Глава 53

1 Кто поверил слышанному от нас, и кому открылась сила Вечного?

2 Он пророс перед Ним, как нежный побег и как корень из сухой земли.Не было в Нём ни красы, ни величия, чтобы нам смотреть на Него;не было в Его облике ничего, что привлекло бы нас.

3 Он был презрен и отвергнут людьми, человек скорбей, знакомый с недугом.Как тот, от кого прячут лица, Он был презираем, и мы ни во что не ставили Его.

4 Но Он взял на Себя наши немощи и понёс наши болезни.Мы же думали: разит Его Всевышний за Его собственные грехи, бьёт Его – вот Он и мучается.

5 А Он был изранен за наши грехи, сокрушаем за наши беззакония;Он понёс наказание, чтобы мы получили мир, и ранами Его мы исцелились.

6 Все мы, как овцы, сбились с пути, каждый из нас пошёл своей дорогой,но на Него Вечный возложил все грехи наши.

7 Он был угнетаем и мучим, но уст Своих не открывал.Как ягнёнок, Он был ведён на заклание, и как овца перед стригущими безмолвна, так и Он не открывал уст Своих.

8 Он был арестован и несправедливо судим. Но кто из Его поколения подумал,что Он был отторгнут от земли живых за преступления Моего народа, которому причиталась эта кара?

9 Могилу Ему отвели с нечестивыми, но Он был похоронен у богатого,потому что Он не был жесток, и в устах Его не было никакой лжи.

10 Но Вечному было угодно сокрушить Его и предать мучению. Когда же Его жизнь станет приношением за грех,Он увидит Своё потомство и продлит Свои дни; и свершится через Него воля Вечного.

11 После страданий Своих Он увидит свет жизни и порадуется.Через познание Его Мой праведный Раб многих оправдает и понесёт их грехи.

12 Поэтому Я дам Ему удел с великими, и добычу разделит Он с сильными,потому что Себя Он предал на смерть и был причислен к преступникам,тогда как Он понёс грех многих и за преступников ходатайствовал.

Chapter 53

1 WHO has believed our report. And to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

2 For he grew up before him like an infant and like a root out of the dry ground; he had no form nor comeliness; and when we saw that he had no beauty, we denied him.

3 He is despised and humbled of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and we turned our faces away from him; we despised him and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely he has borne our sorrows and carried our griefs; but we considered him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But he was slain for our sins, he was afflicted for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his wounds we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have strayed; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the sins of us all.

7 He drew near and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; he was led as a lamb to the slaughter; and as an ewe before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment; and who can describe his anguish? For he was cut off out of the land of the living; and some of the evil men of my people struck him.

9 He made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, although he had done no iniquity, neither was there any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the LORD to afflict him; he has put him to grief; he laid down his life as an offering for sin, that posterity may see, and his days shall be prolonged, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see the reward of the travail of his soul, and be satisfied with the knowledge; he shall justify the righteous; for he is a servant of many, and he shall bear their sins.

12 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he has poured out his life to death; and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bore the sins of many, and died the death of transgressors.

3 Он был презрен и отвергнут людьми, человек скорбей, знакомый с недугом.Как тот, от кого прячут лица, Он был презираем, и мы ни во что не ставили Его.

3 He is despised and humbled of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and we turned our faces away from him; we despised him and we esteemed him not.

4 Но Он взял на Себя наши немощи и понёс наши болезни.Мы же думали: разит Его Всевышний за Его собственные грехи, бьёт Его – вот Он и мучается.

4 Surely he has borne our sorrows and carried our griefs; but we considered him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 А Он был изранен за наши грехи, сокрушаем за наши беззакония;Он понёс наказание, чтобы мы получили мир, и ранами Его мы исцелились.

5 But he was slain for our sins, he was afflicted for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his wounds we are healed.

6 Все мы, как овцы, сбились с пути, каждый из нас пошёл своей дорогой,но на Него Вечный возложил все грехи наши.

6 All we like sheep have strayed; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the sins of us all.

7 Он был угнетаем и мучим, но уст Своих не открывал.Как ягнёнок, Он был ведён на заклание, и как овца перед стригущими безмолвна, так и Он не открывал уст Своих.
