2 Speak1696 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 and take3947 of4480 854 every one of them a rod4294 according to the house1004 of their fathers,1 of4480 854 all3605 their princes5387 according to the house1004 of their fathers1 twelve8147 6240 rods:4294 write3789 thou853 every man's376 name8034 upon5921 his rod.4294

2 Sage559 Eleasar499, dem Sohn1121 Aarons175, des Priesters3548, daß er die6942 Pfannen4289 aufhebe7311 aus996 dem Brande und8316 streue2219 das Feuer784 hin und her1973.

3 And thou shalt write3789 Aaron's175 name8034 upon5921 the rod4294 of Levi:3878 for3588 one259 rod4294 shall be for the head7218 of the house1004 of their fathers.1

3 Denn die Pfannen4289 solcher Sünder2400 sind geheiliget durch ihre See LE5315, daß man sie6942 zu6213 breiten7555 Blechen6341 schlage und den Altar4196 damit behänge; denn sie sind geopfert7126 vor6440 dem HErrn3068 und geheiliget und sollen den Kindern1121 Israel3478 zum Zeichen226 sein.

4 And thou shalt lay them up5117 in the tabernacle168 of the congregation4150 before6440 the testimony,5715 where834 8033 I will meet3259 with you.

4 Und3548 Eleasar499, der Priester, nahm3947 die ehernen Pfannen4289, die die Verbrannten8313 geopfert7126 hatten, und5178 schlug7554 sie zu Blechen, den Altar4196 zu behängen,

5 And it shall come to pass,1961 that the man's376 rod,4294 whom834 I shall choose,977 shall blossom:6524 and I will make to cease7918 from4480 5921 me853 the murmurings8519 of the children1121 of Israel,3478 whereby834 they1992 murmur3885 against5921 you.

5 zum Gedächtnis2146 der Kinder1121 Israel3478, daß4616 nicht jemand Fremdes2114 sich3027 herzumache, der nicht ist des Samens2233 Aaron175, zu opfern7126 Räuchwerk7004 vor dem HErrn3068, auf6440 daß ihm nicht gehe wie Korah7141 und seiner Rotte5712, wie der HErr3068 ihm geredet hatte1696 durch Mose4872.

6 And Moses4872 spoke1696 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 and every one3605 of their princes5387 gave5414 413 him a rod4294 apiece,5387 259 4294 for each prince5387 one,259 according to their fathers'1 houses,1004 even twelve8147 6240 rods:4294 and the rod4294 of Aaron175 was among8432 their rods.4294

6 Des andern4283 Morgens aber murrete die ganze Gemeine der Kinder1121 Israel3478 wider Mose4872 und Aaron175 und sprachen559: Ihr habt3885 des HErrn3068 Volk5712 getötet4191!

7 And Moses4872 laid up5117 853 the rods4294 before6440 the LORD3068 in the tabernacle168 of witness.5715

7 Und da sich6437 die Gemeine versammelte6950 wider Mose4872 und Aaron175, wandten sie sich3680 zu der Hütte168 des Stifts4150. Und siehe, da bedeckte es die Wolke6051, und die Herrlichkeit3519 des HErrn3068 erschien7200.

8 And it came to pass,1961 that on the morrow4480 4283 Moses4872 went935 into413 the tabernacle168 of witness;5715 and, behold,2009 the rod4294 of Aaron175 for the house1004 of Levi3878 was budded,6524 and brought forth3318 buds,6525 and bloomed6692 blossoms,6731 and yielded1580 almonds.8247

8 Und Mose4872 und Aaron175 gingen935 hinein zu der Hütte168 des Stifts4150.

9 And Moses4872 brought out3318 853 all3605 the rods4294 from before4480 6440 the LORD3068 unto413 all3605 the children1121 of Israel:3478 and they looked,7200 and took3947 every man376 his rod.4294

9 Und der HErr3068 redete1696 mit Mose4872 und sprach559:

10 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Bring7725 853 Aaron's175 rod4294 again before6440 the testimony,5715 to be kept4931 for a token226 against the rebels;1121 4805 and thou shalt quite take away3615 their murmurings8519 from4480 5921 me, that they die4191 not.3808

10 Hebet euch7426 aus dieser Gemeine; ich will sie plötzlich7281 vertilgen3615. Und sie fielen5307 auf8432 ihr Angesicht6440.

11 And Moses4872 did6213 so: as834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 him, so3651 did6213 he.

11 Und Mose4872 sprach559 zu Aaron175: Nimm die Pfanne4289 und tue Feuer784 drein vom Altar4196 und lege7760 Räuchwerk7004 drauf, und gehe3212 eilend4120 zu der Gemeine und versöhne3722 sie5414; denn das Wüten7110 ist3947 von6440 dem HErrn3068 ausgegangen3318, und die Plage5063 ist angegangen2490.

12 And the children1121 of Israel3478 spoke559 unto413 Moses,4872 saying,559 Behold,2005 we die,1478 we perish,6 we all3605 perish.6
|
12 Und5414 Aaron175 nahm3947, wie ihm Mose4872 gesagt hatte1696, und lief7323 mitten8432 unter die Gemeine (und siehe, die Plage5063 war angegangen2490 unter dem Volk6951) und räucherte und versöhnete das Volk5971.

|
13 Whosoever3605 cometh any thing near7131 7131 unto413 the tabernacle4908 of the LORD3068 shall die:4191 shall we be consumed8552 with dying?1478
|
13 Und5975 stund zwischen den Toten4191 und Lebendigen2416. Da ward der Plage4046 gewehret.
