3 Of853 a foreigner5237 thou mayest exact5065 it again: but that which834 is1961 thine with854 thy brother251 thine hand3027 shall release;8058

4 Save657 when3588 there shall be1961 no3808 poor34 among you; for3588 the LORD3068 shall greatly bless1288 1288 thee in the land776 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee for an inheritance5159 to possess3423 it:

6 For3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 blesseth1288 thee, as834 he promised1696 thee: and thou shalt lend5670 unto many7227 nations,1471 but thou859 shalt not3808 borrow;5670 and thou shalt reign4910 over many7227 nations,1471 but they shall not3808 reign4910 over thee.

7 If3588 there be1961 among you a poor man34 of one4480 259 of thy brethren251 within any259 of thy gates8179 in thy land776 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee, thou shalt not3808 harden553 853 thine heart,3824 nor3808 shut7092 853 thine hand3027 from thy poor34 brother:4480 251

8 But3588 thou shalt open6605 853 thine hand3027 wide6605 unto him, and shalt surely lend5670 5670 him sufficient1767 for his need,4270 in that which834 he wanteth.2637

9 Beware8104 that6435 there be1961 not a thought1697 in5973 thy wicked1100 heart,3824 saying,559 The seventh7651 year,8141 the year8141 of release,8059 is at hand;7126 and thine eye5869 be evil7489 against thy poor34 brother,251 and thou givest5414 him naught;3808 and he cry7121 unto413 the LORD3068 against5921 thee, and it be1961 sin2399 unto thee.

10 Thou shalt surely give5414 5414 him, and thine heart3824 shall not3808 be grieved7489 when thou givest5414 unto him: because that3588 for1558 this2088 thing1697 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall bless1288 thee in all3605 thy works,4639 and in all3605 that thou puttest4916 thine hand3027 unto.

11 For3588 the poor34 shall never3808 cease2308 out of4480 7130 the land:776 therefore5921 3651 I595 command6680 thee, saying,559 Thou shalt open6605 853 thine hand3027 wide6605 unto thy brother,251 to thy poor,6041 and to thy needy,34 in thy land.776

12 And if3588 thy brother,251 a Hebrew man,5680 or176 a Hebrew woman,5680 be sold4376 unto thee, and serve5647 thee six8337 years;8141 then in the seventh7637 year8141 thou shalt let him go7971 free2670 from4480 5973 thee.

13 And when3588 thou sendest him out7971 free2670 from4480 5973 thee, thou shalt not3808 let him go away7971 empty: 7387

14 Thou shalt furnish him liberally6059 6059 out of thy flock,4480 6629 and out of thy floor,4480 1637 and out of thy winepress:4480 3342 of that wherewith834 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath blessed1288 thee thou shalt give5414 unto him.

15 And thou shalt remember2142 that3588 thou wast1961 a bondman5650 in the land776 of Egypt,4714 and the LORD3068 thy God430 redeemed6299 thee: therefore5921 3651 I595 command6680 thee853 this2088 thing1697 today.3117

16 And it shall be,1961 if3588 he say559 unto413 thee, I will not3808 go away3318 from4480 5973 thee; because3588 he loveth157 thee and thine house,1004 because3588 he is well2896 with5973 thee;

17 Then thou shalt take3947 853 an awl,4836 and thrust5414 it through his ear241 unto the door,1817 and he shall be1961 thy servant5650 forever.5769 And also637 unto thy maidservant519 thou shalt do6213 likewise.3651

18 It shall not3808 seem hard unto thee,7185 5869 when thou sendest him away7971 853 free2670 from4480 5973 thee; for3588 he hath been worth7939 a double4932 hired servant7916 to thee, in serving5647 thee six8337 years:8141 and the LORD3068 thy God430 shall bless1288 thee in all3605 that834 thou doest.6213

19 All3605 the firstling1060 males2145 that834 come3205 of thy herd1241 and of thy flock6629 thou shalt sanctify6942 unto the LORD3068 thy God:430 thou shalt do no3808 work5647 with the firstling1060 of thy bullock,7794 nor3808 shear1494 the firstling1060 of thy sheep.6629

20 Thou shalt eat398 it before6440 the LORD3068 thy God430 year8141 by year8141 in the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose,977 thou859 and thy household.1004

21 And if3588 there be1961 any blemish3971 therein, as if it be lame,6455 or176 blind,5787 or have any3605 ill7451 blemish,3971 thou shalt not3808 sacrifice2076 it unto the LORD3068 thy God.430

22 Thou shalt eat398 it within thy gates:8179 the unclean2931 and the clean2889 person shall eat it alike,3162 as the roebuck,6643 and as the hart.354

23 Only7535 thou shalt not3808 eat398 853 the blood1818 thereof; thou shalt pour8210 it upon5921 the ground776 as water.4325

Глава 15

1 По наступлении седьмого года делай прощение.

2 Прощение же состоит в том, чтоб всякий заимодавец, который дал взаймы ближнему своему, простил долг и не взыскивал с ближнего своего и с брата своего, когда провозглашено будет прощение ради Иеговы [Бога твоего].

3 С иноземца взыскивай, а что будет твое у брата твоего, прости.

4 Разве только не будет у тебя нищего: ибо благословит тебя Иегова, [Бог твой,] на той земле, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе в удел, чтоб ты взял ее в наследие.

5 Если только будешь слушать гласа Иеговы, Бога твоего, и стараться исполнять все заповеди сии, которые я сегодня заповедаю тебе:

6 То Иегова, Бог твой, благословит тебя, как Он говорил тебе, и ты будешь давать взаймы многим народам, а сам не будешь брать взаймы, и господствовать будешь над многими народами, а они над тобою не будут господствовать.

7 Если же будет у тебя нищий кто-либо из братьев твоих, в одном из жилищ твоих, на земле твоей, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе: то не ожесточи сердца твоего и не сожми руки твоей пред нищим братом твоим.

8 Но открой ему руку свою и дай ему взаймы, смотря по его нужде, в чем он нуждается.

9 Берегись, чтоб не вошла в сердце твое [тайно] беззаконная мысль: приближается седьмой год, год прощения; и чтоб от того око твое не сделалось немилостиво к нищему брату твоему, и ты не отказал ему; ибо он возопиет на тебя ко Господу, и будет на тебе [великий] грех.

10 Дай ему, [и взаймы дай ему, сколько он просит, и сколько ему нужно,] и когда будешь давать ему, не должно скорбеть сердце твое; ибо за сие благословит тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всех делах твоих и во всем, что будет проходить чрез твои руки.

11 Поелику нищие всегда будут среди земли [твоей]; потому я и повелеваю тебе [сие делать,] говоря: отверзай руку твою брату твоему, бедному твоему и нищему твоему на земле твоей.

12 Если продается тебе брат твой, Еврей или Евреянка: то шесть лет должен он быть рабом тебе, а в седьмой год отпусти его от себя на свободу.

13 Когда же будешь отпускать его от себя на свободу, не отпусти его с пустыми руками;

14 Но награди его чем-нибудь из стад твоих, с гумна твоего и из точила твоего; дай ему, чем благословил тебя Иегова, Бог твой.

15 Вспомни, что [и] ты был рабом в земле Египетской, и избавил тебя Иегова, Бог твой, [оттуда]; потому я сегодня и заповедаю тебе [делать] сие.

16 Если же он скажет тебе: не пойду я от тебя, потому что я люблю тебя и дом твой, потому что хорошо ему у тебя:

17 То возьми шило, и приколи ухо его к двери [на ступени]; и будет он рабом твоим навек. Таким образом поступи и с рабою твоею.

18 Не считай это для себя тяжким, что ты должен отпустить его от себя на свободу; ибо он в продолжении шести лет заработал тебе вдвое против платы наемника, и благословит тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всем, что ни будешь делать.

19 Все первородное мужеского пола, что родится от крупного скота твоего, и от мелкого скота твоего, посвящай Иегове, Богу твоему: не работай на первородном воле твоем и не стриги первородного из овец твоих.

20 Пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, каждогодно съедай это ты, и семейство твое, на месте, которое изберет Иегова, [Бог твой].

21 Если же будет на нем порок, если оно будет хромо или слепо, [или] по другому какому пороку негодно, то не приноси его в жертву Иегове, Богу твоему.

22 В жилищах твоих ешь его; нечистый как и чистый [у тебя могут есть], как серну и как оленя.

23 Только крови его не ешь, на землю выливай ее, как воду.

2 Прощение же состоит в том, чтоб всякий заимодавец, который дал взаймы ближнему своему, простил долг и не взыскивал с ближнего своего и с брата своего, когда провозглашено будет прощение ради Иеговы [Бога твоего].

5 Если только будешь слушать гласа Иеговы, Бога твоего, и стараться исполнять все заповеди сии, которые я сегодня заповедаю тебе:

6 То Иегова, Бог твой, благословит тебя, как Он говорил тебе, и ты будешь давать взаймы многим народам, а сам не будешь брать взаймы, и господствовать будешь над многими народами, а они над тобою не будут господствовать.

7 Если же будет у тебя нищий кто-либо из братьев твоих, в одном из жилищ твоих, на земле твоей, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе: то не ожесточи сердца твоего и не сожми руки твоей пред нищим братом твоим.

8 Но открой ему руку свою и дай ему взаймы, смотря по его нужде, в чем он нуждается.

9 Берегись, чтоб не вошла в сердце твое [тайно] беззаконная мысль: приближается седьмой год, год прощения; и чтоб от того око твое не сделалось немилостиво к нищему брату твоему, и ты не отказал ему; ибо он возопиет на тебя ко Господу, и будет на тебе [великий] грех.

10 Thou shalt surely give5414 5414 him, and thine heart3824 shall not3808 be grieved7489 when thou givest5414 unto him: because that3588 for1558 this2088 thing1697 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall bless1288 thee in all3605 thy works,4639 and in all3605 that thou puttest4916 thine hand3027 unto.

10 Дай ему, [и взаймы дай ему, сколько он просит, и сколько ему нужно,] и когда будешь давать ему, не должно скорбеть сердце твое; ибо за сие благословит тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всех делах твоих и во всем, что будет проходить чрез твои руки.

11 For3588 the poor34 shall never3808 cease2308 out of4480 7130 the land:776 therefore5921 3651 I595 command6680 thee, saying,559 Thou shalt open6605 853 thine hand3027 wide6605 unto thy brother,251 to thy poor,6041 and to thy needy,34 in thy land.776

11 Поелику нищие всегда будут среди земли [твоей]; потому я и повелеваю тебе [сие делать,] говоря: отверзай руку твою брату твоему, бедному твоему и нищему твоему на земле твоей.

12 Если продается тебе брат твой, Еврей или Евреянка: то шесть лет должен он быть рабом тебе, а в седьмой год отпусти его от себя на свободу.

13 Когда же будешь отпускать его от себя на свободу, не отпусти его с пустыми руками;

18 Не считай это для себя тяжким, что ты должен отпустить его от себя на свободу; ибо он в продолжении шести лет заработал тебе вдвое против платы наемника, и благословит тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всем, что ни будешь делать.
