Глава 10

1 Созвав двенадцать Своих учеников, Иисус дал им власть над нечистыми духами, чтобы изгонять их и исцелять все болезни и все недуги.

2 Вот имена двенадцати апостолов: первый — Симон, называемый также Петром, затем — его брат Андрей; далее — Иаков, сын Зеведея, и брат его Иоанн;

3 Филипп и Варфоломей; Фома и сборщик налогов Матфей; Иаков, сын Алфея, и Фаддей;

4 Симон Кананит и Иуда Искариот, который и предал Его.

5 Разослал Иисус двенадцать этих апостолов, дав такой им наказ: «К язычникам не ходите и ни в один самаритянский город не заходите,

6 но идите к заблудшим овцам народа Израиля.

7 Идите и возвещайте: „Приблизилось Царство Небесное!“

8 Больных исцеляйте, мертвых воскрешайте, прокаженных очищайте, бесов изгоняйте. Даром получили — даром и отдавайте.

9 Не берите с собой ни золота, ни серебра, ни меди в пояса свои,

10 ни сумы на дорогу, ни смены одежды, ни второй пары обуви, ни посоха, ибо трудящийся достоин пропитания.

11 И в какой бы город или селение ни вошли вы, найдите в нем достойного человека и у него оставайтесь, пока не отправитесь дальше.

12 Когда войдете в дом, пожелайте мира ему.

13 И если дом достоин того — пусть мир ваш войдет в него. Но если не будет достоин — пусть мир ваш вернется к вам.

14 А если не примут вас и не выслушают ваших слов, то, выйдя из дома того или города, отряхните прах с ваших ног.

15 Заверяю вас, Содому и Гоморре будет легче в День Суда, чем тому городу.

16 Вот, Я посылаю вас, но смотрите, вы будете, как овцы среди волков: так будьте же мудры, как змеи, и невинны, как голуби.

17 Остерегайтесь людей: они отдадут вас в свои судилища и будут бичевать вас в синагогах своих.

18 К правителям и царям поведут вас за Меня — во свидетельство им и язычникам.

19 Когда же будут судить вас, не тревожьтесь о том, как и что говорить вам, ибо будет дано вам в тот час, что сказать.

20 Не вы говорить будете, но Дух Отца вашего даст вам слова.

21 Брат станет на смерть предавать брата, а отец — дитя свое; восстанут дети против родителей и пошлют их на смерть;

22 и все ненавидеть вас будут из-за Меня. Но кто до конца претерпит, будет спасен.

23 В одном вас будут преследовать городе — бегите в другой; поверьте Мне, вы не успеете охватить проповедью Вести Благой все города израильские, как придет Сын Человеческий.

24 Ученик не выше учителя, и раб — своего господина.

25 Довольно для ученика разделить участь учителя своего, и для раба — своего господина. Если хозяина дома назвали Веельзевулом, то тем более — домочадцев его.

26 Так не бойтесь же их: ибо нет ничего сокрытого, что не открылось бы, и нет тайного ничего, что не стало бы известным.

27 То, что говорю вам в темноте, передавайте при свете дня, и сказанное на ухо с крыш домов провозглашайте.

28 Не бойтесь убивающих тело, души же не могущих убить — напротив, бойтесь Того, Кто и душу, и тело может погубить в огне.

29 Всего за грош можно купить двух птичек, не так ли? Но ни одна из них не упадет на землю без ведома Отца вашего.

30 А у вас и волосы на голове все сосчитаны.

31 Так что не бойтесь: вы больше значите, чем любое множество птиц.

32 Кто открыто признает Меня перед людьми, того Я, Сын Человеческий, признаю перед Отцом Моим Небесным.

33 А кто от Меня отречется перед людьми, от того и Я отрекусь перед Моим Отцом Небесным.

34 Не думайте, что мир Я пришел принести на землю; не мир, но меч Я пришел принести.

35 Ибо Я пришел, чтобы «сына разделить с отцом, дочь — с матерью, невестку — со свекровью ее,

36 так что врагами человеку станут близкие его».

37 Недостоин Меня тот, кто любит отца или мать больше, чем Меня, и тот, кто любит сына или дочь больше, чем Меня;

38 и кто не берет свой крест и не следует за Мной — тоже недостоин Меня.

39 Сберегший свою жизнь для себя — потеряет ее, а кто потеряет свою жизнь ради Меня — обретет ее.

40 Кто вас принимает, тот Меня принимает, и кто принимает Меня, тот принимает Пославшего Меня.

41 Кто вестника Божьего принимает, потому что он вестник Божий, получит награду вестника, и кто праведника принимает, потому что он праведник, получит награду праведника.

42 И если кто даст хотя бы чашку холодной воды одному из малых сих потому лишь, что он ученик Мой, заверяю вас, не лишится награды своей».

Chapter 10

1 AND he called his twelve disciples, and gave them power over the unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and sickness.

2 The names of the twelve apostles are these: The first of them Simon who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;

3 Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the publican, James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus surnamed Thaddaeus;

4 Simon the Zealot, and Judas of Iscariot, who betrayed him.

5 These twelve Jesus sent out, and charged them and said, Keep away from pagan practices, and do not enter a Samaritan city;

6 But above all, go to the sheep which are lost from the house of Israel.

7 And as you go, preach and say, that the kingdom of heaven is near.

8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons; freely you have received, freely give.

9 Do not accumulate gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses;

10 Nor a bag for the journey, nor two shirts and shoes, nor a staff; for a laborer is at least worthy of his food.

11 Whatever city or town you enter, ask who is trustworthy in it, and remain there until you leave.

12 And when you enter into the house, salute the family.

13 And if the family is trustworthy, your salutation of peace shall come upon it; but if it is not trustworthy, your salutation shall return to you.

14 Whoever will not welcome you, and will not listen to your words, when you leave the house or the village, shake off the sand from your feet.

15 Truly I say to you, that it will be easier for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that city.

16 Behold, I am sending you like lambs among the wolves; therefore be wise as serpents, and pure as doves.

17 But be careful of men; for they will deliver you up to the courts, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

18 And they will bring you before the presence of governors and kings for my sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.

19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry as to how or what you will speak; for it will be given to you in that very hour what you are to speak.

20 For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father, which speaks through you.

21 Brother will deliver up his own brother to death, and father his son; and children will rise up against their parents and put them to death.

22 And you will be hated by everybody because of my name; but he who endures until the end shall live.

23 When they persecute you in this city, escape to another; for truly I say to you, that you shall not finish converting all the cities of the house of Israel, until the Son of man returns.

24 No disciple is more important than his teacher, and no servant than his master.

25 It is enough for a disciple to be like his teacher, and for a servant to be like his master. If then, they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his household.

26 Therefore do not be afraid of them; for there is nothing covered that will not be uncovered, and hidden that will not be known.

27 What I tell you in the dark, tell it in the daylight; and what you hear with your ears, preach on the house tops.

28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but who cannot kill the soul; but above all, be afraid of him who can destroy both the soul and the body in hell.

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And yet not one of them will fall on the ground without your Father's will.

30 But so far as you are concerned, even the hairs of your head are all numbered.

31 Therefore fear not; you are much more important than many sparrows.

32 Everyone therefore who will acknowledge me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven.

33 But whoever will deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father in heaven.

34 Do not expect that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace but a sword.

35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

36 And a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.

37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 And whoever does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

39 He who is concerned about his life shall lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake shall find it.

40 Whoever receives you, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives him who sent me.

41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet, shall receive a prophet's reward; and whoever receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, shall receive a righteous man's reward.

42 Anyone who gives a drink to one of these little ones, if only a cup of cold water, in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he shall never lose his reward.

2 The names of the twelve apostles are these: The first of them Simon who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;

3 Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the publican, James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus surnamed Thaddaeus;

4 Simon the Zealot, and Judas of Iscariot, who betrayed him.

5 Разослал Иисус двенадцать этих апостолов, дав такой им наказ: «К язычникам не ходите и ни в один самаритянский город не заходите,

5 These twelve Jesus sent out, and charged them and said, Keep away from pagan practices, and do not enter a Samaritan city;

6 но идите к заблудшим овцам народа Израиля.

6 But above all, go to the sheep which are lost from the house of Israel.

7 Идите и возвещайте: „Приблизилось Царство Небесное!“

7 And as you go, preach and say, that the kingdom of heaven is near.

8 Больных исцеляйте, мертвых воскрешайте, прокаженных очищайте, бесов изгоняйте. Даром получили — даром и отдавайте.

8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons; freely you have received, freely give.

9 Не берите с собой ни золота, ни серебра, ни меди в пояса свои,

9 Do not accumulate gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses;

10 ни сумы на дорогу, ни смены одежды, ни второй пары обуви, ни посоха, ибо трудящийся достоин пропитания.

10 Nor a bag for the journey, nor two shirts and shoes, nor a staff; for a laborer is at least worthy of his food.

11 И в какой бы город или селение ни вошли вы, найдите в нем достойного человека и у него оставайтесь, пока не отправитесь дальше.

11 Whatever city or town you enter, ask who is trustworthy in it, and remain there until you leave.

12 Когда войдете в дом, пожелайте мира ему.

12 And when you enter into the house, salute the family.

13 И если дом достоин того — пусть мир ваш войдет в него. Но если не будет достоин — пусть мир ваш вернется к вам.

13 And if the family is trustworthy, your salutation of peace shall come upon it; but if it is not trustworthy, your salutation shall return to you.

14 А если не примут вас и не выслушают ваших слов, то, выйдя из дома того или города, отряхните прах с ваших ног.

14 Whoever will not welcome you, and will not listen to your words, when you leave the house or the village, shake off the sand from your feet.

15 Заверяю вас, Содому и Гоморре будет легче в День Суда, чем тому городу.

15 Truly I say to you, that it will be easier for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that city.

16 Вот, Я посылаю вас, но смотрите, вы будете, как овцы среди волков: так будьте же мудры, как змеи, и невинны, как голуби.

16 Behold, I am sending you like lambs among the wolves; therefore be wise as serpents, and pure as doves.

17 Остерегайтесь людей: они отдадут вас в свои судилища и будут бичевать вас в синагогах своих.

17 But be careful of men; for they will deliver you up to the courts, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

18 К правителям и царям поведут вас за Меня — во свидетельство им и язычникам.

18 And they will bring you before the presence of governors and kings for my sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.

19 Когда же будут судить вас, не тревожьтесь о том, как и что говорить вам, ибо будет дано вам в тот час, что сказать.

19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry as to how or what you will speak; for it will be given to you in that very hour what you are to speak.

20 Не вы говорить будете, но Дух Отца вашего даст вам слова.

20 For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father, which speaks through you.

21 Брат станет на смерть предавать брата, а отец — дитя свое; восстанут дети против родителей и пошлют их на смерть;

21 Brother will deliver up his own brother to death, and father his son; and children will rise up against their parents and put them to death.

22 и все ненавидеть вас будут из-за Меня. Но кто до конца претерпит, будет спасен.

22 And you will be hated by everybody because of my name; but he who endures until the end shall live.

23 В одном вас будут преследовать городе — бегите в другой; поверьте Мне, вы не успеете охватить проповедью Вести Благой все города израильские, как придет Сын Человеческий.

23 When they persecute you in this city, escape to another; for truly I say to you, that you shall not finish converting all the cities of the house of Israel, until the Son of man returns.

24 Ученик не выше учителя, и раб — своего господина.

24 No disciple is more important than his teacher, and no servant than his master.

25 Довольно для ученика разделить участь учителя своего, и для раба — своего господина. Если хозяина дома назвали Веельзевулом, то тем более — домочадцев его.

25 It is enough for a disciple to be like his teacher, and for a servant to be like his master. If then, they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his household.

26 Так не бойтесь же их: ибо нет ничего сокрытого, что не открылось бы, и нет тайного ничего, что не стало бы известным.

26 Therefore do not be afraid of them; for there is nothing covered that will not be uncovered, and hidden that will not be known.

27 What I tell you in the dark, tell it in the daylight; and what you hear with your ears, preach on the house tops.

34 Не думайте, что мир Я пришел принести на землю; не мир, но меч Я пришел принести.

34 Do not expect that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace but a sword.

35 Ибо Я пришел, чтобы «сына разделить с отцом, дочь — с матерью, невестку — со свекровью ее,

35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

36 так что врагами человеку станут близкие его».

36 And a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.

37 Недостоин Меня тот, кто любит отца или мать больше, чем Меня, и тот, кто любит сына или дочь больше, чем Меня;

37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 и кто не берет свой крест и не следует за Мной — тоже недостоин Меня.

38 And whoever does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

39 Сберегший свою жизнь для себя — потеряет ее, а кто потеряет свою жизнь ради Меня — обретет ее.

39 He who is concerned about his life shall lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake shall find it.

40 Кто вас принимает, тот Меня принимает, и кто принимает Меня, тот принимает Пославшего Меня.

40 Whoever receives you, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives him who sent me.

41 Кто вестника Божьего принимает, потому что он вестник Божий, получит награду вестника, и кто праведника принимает, потому что он праведник, получит награду праведника.

41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet, shall receive a prophet's reward; and whoever receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, shall receive a righteous man's reward.

42 И если кто даст хотя бы чашку холодной воды одному из малых сих потому лишь, что он ученик Мой, заверяю вас, не лишится награды своей».

42 Anyone who gives a drink to one of these little ones, if only a cup of cold water, in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he shall never lose his reward.
