Глава 20

1 ГОСПОДЬ говорил с Моисеем

2 и велел сказать сынам Израилевым: «Любой из сынов Израилевых или из пришлых, живущих среди израильтян, если отдаст он кого-либо из детей своих в жертву Молоху, должен быть предан смерти: народ земли вашей пусть побьет его камнями.

3 Я свершу суд над таким человеком и его пребыванию среди народа положу конец за то, что своего ребенка он отдал Молоху и осквернил тем Святилище Мое и обесславил Мое имя святое.

4 Если же сквозь пальцы посмотрит община израильская на грех человека, отдающего кого-либо из детей своих Молоху, не сочтя нужным предать его смерти,

5 Я Сам свершу суд над ним и над родом его — положу конец пребыванию его среди народа, частью которого был и он, и все те, кто вслед за ним разврату предался, поклоняясь Молоху.

6 Судить Я буду и того, кто обратится к вызывающим мертвых и знахарям, блуду предаваясь, и тому человеку не позволю жить среди народа его.

7 Освящайтесь, удаляясь от идолопоклонства, и живите свято, ведь Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш.

8 Неукоснительно соблюдайте установления Мои. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Я освящаю вас.

9 Всякий, кто проклинает отца своего и мать свою, да будет предан смерти. Коли он проклинал отца и мать, то в смерти своей он сам виновен.

10 Если мужчина прелюбодействует с замужней женщиной, с женою ближнего своего, то обоих — и прелюбодея, и прелюбодейку — надлежит предать смерти.

11 Если кто спит с женой отца своего, он бесчестит отца. Обоих прелюбодеев надлежит предать смерти — в смерти своей они сами виновны.

12 И если кто спит со своей снохой, то и они оба должны быть преданы смерти. Отвратительно то, что они творят, — в смерти своей они сами виновны.

13 Если же мужчина лег с мужчиной, как с женщиной, то оба они поступили мерзко и должны быть преданы смерти, в которой сами виновны.

14 Если мужчина вступает в половую связь с женщиной и дочерью ее, то это распутство. Сжечь их всех надлежит: и его, и женщин обеих, чтобы не было среди вас распутно живущих.

15 Мужчина, который совокупляется со скотиной, тоже должен быть предан смерти. Надлежит убить при этом и скотину.

16 И если женщина решается на соитие со скотом каким, надлежит умертвить и ее, и животное. Они должны быть преданы смерти — и сами они виновны будут в этой смерти своей.

17 Если мужчина взял к себе в дом сестру свою, дочь отца своего или матери своей, и с ее согласия вступил с ней в сожительство, — это срам. Они должны быть истреблены на глазах у всего народа он обесчестил сестру свою и за грех свой должен ответить.

18 Тот, кто спит с женой во время месячных ее, обнажает кровоток ее, а она, стало быть, открывает ему свое кровотечение. Обоим не место в народе их — они должны быть исторгнуты.

19 Не вступай в связь ни с сестрой матери своей, ни с сестрой отца своего. Поступающий так бесчестит свою кровную родственницу они должны ответить за грех свой.

20 Тот, кто спит с теткой своей, уже обесчестил мужа ее. Оба: и мужчина, и родственница его — ответят за это беззаконие; и умрут они бездетными.

21 И если кто спит с женой брата своего — это скверно, он уже обесчестил брата своего. Впавшие в грех такой останутся без детей.

22 Неукоснительно соблюдайте все установления Мои и все заповеди Мои, чтобы не изрыгнула вас земля, в которую Я веду вас, дабы жили вы на ней.

23 Не живите же по обычаям народов, которых Я изгоняю перед вами. Всё это они делали — и стали Мне отвратительны.

24 А вам сказал Я уже: „Вы овладеете землями их, Я отдам вам во владение земли, что источают молоко и мед“. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш, отделивший вас от других народов.

25 Так отличайте же животных чистых от нечистых и нечистую птицу — от чистой. Не оскверняйте себя ни животным, ни птицей, ни тварями, что на земле кишат, коих Я для вас как нечистых отметил и отделил.

26 Живите свято для Меня, ведь Я, ГОСПОДЬ ваш, — свят, и Я отделил вас от других народов, дабы вы были Моим народом.

27 Всякого вызывающего мертвых или знахаря, будь то мужчина или женщина, должно предать смерти. Надлежит побить их камнями, но в смерти своей они сами виновны».

1 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 to Moses,4872 saying,559

2 Again, you shall say559 to the children1121 of Israel,3478 Whoever376 he be of the children1121 of Israel,3478 or of the strangers1616 that sojourn1481 in Israel,3478 that gives5414 any of his seed2233 to Molech;4432 he shall surely be put to death:4191 the people5971 of the land776 shall stone7275 him with stones.68

3 And I will set5414 my face6440 against that man,376 and will cut3772 him off from among7130 his people;5971 because3588 he has given5414 of his seed2233 to Molech,4432 to defile2930 my sanctuary,4720 and to profane2490 my holy6944 name.8034

4 And if518 the people5971 of the land776 do any ways hide5956 their eyes5869 from the man,376 when he gives5414 of his seed2233 to Molech,4432 and kill4191 him not:

5 Then I will set7760 my face6440 against that man,376 and against his family,4940 and will cut3772 him off, and all3605 that go a whoring2181 after310 him, to commit2181 prostitution2181 with Molech,4432 from among7130 their people.5971

6 And the soul5315 that turns6437 after413 such as have familiar spirits,178 and after310 wizards,3049 to go a whoring2181 after310 them, I will even set5414 my face6440 against that soul,5315 and will cut3772 him off from among7130 his people.5971

7 Sanctify6942 yourselves therefore, and be you holy:6918 for I am the LORD3068 your God.430

8 And you shall keep8104 my statutes,2708 and do6213 them: I am the LORD3068 which sanctify6942 you.

9 For every376 one376 that curses7043 his father1 or his mother517 shall be surely put to death:4191 he has cursed7043 his father1 or his mother;517 his blood1818 shall be on him.

10 And the man376 that commits5003 adultery5003 with another376 man's376 wife,802 even he that commits5003 adultery5003 with his neighbor's7453 wife,802 the adulterer5003 and the adulteress5003 shall surely be put to death.4191

11 And the man376 that lies7901 with his father's1 wife802 has uncovered1540 his father's1 nakedness:6172 both8147 of them shall surely be put to death;4191 their blood1818 shall be on them.

12 And if834 a man376 lie7901 with his daughter3618 in law,3618 both8147 of them shall surely be put to death:4191 they have worked6213 confusion;8397 their blood1818 shall be on them.

13 If834 a man376 also lie7901 with mankind,2145 as he lies4904 with a woman,802 both8147 of them have committed6213 an abomination:8441 they shall surely be put to death;4191 their blood1818 shall be on them.

14 And if834 a man376 take3947 a wife802 and her mother,517 it is wickedness:2154 they shall be burnt8313 with fire,784 both he and they; that there be no3808 wickedness2154 among8432 you.

15 And if834 a man376 lie5414 7903 with a beast,929 he shall surely be put to death:4191 and you shall slay2026 the beast.929

16 And if834 a woman802 approach7126 to any3605 beast,929 and lie7250 down7250 thereto, you shall kill2026 the woman,802 and the beast:929 they shall surely be put to death;4191 their blood1818 shall be on them.

17 And if834 a man376 shall take3947 his sister,269 his father's1 daughter,1323 or176 his mother's517 daughter,1323 and see7200 her nakedness,6172 and she see7200 his nakedness;6172 it is a wicked2617 thing; and they shall be cut3772 off in the sight5869 of their people:1121 5971 he has uncovered1540 his sister's269 nakedness;6172 he shall bear5375 his iniquity.5771

18 And if834 a man376 shall lie7901 with a woman802 having her sickness,1739 and shall uncover1540 her nakedness;6172 he has discovered6168 her fountain,4726 and she has uncovered1540 the fountain4726 of her blood:1818 and both8147 of them shall be cut3772 off from among7130 their people.5971

19 And you shall not uncover1540 the nakedness6172 of your mother's517 sister,269 nor of your father's1 sister:269 for he uncovers6168 his near7607 kin:7607 they shall bear5375 their iniquity.5771

20 And if834 a man376 shall lie7901 with his uncle's1733 wife,1733 he has uncovered1540 his uncle's1730 nakedness:6172 they shall bear5375 their sin;2399 they shall die4191 childless.6185

21 And if834 a man376 shall take3947 his brother's251 wife,802 it is an unclean5079 thing: he has uncovered1540 his brother's251 nakedness;6172 they shall be childless.6185

22 You shall therefore keep8104 all3605 my statutes,2708 and all3605 my judgments,4941 and do6213 them: that the land,776 where834 8033 I bring935 you to dwell3427 therein, spew6958 you not out.

23 And you shall not walk3212 in the manners2708 of the nation,1471 which834 I cast7971 out before6440 you: for they committed6213 all3605 these428 things, and therefore I abhorred6973 them.

24 But I have said559 to you, You shall inherit3423 their land,127 and I will give5414 it to you to possess3423 it, a land776 that flows2100 with milk2461 and honey:1706 I am the LORD3068 your God,430 which834 have separated914 you from other people.5971

25 You shall therefore put difference914 between996 clean2889 beasts929 and unclean,2931 and between996 unclean2931 fowls5775 and clean:2889 and you shall not make your souls5315 abominable8262 by beast,929 or by fowl,5775 or by any3605 manner of living thing that creeps7430 on the ground,127 which834 I have separated914 from you as unclean.2930

26 And you shall be holy6918 to me: for I the LORD3068 am holy,6918 and have severed914 you from other people,5971 that you should be mine.

27 A man376 also or176 woman802 that has1961 a familiar spirit,178 or that is a wizard,3049 shall surely be put to death:4191 they shall stone7275 them with stones:68 their blood1818 shall be on them.

3 Я свершу суд над таким человеком и его пребыванию среди народа положу конец за то, что своего ребенка он отдал Молоху и осквернил тем Святилище Мое и обесславил Мое имя святое.

3 And I will set5414 my face6440 against that man,376 and will cut3772 him off from among7130 his people;5971 because3588 he has given5414 of his seed2233 to Molech,4432 to defile2930 my sanctuary,4720 and to profane2490 my holy6944 name.8034

4 Если же сквозь пальцы посмотрит община израильская на грех человека, отдающего кого-либо из детей своих Молоху, не сочтя нужным предать его смерти,

4 And if518 the people5971 of the land776 do any ways hide5956 their eyes5869 from the man,376 when he gives5414 of his seed2233 to Molech,4432 and kill4191 him not:

5 Я Сам свершу суд над ним и над родом его — положу конец пребыванию его среди народа, частью которого был и он, и все те, кто вслед за ним разврату предался, поклоняясь Молоху.

5 Then I will set7760 my face6440 against that man,376 and against his family,4940 and will cut3772 him off, and all3605 that go a whoring2181 after310 him, to commit2181 prostitution2181 with Molech,4432 from among7130 their people.5971

6 Судить Я буду и того, кто обратится к вызывающим мертвых и знахарям, блуду предаваясь, и тому человеку не позволю жить среди народа его.

6 And the soul5315 that turns6437 after413 such as have familiar spirits,178 and after310 wizards,3049 to go a whoring2181 after310 them, I will even set5414 my face6440 against that soul,5315 and will cut3772 him off from among7130 his people.5971

7 Освящайтесь, удаляясь от идолопоклонства, и живите свято, ведь Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш.

7 Sanctify6942 yourselves therefore, and be you holy:6918 for I am the LORD3068 your God.430

8 Неукоснительно соблюдайте установления Мои. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Я освящаю вас.

8 And you shall keep8104 my statutes,2708 and do6213 them: I am the LORD3068 which sanctify6942 you.

9 Всякий, кто проклинает отца своего и мать свою, да будет предан смерти. Коли он проклинал отца и мать, то в смерти своей он сам виновен.

11 Если кто спит с женой отца своего, он бесчестит отца. Обоих прелюбодеев надлежит предать смерти — в смерти своей они сами виновны.

11 And the man376 that lies7901 with his father's1 wife802 has uncovered1540 his father's1 nakedness:6172 both8147 of them shall surely be put to death;4191 their blood1818 shall be on them.

12 И если кто спит со своей снохой, то и они оба должны быть преданы смерти. Отвратительно то, что они творят, — в смерти своей они сами виновны.

12 And if834 a man376 lie7901 with his daughter3618 in law,3618 both8147 of them shall surely be put to death:4191 they have worked6213 confusion;8397 their blood1818 shall be on them.

13 Если же мужчина лег с мужчиной, как с женщиной, то оба они поступили мерзко и должны быть преданы смерти, в которой сами виновны.

13 If834 a man376 also lie7901 with mankind,2145 as he lies4904 with a woman,802 both8147 of them have committed6213 an abomination:8441 they shall surely be put to death;4191 their blood1818 shall be on them.

14 Если мужчина вступает в половую связь с женщиной и дочерью ее, то это распутство. Сжечь их всех надлежит: и его, и женщин обеих, чтобы не было среди вас распутно живущих.

15 And if834 a man376 lie5414 7903 with a beast,929 he shall surely be put to death:4191 and you shall slay2026 the beast.929

19 Не вступай в связь ни с сестрой матери своей, ни с сестрой отца своего. Поступающий так бесчестит свою кровную родственницу они должны ответить за грех свой.

19 And you shall not uncover1540 the nakedness6172 of your mother's517 sister,269 nor of your father's1 sister:269 for he uncovers6168 his near7607 kin:7607 they shall bear5375 their iniquity.5771

20 Тот, кто спит с теткой своей, уже обесчестил мужа ее. Оба: и мужчина, и родственница его — ответят за это беззаконие; и умрут они бездетными.

21 И если кто спит с женой брата своего — это скверно, он уже обесчестил брата своего. Впавшие в грех такой останутся без детей.

21 And if834 a man376 shall take3947 his brother's251 wife,802 it is an unclean5079 thing: he has uncovered1540 his brother's251 nakedness;6172 they shall be childless.6185

22 Неукоснительно соблюдайте все установления Мои и все заповеди Мои, чтобы не изрыгнула вас земля, в которую Я веду вас, дабы жили вы на ней.

22 You shall therefore keep8104 all3605 my statutes,2708 and all3605 my judgments,4941 and do6213 them: that the land,776 where834 8033 I bring935 you to dwell3427 therein, spew6958 you not out.

23 Не живите же по обычаям народов, которых Я изгоняю перед вами. Всё это они делали — и стали Мне отвратительны.

23 And you shall not walk3212 in the manners2708 of the nation,1471 which834 I cast7971 out before6440 you: for they committed6213 all3605 these428 things, and therefore I abhorred6973 them.

24 А вам сказал Я уже: „Вы овладеете землями их, Я отдам вам во владение земли, что источают молоко и мед“. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш, отделивший вас от других народов.

25 Так отличайте же животных чистых от нечистых и нечистую птицу — от чистой. Не оскверняйте себя ни животным, ни птицей, ни тварями, что на земле кишат, коих Я для вас как нечистых отметил и отделил.

25 You shall therefore put difference914 between996 clean2889 beasts929 and unclean,2931 and between996 unclean2931 fowls5775 and clean:2889 and you shall not make your souls5315 abominable8262 by beast,929 or by fowl,5775 or by any3605 manner of living thing that creeps7430 on the ground,127 which834 I have separated914 from you as unclean.2930

26 Живите свято для Меня, ведь Я, ГОСПОДЬ ваш, — свят, и Я отделил вас от других народов, дабы вы были Моим народом.

26 And you shall be holy6918 to me: for I the LORD3068 am holy,6918 and have severed914 you from other people,5971 that you should be mine.
