Глава 22

1 Иса продолжал учить народ в притчах, говоря:

2 – Царство Всевышнего можно сравнить со свадебным пиром, который один царь приготовил для своего сына.

3 Он разослал к приглашённым своих рабов, чтобы позвать их на свадьбу, но приглашённые не хотели прийти.

4 Тогда царь послал других рабов, наказав им: «Пойдите и скажите им, что мой пир уже готов, зарезаны быки и другой откормленный скот, всё угощение готово, пусть приходят на свадебный пир».

5 Приглашённые, однако, не обратили на это никакого внимания и разошлись. Один пошёл на своё поле, другой торговать,

6 а некоторые даже схватили посланных рабов, унизили и убили их.

7 Царь был разгневан. Он послал своё войско, уничтожил тех убийц и сжёг их город.

8 Потом он сказал своим рабам: «Свадебный пир готов, но те, кого я пригласил, не заслужили чести быть на нём.

9 Пойдите теперь на перекрёстки дорог и приглашайте на пир всех, кого вы встретите».

10 Рабы пошли по улицам и стали созывать всех, кого встречали, злых и добрых, и пиршественный зал наполнился гостями, которые возлежали за столами.

11 Когда же царь пришёл посмотреть на возлежащих, он заметил человека, на котором не было свадебной одежды.

12 «Друг, – спросил царь, – как это ты вошёл сюда без свадебной одежды?» Человеку нечего было сказать.

13 Тогда царь приказал слугам: «Свяжите его по рукам и ногам и выбросьте вон, во тьму, где будет плач и скрежет зубов».

14 Ведь приглашённых много, но избранных мало.

15 После этого блюстители Закона стали советоваться, как бы им поймать Ису на слове.

16 Они подослали к Нему своих учеников вместе со сторонниками правителя Ирода. – Учитель, – спросили они, – мы знаем, что Ты Человек честный и истинно учишь пути Всевышнего. Ты беспристрастен и не стремишься никому угодить.

17 Скажи нам, как Ты считаешь, следует ли платить налог римскому императору или нет?

18 Иса, зная их коварные намерения, сказал: – Лицемеры, вы хотите поймать Меня на слове?

19 Покажите Мне монету, которой платится дань. Они принесли Ему серебряную монету. .

20 Иса спросил их: – Кто на ней изображён и чьё на ней имя?

21 – Императора, – ответили они. Тогда Иса сказал им: – Так и отдавайте императору то, что принадлежит императору, а Всевышнему – то, что принадлежит Всевышнему.

22 Такой ответ их озадачил, и, оставив Ису, они ушли.

23 В тот же день саддукеи, которые утверждают, что нет воскресения мёртвых, подошли к Исе. Они спросили Его:

24 – Учитель, Муса сказал, что если кто-либо умрёт, не оставив детей, то его брат должен жениться на вдове и восстановить род своему брату.

25 Так вот, у нас тут было семеро братьев. Первый женился и умер бездетным, и вдова стала женой его брата.

26 То же самое произошло и со вторым, и с третьим, и со всеми семью братьями.

27 После всех умерла и женщина.

28 Итак, после воскресения, которому из семи братьев она будет женой? Ведь все были её мужьями.

29 Иса ответил им: – Вы заблуждаетесь, потому что не знаете ни Писания, ни силы Всевышнего.

30 Воскреснув, люди не будут ни жениться, ни выходить замуж, а будут как ангелы на небесах.

31 Что же касается воскресения мёртвых, то разве вы не читали, что сказал вам Всевышний:

32 «Я – Бог Ибрахима, Бог Исхака и Бог Якуба»? . Он Бог не мёртвых, а живых.

33 Люди слушали и удивлялись Его учению.

34 Блюстители же Закона, услышав, как Иса заставил замолчать саддукеев, собрались вокруг Него.

35 Один из них, учитель Таурата, чтобы поймать Ису на слове, спросил:

36 – Учитель, какое повеление в Законе самое важное?

37 Иса ответил: – «Люби Вечного, Бога твоего, всем сердцем, всей душой и всем разумом своим». .

38 Это первое и самое важное повеление.

39 Второе, не менее важное повеление: «Люби ближнего твоего, как самого себя». .

40 Всё учение Таурата и Книги Пророков основано на этих двух повелениях.

41 Когда блюстители Закона собрались вместе, Иса спросил их:

42 – Что вы думаете о Масихе? Чей Он сын? – Сын Давуда, – ответили Ему.

43 Иса говорит им: – Почему же тогда Давуд, под водительством Духа, называет Масиха Повелителем? Ведь он говорит:

44 «Вечный сказал моему Повелителю: сядь по правую руку от Меня,пока Я не повергну всех врагов Твоих к ногам Твоим». .

45 Итак, если Давуд называет Масиха Повелителем, то как же в таком случае Он может быть всего лишь его сыном?

46 В ответ никто не мог сказать ни слова, и с этого дня они больше не решались задавать Ему вопросы.

Chapter 22

1 AND Jesus answered again by parables, and said,

2 The kingdom of heaven is like a king who gave a marriage-feast for his son.

3 And he sent his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage-feast, but they would not come.

4 Again he sent other servants and said, Tell those who are invited, Behold my supper is ready, and my oxen and fatlings are killed, and everything is prepared; come to the marriage- feast.

5 But they sneered at it, and went away, one to his field, another to his business;

6 And the rest seized his servants and insulted them, and killed them.

7 When the king heard it he was angry; and he sent out his armies and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

8 Then he said to his servants, Now the marriage-feast is ready, and those who were invited were unworthy.

9 Go, therefore, to the main roads, and whomever you may find, invite them to the marriage- feast.

10 So the servants went out to the roads and gathered together every one they could find, bad and good; and the wedding-house was filled with guests.

11 When the king entered to see the guests, he saw there a man who was not wearing wedding garments.

12 And he said to him, My friend, how did you enter here, when you do not have wedding garments? And he was speechless.

13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind his hands and his feet and take him out into darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

14 For many are invited, and few are chosen.

15 Then the Pharisees went away and took counsel how to trap him by a word.

16 So they sent to him their disciples together with the Herodians, and they said to him, Teacher, we know that you are true, and you teach the way of God justly; and you do not favor any man, for you do not discriminate between men.

17 Tell us, therefore, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay head-tax to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus knew their evil, and said, Why do you tempt me, O hypocrites?

19 Show me the head-tax penny. And they brought to him a penny.

20 And Jesus said to them, Whose is this image and inscription?

21 They said, Caesar's. He said to them, Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's.

22 And when they heard it, they were amazed; and they left him and went away.

23 That same day the Sadducees came and said to him, There is no resurrection of the dead; and they asked him,

24 And said to him, Teacher, Moses has told us, If a man die without sons, let his brother take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brothers; the first married and died, and because he had no sons, he left his wife to his brother.

26 Likewise the second, also the third, up to the seventh.

27 And after them all the woman also died.

28 Therefore at the resurrection, to which of these seven will she be a wife? for they all married her.

29 Jesus answered, and said to them, You err, because you do not understand the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For at the resurrection of the dead, they neither marry women, nor are women given to men in marriage, but they are like the angels of God in heaven.

31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, saying,

32 I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob? And yet God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

33 And when the people heard it, they were amazed at his teaching.

34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.

35 And one of them who knew the law, asked him, testing him,

36 Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said to him, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your power, and with all your mind.

38 This is the greatest and the first commandment.

39 And the second is like to it, Love your neighbor as yourself.

40 On these two commandments hang the law and the prophets.

41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,

42 And he said, What do you say concerning the Christ? whose son is he? They said to him, son of David.

43 He said to them, How is it then that David through the Spirit calls him Lord? For he said,

44 The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet.

45 If David then calls him Lord, how can he be his son?

46 And no man was able to answer him, and from that day no man dared to question him.

5 Приглашённые, однако, не обратили на это никакого внимания и разошлись. Один пошёл на своё поле, другой торговать,	5 But they sneered at it, and went away, one to his field, another to his business;

11 Когда же царь пришёл посмотреть на возлежащих, он заметил человека, на котором не было свадебной одежды.	11 When the king entered to see the guests, he saw there a man who was not wearing wedding garments.
12 «Друг, – спросил царь, – как это ты вошёл сюда без свадебной одежды?» Человеку нечего было сказать.	12 And he said to him, My friend, how did you enter here, when you do not have wedding garments? And he was speechless.
13 Тогда царь приказал слугам: «Свяжите его по рукам и ногам и выбросьте вон, во тьму, где будет плач и скрежет зубов».	13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind his hands and his feet and take him out into darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 Ведь приглашённых много, но избранных мало.	14 For many are invited, and few are chosen.

Ты беспристрастен и не стремишься никому угодить.	16 So they sent to him their disciples together with the Herodians, and they said to him, Teacher, we know that you are true, and you teach the way of God justly; and you do not favor any man, for you do not discriminate between men.

22 Такой ответ их озадачил, и, оставив Ису, они ушли.	22 And when they heard it, they were amazed; and they left him and went away.
23 В тот же день саддукеи, которые утверждают, что нет воскресения мёртвых, подошли к Исе. Они спросили Его:	23 That same day the Sadducees came and said to him, There is no resurrection of the dead; and they asked him,
24 – Учитель, Муса сказал, что если кто-либо умрёт, не оставив детей, то его брат должен жениться на вдове и восстановить род своему брату.	24 And said to him, Teacher, Moses has told us, If a man die without sons, let his brother take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.
25 Так вот, у нас тут было семеро братьев. Первый женился и умер бездетным, и вдова стала женой его брата.	25 Now there were with us seven brothers; the first married and died, and because he had no sons, he left his wife to his brother.
26 То же самое произошло и со вторым, и с третьим, и со всеми семью братьями.	26 Likewise the second, also the third, up to the seventh.
27 После всех умерла и женщина.	27 And after them all the woman also died.
28 Итак, после воскресения, которому из семи братьев она будет женой? Ведь все были её мужьями.	28 Therefore at the resurrection, to which of these seven will she be a wife? for they all married her.
29 Иса ответил им: – Вы заблуждаетесь, потому что не знаете ни Писания, ни силы Всевышнего.	29 Jesus answered, and said to them, You err, because you do not understand the scriptures nor the power of God.

45 Итак, если Давуд называет Масиха Повелителем, то как же в таком случае Он может быть всего лишь его сыном?	45 If David then calls him Lord, how can he be his son?
46 В ответ никто не мог сказать ни слова, и с этого дня они больше не решались задавать Ему вопросы.	46 And no man was able to answer him, and from that day no man dared to question him.
