2 И не входи в суд с рабом Твоим, ибо не оправдается пред Тобою ни один живущий.

3 Враг преследует душу мою, попирает в прах жизнь мою, посаждает меня во мраке, подобно давно умершим.

4 Томится во мне дух мой, унывает во мне сердце мое.

5 Воспоминаю дни древние, исчисляю все деяния Твои, размышляю о делах рук Твоих.

6 Простираю к Тебе руки мои; душа моя, как жаждущая земля пред Тобою. (Села.)

7 Поспеши, услышь меня, Господи, дух мой исчезает, не сокрой лица Твоего от меня; иначе я сравняюсь с отходящими в могилу.
