Chapter 18

1 The priests3548 the Levites,3881 and all3605 the tribe7626 of Levi,3878 shall have1961 no3808 part2506 nor inheritance5159 with5973 Israel:3478 they shall eat398 the offerings of the LORD made by fire,801 3068 and his inheritance.5159

2 Therefore shall they have1961 no3808 inheritance5159 among7130 their brethren:251 the LORD3068 is their inheritance,5159 as834 he hath said1696 unto them.

3 And this2088 shall be1961 the priest's3548 due4941 from4480 854 the people,5971 from4480 854 them that offer2076 a sacrifice,2077 whether518 it be ox7794 or518 sheep;7716 and they shall give5414 unto the priest3548 the shoulder,2220 and the two cheeks,3895 and the maw.6896

4 The firstfruit7225 also of thy corn,1715 of thy wine,8492 and of thine oil,3323 and the first7225 of the fleece1488 of thy sheep,6629 shalt thou give5414 him.

5 For3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath chosen977 him out of all4480 3605 thy tribes,7626 to stand5975 to minister8334 in the name8034 of the LORD,3068 him1931 and his sons1121 forever.3605 3117

6 And if3588 a Levite3881 come935 from any4480 259 of thy gates8179 out of all4480 3605 Israel,3478 where834 8033 he1931 sojourned,1481 and come935 with all3605 the desire185 of his mind5315 unto413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose;977

7 Then he shall minister8334 in the name8034 of the LORD3068 his God,430 as all3605 his brethren251 the Levites3881 do, which stand5975 there8033 before6440 the LORD.3068

8 They shall have like portions2506 2506 to eat,398 beside905 that which cometh of the sale4480 4465 of5921 his patrimony.1

9 When3588 thou859 art come935 into413 the land776 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee, thou shalt not3808 learn3925 to do6213 after the abominations8441 of those1992 nations.1471

10 There shall not3808 be found4672 among you any one that maketh his son1121 or his daughter1323 to pass through5674 the fire,784 or that useth7080 divination,7081 or an observer of times,6049 or an enchanter,5172 or a witch,3784

11 Or a charmer,2266 2267 or a consulter7592 with familiar spirits,178 or a wizard,3049 or a necromancer.1875 413 4191

12 For3588 all3605 that do6213 these things428 are an abomination8441 unto the LORD:3068 and because1558 of these428 abominations8441 the LORD3068 thy God430 doth drive them out3423 853 from before4480 6440 thee.

13 Thou shalt be1961 perfect8549 with5973 the LORD3068 thy God.430

14 For3588 these428 nations,1471 which834 thou859 shalt possess,3423 853 hearkened8085 unto413 observers of times,6049 and unto413 diviners:7080 but as for thee,859 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath not3808 suffered5414 thee so3651 to do.

15 The LORD3068 thy God430 will raise up6965 unto thee a Prophet5030 from the midst4480 7130 of thee, of thy brethren,4480 251 like unto me;3644 unto413 him ye shall hearken;8085

16 According to all3605 that834 thou desiredst7592 of4480 5973 the LORD3068 thy God430 in Horeb2722 in the day3117 of the assembly,6951 saying,559 Let me not3808 hear8085 again3254 853 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 my God,430 neither3808 let me see7200 this2063 great1419 fire784 any more,5750 that I die4191 not.3808

17 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 me, They have well3190 spoken that which834 they have spoken.1696

18 I will raise them up6965 a Prophet5030 from among4480 7130 their brethren,251 like unto thee,3644 and will put5414 my words1697 in his mouth;6310 and he shall speak1696 unto413 them853 all3605 that834 I shall command6680 him.

19 And it shall come to pass,1961 that whosoever376 834 will not3808 hearken8085 unto413 my words1697 which834 he shall speak1696 in my name,8034 I595 will require1875 it of4480 5973 him.

20 But389 the prophet,5030 which834 shall presume2102 to speak1696 a word1697 in my name,8034 853 which834 I have not3808 commanded6680 him to speak,1696 or that834 shall speak1696 in the name8034 of other312 gods,430 even that1931 prophet5030 shall die.4191

21 And if3588 thou say559 in thine heart,3824 How349 shall we know3045 853 the word1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath not3808 spoken?1696

22 When834 a prophet5030 speaketh1696 in the name8034 of the LORD,3068 if the thing1697 follow1961 not,3808 nor3808 come to pass,935 that1931 is the thing1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath not3808 spoken,1696 but the prophet5030 hath spoken1696 it presumptuously:2087 thou shalt not3808 be afraid1481 of4480 him.

Глава 18

1 «Колено Левия не получило надела земли в Израиле, потому что эти люди будут служить священниками. Они будут питаться жертвами, приготовленными на огне в приношение Господу. Это и будет доля колена левитов.

2 Левиты не получат надела земли, как и другие колена, потому что их удел — Сам Господь, как Он и говорил им.

3 Заколов быка, корову или овцу, чтобы принести жертву, отдай священнику вот какие части: плечо, щёки и желудок.

4 Отдавай священнику также первый сбор урожая: первое зерно, первое молодое вино и первое оливковое масло, и отдавай левитам первый настриг шерсти с овцы,

5 потому что Господь, Бог твой, посмотрев на все колена, избрал Левия и его потомков служить Ему во веки веков.

6 Всякий левит, живущий в одном из городов Израиля, в любое время может уйти из своего дома и прийти на святое место Господнее, если захочет.

7 Этот левит может служить во имя Господа, Бога своего, как и все его братья, служащие перед Господом,

8 и получит равную со всеми остальными левитами долю сверх той, которую обычно получает его семья».

9 «Когда придёшь на землю, которую Господь, Бог твой, даёт тебе, не учись у других народов делать мерзости, которые они творят:

10 не приноси в жертву на огне своего алтаря ни сыновей, ни дочерей своих, не пытайся узнать о будущем, расспрашивая прорицателя, и не ходи к волшебнику, колдунье или колдуну.

11 Не позволяй никому колдовать на другого, не допускай, чтобы кто-то из твоего народа вызывал духов или сделался волшебником, и пусть никто не пытается говорить с умершими.

12 Господу, Богу твоему, ненавистны те, кто делает такое, потому Он и изгоняет ради тебя другие народы из этой страны.

13 Будь верен Господу, Богу своему!»

14 «Изгони из своей земли другие народы, которые слушают волшебников и прорицателей; Господь, Бог твой, не позволяет тебе делать то, что делают они.

15 Господь, Бог твой, пошлёт тебе пророка подобного мне, который будет родом из твоего собственного народа. Ты должен слушать того пророка.

16 Бог пошлёт тебе его, так как ты просил Бога об этом. Когда вы собрались все вместе на горе Хорив и сказали: „Да не услышим мы никогда впредь голос Господний! Да не увидим мы никогда впредь этот великий огонь, чтобы нам не умереть!”

17 Господь сказал мне: „Хорошо, что они просят об этом.

18 Я пошлю им пророка, такого, как ты, он будет одним из них, и Я скажу ему, что говорить, и он скажет народу всё, что Я повелю.

19 Этот пророк будет говорить за Меня, и, если кто-либо ослушается Моих заповедей, Я накажу того человека”.

20 И если случится, что пророк скажет от Моего имени что-нибудь, что Я не велел ему говорить, он должен быть убит. А если появится пророк, говорящий от имени других богов, то пророк этот тоже должен быть убит.

21 Ты можешь подумать: „Откуда мне знать от Господа ли то, что говорит пророк?”

22 Если пророк скажет, что говорит от имени Господа, но сказанное им не исполнится, то знай, что Господь не говорил этого, знай, что пророк говорит от себя самого, не бойся его».

1 «Колено Левия не получило надела земли в Израиле, потому что эти люди будут служить священниками. Они будут питаться жертвами, приготовленными на огне в приношение Господу. Это и будет доля колена левитов.

2 Therefore shall they have1961 no3808 inheritance5159 among7130 their brethren:251 the LORD3068 is their inheritance,5159 as834 he hath said1696 unto them.

2 Левиты не получат надела земли, как и другие колена, потому что их удел — Сам Господь, как Он и говорил им.

3 And this2088 shall be1961 the priest's3548 due4941 from4480 854 the people,5971 from4480 854 them that offer2076 a sacrifice,2077 whether518 it be ox7794 or518 sheep;7716 and they shall give5414 unto the priest3548 the shoulder,2220 and the two cheeks,3895 and the maw.6896

5 потому что Господь, Бог твой, посмотрев на все колена, избрал Левия и его потомков служить Ему во веки веков.

6 Всякий левит, живущий в одном из городов Израиля, в любое время может уйти из своего дома и прийти на святое место Господнее, если захочет.

7 Then he shall minister8334 in the name8034 of the LORD3068 his God,430 as all3605 his brethren251 the Levites3881 do, which stand5975 there8033 before6440 the LORD.3068

7 Этот левит может служить во имя Господа, Бога своего, как и все его братья, служащие перед Господом,

9 «Когда придёшь на землю, которую Господь, Бог твой, даёт тебе, не учись у других народов делать мерзости, которые они творят:

10 не приноси в жертву на огне своего алтаря ни сыновей, ни дочерей своих, не пытайся узнать о будущем, расспрашивая прорицателя, и не ходи к волшебнику, колдунье или колдуну.

11 Не позволяй никому колдовать на другого, не допускай, чтобы кто-то из твоего народа вызывал духов или сделался волшебником, и пусть никто не пытается говорить с умершими.

12 For3588 all3605 that do6213 these things428 are an abomination8441 unto the LORD:3068 and because1558 of these428 abominations8441 the LORD3068 thy God430 doth drive them out3423 853 from before4480 6440 thee.

12 Господу, Богу твоему, ненавистны те, кто делает такое, потому Он и изгоняет ради тебя другие народы из этой страны.

13 Thou shalt be1961 perfect8549 with5973 the LORD3068 thy God.430

13 Будь верен Господу, Богу своему!»

14 For3588 these428 nations,1471 which834 thou859 shalt possess,3423 853 hearkened8085 unto413 observers of times,6049 and unto413 diviners:7080 but as for thee,859 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath not3808 suffered5414 thee so3651 to do.

14 «Изгони из своей земли другие народы, которые слушают волшебников и прорицателей; Господь, Бог твой, не позволяет тебе делать то, что делают они.

15 The LORD3068 thy God430 will raise up6965 unto thee a Prophet5030 from the midst4480 7130 of thee, of thy brethren,4480 251 like unto me;3644 unto413 him ye shall hearken;8085

15 Господь, Бог твой, пошлёт тебе пророка подобного мне, который будет родом из твоего собственного народа. Ты должен слушать того пророка.

16 Бог пошлёт тебе его, так как ты просил Бога об этом. Когда вы собрались все вместе на горе Хорив и сказали: „Да не услышим мы никогда впредь голос Господний! Да не увидим мы никогда впредь этот великий огонь, чтобы нам не умереть!”

17 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 me, They have well3190 spoken that which834 they have spoken.1696

17 Господь сказал мне: „Хорошо, что они просят об этом.

18 I will raise them up6965 a Prophet5030 from among4480 7130 their brethren,251 like unto thee,3644 and will put5414 my words1697 in his mouth;6310 and he shall speak1696 unto413 them853 all3605 that834 I shall command6680 him.

18 Я пошлю им пророка, такого, как ты, он будет одним из них, и Я скажу ему, что говорить, и он скажет народу всё, что Я повелю.

19 And it shall come to pass,1961 that whosoever376 834 will not3808 hearken8085 unto413 my words1697 which834 he shall speak1696 in my name,8034 I595 will require1875 it of4480 5973 him.

19 Этот пророк будет говорить за Меня, и, если кто-либо ослушается Моих заповедей, Я накажу того человека”.

21 Ты можешь подумать: „Откуда мне знать от Господа ли то, что говорит пророк?”

22 When834 a prophet5030 speaketh1696 in the name8034 of the LORD,3068 if the thing1697 follow1961 not,3808 nor3808 come to pass,935 that1931 is the thing1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath not3808 spoken,1696 but the prophet5030 hath spoken1696 it presumptuously:2087 thou shalt not3808 be afraid1481 of4480 him.

22 Если пророк скажет, что говорит от имени Господа, но сказанное им не исполнится, то знай, что Господь не говорил этого, знай, что пророк говорит от себя самого, не бойся его».
