you.

13 Итак, бодрствуйте, потому что не знаете ни дня, ни часа.

13 Be alert, therefore, for you do not know, that day nor the hour.

14 Ибо будет, как с человеком, который, уезжая, позвал рабов своих и вручил им имение свое;

14 It is just like a man who went on a journey, who called his servants and put his wealth in their charge.

15 и одному дал он пять талантов, другому два, иному один, каждому по его силе; и уехал.

15 To one he gave five talents, to one two, to another one; to each one according to his ability; and immediately he went on a journey.

16 Тотчас пошел получивший пять талантов, вложил их в дело и приобрел другие пять;

16 The one who received five talents then went and traded with them, and he earned five others.

17 также получивший два приобрел другие два;

17 Likewise the second one, he gained by trading gained two others.

18 получивший же один ушел, раскопал землю и скрыл деньги господина своего.

18 But he who received one, went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord's money.

19 По долгом же времени приходит господин рабов тех и сводит с ними счет.

19 After a long time, the lord of those servants returned, and took an accounting from them.

20 И подошел получивший пять талантов, принес другие пять и сказал: «господин, пять талантов ты мне вручил; вот, другие пять талантов я приобрел».

20 Then the one who received five talents came up, and offered five others, and he said, My lord, you gave me five talents; behold, I have gained five others to them.

21 Сказал ему господин его: «хорошо, раб добрый и верный, в малом ты был верен, над многим тебя поставлю; войди в радость господина твоего».

21 His lord said to him, Well done, good and reliable servant; you have been faithful over a little, I will appoint you over much; enter into your master's joy.

22 Подошел и получивший два таланта и сказал: «господин, два таланта ты мне вручил; вот, другие два таланта я приобрел».

22 Then the one with the two talents came and he said, My lord, you gave me two talents, behold I have gained two others to them.

23 Сказал ему господин его: «хорошо, раб добрый и верный, в малом ты был верен, над многим тебя поставлю; войди в радость господина твоего».

23 His lord said to him, Well done, good and reliable servant, you have been faithful over a little, I will appoint you over much; enter into your master's joy.

24 Подошел же и тот, у кого был один талант, и сказал: «господин, я знал тебя, что ты человек жёсткий: жнешь, где не сеял, и собираешь, где не рассыпал;

24 Then the one who received one talent also came up, and he said, My lord, I knew that you are a hard man, and you reap where you did not sow, and gather where you did not scatter.

25 и в страхе пошел и скрыл талант твой в земле: вот тебе твое».

25 So I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground; here it is, it is your own one.

26 И ответил ему господин его: «лукавый раб и ленивый, ты знал, что я жну, где не сеял, и собираю, где не рассыпал?

26 His lord answered and said to him, O wicked and lazy servant, you knew me that I reap where I did not sow, and I gather where I did not scatter.

27 Потому надлежало тебе дать деньги мои менялам, и придя, я получил бы свое с ростом.

27 You should then have put my money in the exchange, and when I returned I would have demanded my own with interest.

28 Возьмите же у него талант и дайте имеющему десять талантов;

28 Therefore take away the talent from him, and give it to the one who has ten talents.

29 ибо каждому имеющему будет дано, и у него будет изобилие, а у неимеющего будет взято и то, что он имеет.

29 For to him who has, it shall he given, and it shall increase to him; but he who has not, even that which he has shall be taken away from him.

30 И негодного раба выбросьте во тьму внешнюю: там будет плач и скрежет зубов».

30 And the idle servant they threw into the outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

31 Когда же придет Сын Человеческий во славе Своей, и все ангелы с Ним, тогда сядет Он на престоле славы Своей,

31 When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all his holy angels with him, then he will sit upon the throne of his glory.

32 и будут собраны перед Ним все народы; и Он отделит их друг от друга, как пастух отделяет овец от козлов;

32 And all nations will gather before him; and he will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats;

33 и поставит овец по правую Свою сторону, козлов же по левую.

33 And he will set the sheep at his right, and the goats at his left.

34 Тогда скажет Царь тем, кто по правую сторону Его: «придите, благословенные Отца Моего, наследуйте Царство, уготованное вам от основания мира.

34 Then the King will say to those at his right, Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom which has been prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

35 Ибо голоден был Я, и вы дали Мне есть; жаждал, и напоили Меня; странником был, и приняли Меня;

35 For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in;

36 наг, и одели Меня; болен был, и посетили Меня; в тюрьме был, и пришли ко Мне».

36 I was naked, and you covered me; I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me.

37 Тогда ответят Ему праведные: «Господи, когда мы Тебя видели голодным, и накормили? Или жаждущим, и напоили?

37 Then the righteous will say to him, Our Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? or thirsty and gave you drink?

38 Когда же мы видели Тебя странником, и приняли? Или нагим, и одели?

38 And when did we see you a stranger, and took you in? Or that you were naked, and covered you?

39 Когда же мы видели Тебя больным, или в тюрьме, и пришли к Тебе?»

39 And when did we see you sick, or in the prison, and come to you?

40 И ответит им Царь: «истинно говорю вам: сделав для одного из братьев Моих меньших, вы для Меня сделали».

40 The king then will answer and say to them, Truly I tell you, Inasmuch as you have done it to one of these least brethren, you did it to me.

44 Тогда ответят и они: «Господи, когда мы видели Тебя голодным, или жаждущим, или странником, или нагим, или больным, или в тюрьме, и не послужили Тебе?»

44 Then they also will answer and say, Our lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick or in the prison, and did not minister to you?

45 Тогда Он ответит им: «истинно говорю вам: не сделав для одного из этих меньших, вы и для Меня не сделали».

45 Then he will answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you did not do it to one of these least ones, you also did not do it to me.

46 И пойдут эти в муку вечную, праведные же в жизнь вечную.

46 And these shall go into everlasting torment, and the righteous into eternal life.
