Глава 12

1 Явится в то время Михаил, правитель великий — сынам и дочерям твоего народа Защитник, придет Он, ибо настанет время скорби, какого еще никогда не бывало в народе твоем. Тогда твой народ спасен будет — спасется каждый, чье имя будет записано в Книге жизни.

2 Из тех, кто спит в прахе земном, многие пробудятся: одни — для вечной жизни, другие — на вечный позор и поругание.

3 Воссияют мудрые в славе, как лучи солнца, а те, кто к праведности многих привел, — будут сиять во веки веков, как яркие звезды.

4 А ты, Даниил, сохрани эти слова в тайне и запечатай книгу до срока, до времени конца. Многие тогда станут исследовать ее, и знание приумножится“.

5 Я, Даниил, оглядевшись, увидел: стоят еще двое, один на том берегу реки, другой — на этом.

6 И один из них спросил Мужа в льняных одеждах, Который стоял над рекой: „Когда же всему этому непостижимому злу наступит конец?“

7 И я услышал ответ Мужа в льняных одеждах — Того, Которого я увидел над водами реки. Воздев обе руки к небу, Он поклялся Вечно Живущим: „Предел будет положен сему по истечении определенного времени: одного срока, двух и половины срока; и когда никто уже более не будет сокрушать силу народа Святыни, всё это завершится“.

8 Я слышал это, но не понял и потому спросил: „Господин мой! Что же будет после всего этого?“

9 „Ступай, Даниил! — сказал Он мне. — Ибо это сокрыто и запечатано до срока, до времени конца.

10 Многие будут очищены от скверны, омыты и пройдут испытания, нечестивые же так и останутся в своем грехе; не смогут они понять происходящего, а мудрые — уразумеют.

11 С тех пор как остановлено было ежедневное священнодействие и вместо него водворена мерзость, приводящая к запустению, пройдет тысяча двести девяносто дней.

12 Блажен, кто ожидает и кто доживет до времени, когда закончатся тысяча триста тридцать пять дней.

13 А ты до конца иди своим путем! Ты упокоишься и восстанешь в конце дней мира, чтобы принять свой удел“».

1 And at that time6256 shall Michael4317 stand5975 up, the great1419 prince8269 which stands5975 for the children1121 of your people:5971 and there shall be a time6256 of trouble,6869 such834 as never3808 was since there was a nation1471 even to that same1931 time:6256 and at that time6256 your people5971 shall be delivered,4422 every3605 one that shall be found4672 written3789 in the book.5612

2 And many7227 of them that sleep3463 in the dust6083 of the earth127 shall awake,6974 some428 to everlasting5769 life,2416 and some428 to shame2781 and everlasting5769 contempt.1860

3 And they that be wise7919 shall shine2094 as the brightness2096 of the firmament;7549 and they that turn many7227 to righteousness6663 as the stars3556 for ever5769 and ever.5703

4 But you, O Daniel,1840 shut5640 up the words,1697 and seal2856 the book,5612 even to the time6256 of the end:7093 many7227 shall run7751 to and fro,7751 and knowledge1847 shall be increased.7235

5 Then I Daniel1840 looked,7200 and, behold,2009 there stood5975 other312 two,8147 the one259 on this2008 side of the bank8193 of the river,2975 and the other259 on that side of the bank8193 of the river.2975

6 And one said559 to the man376 clothed3847 in linen,906 which834 was on the waters4325 of the river,2975 How5704 long5704 shall it be to the end7093 of these wonders?6382

7 And I heard8085 the man376 clothed3847 in linen,906 which834 was on the waters4325 of the river,2975 when he held7311 up his right3225 hand3225 and his left8040 hand8040 to heaven,8064 and swore7650 by him that lives2416 for ever5769 that it shall be for a time,4150 times,4150 and an half;2677 and when he shall have accomplished3615 to scatter5310 the power3027 of the holy6944 people,5971 all3605 these428 things shall be finished.3615

8 And I heard,8085 but I understood995 not: then said559 I, O my Lord,113 what4100 shall be the end319 of these428 things?

9 And he said,559 Go3212 your way, Daniel:1840 for the words1697 are closed5640 up and sealed2856 till5704 the time6256 of the end.7093

10 Many7227 shall be purified,1305 and made white,3835 and tried;6884 but the wicked7563 shall do wickedly:7561 and none3808 of the wicked7563 shall understand;995 but the wise7919 shall understand.995

11 And from the time6256 that the daily8548 sacrifice shall be taken5493 away,5493 and the abomination8251 that makes desolate8074 set5414 up, there shall be a thousand505 two hundred3967 and ninety8673 days.3117

12 Blessed835 is he that waits,2442 and comes5060 to the thousand505 three7969 hundred3967 and five2568 and thirty7970 days.3117

13 But go3212 you your way till the end7093 be: for you shall rest,5117 and stand5975 in your lot1486 at the end7093 of the days.3117

8 Я слышал это, но не понял и потому спросил: „Господин мой! Что же будет после всего этого?“

10 Многие будут очищены от скверны, омыты и пройдут испытания, нечестивые же так и останутся в своем грехе; не смогут они понять происходящего, а мудрые — уразумеют.

10 Many7227 shall be purified,1305 and made white,3835 and tried;6884 but the wicked7563 shall do wickedly:7561 and none3808 of the wicked7563 shall understand;995 but the wise7919 shall understand.995

11 С тех пор как остановлено было ежедневное священнодействие и вместо него водворена мерзость, приводящая к запустению, пройдет тысяча двести девяносто дней.
