3 So spricht559 der HErr136 HErr3069 zu Jerusalem3389: Dein Geschlecht4351 und559 deine Geburt4138 ist aus der Kanaaniter3669 Lande776, dein Vater1 aus den Amoritern567 und deine Mutter517 aus den Hethitern2850.

4 Deine Geburt3205 ist also gewesen: Dein Nabel8270, da du geboren4138 wurdest, ist nicht verschnitten; so hat3772 man dich auch mit Wasser4325 nicht gebadet7364, daß du sauber würdest4935, noch3117 mit Salz gerieben, noch4414 in Windeln2853 gewickelt.

5 Denn niemand jammerte2347 dein, daß er7993 sich5869 über dich hätte erbarmet und der Stücke eins259 dir6440 erzeiget, sondern du wurdest aufs Feld7704 geworfen. Also6213 verachtet1604 war3205 deine See LE5315, da3117 du geboren warest.

7 Und habe5414 dich erzogen und lassen935 groß werden1431 wie ein Gewächs6780 auf dem Felde7704; und warest nun gewachsen3559 und groß und schön5716 worden. Deine Brüste7699 waren7235 gewachsen6779 und hattest schon lange Haare8181 gekriegt; aber du warest noch bloß5903 und beschamet.

10 und kleidete dich mit gestickten Kleidern7553 und zog3847 dir2280 sämische Schuhe5274 an; ich3680 gab dir feine leinene Kleider8336 und seidene Schleier4897

11 I decked5710 thee also with ornaments,5716 and I put5414 bracelets6781 upon5921 thy hands,3027 and a chain7242 on5921 thy neck.1627

12 und gab5414 dir Haarband5141 an deine Stirn639 und Ohrringe an deine Ohren241 und eine schöne8597 Krone5850 auf dein Haupt7218.

13 Thus wast thou decked5710 with gold2091 and silver;3701 and thy raiment4403 was of fine linen,8336 and silk,4897 and embroidered work;7553 thou didst eat398 fine flour,5560 and honey,1706 and oil:8081 and thou wast exceeding beautiful,3302 3966 3966 and thou didst prosper6743 into a kingdom.4410

13 Summa, du398 warest geziert5710 mit eitel Gold2091 und Silber3701 und gekleidet4403 mit eitel Leinwand8336, Seiden und Gesticktem7553. Du aßest auch eitel Semmel5560, Honig1706 und Öl8081 und warest überaus3966 schön3302 und bekamest das Königreich4410.

14 And thy renown8034 went forth3318 among the heathen1471 for thy beauty:3308 for3588 it1931 was perfect3632 through my comeliness,1926 which834 I had put7760 upon5921 thee, saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

14 Und dein Ruhm erscholl unter die8034 Heiden1471 deiner Schöne3308 halben, welche ganz3632 vollkommen war3318 durch den Schmuck1926, so ich an dich gehänget hatte7760, spricht5002 der HErr136 HErr3069.

15 But thou didst trust982 in thine own beauty,3308 and playedst the harlot2181 because5921 of thy renown,8034 and pouredst out8210 853 thy fornications8457 on5921 every one3605 that passed by;5674 his it was.1961

15 Aber du8034 verließest dich982 auf8210 deine Schöne3308; und weil du so gerühmet warest, triebest du Hurerei2181, also daß du dich8457 einem jeglichen, wer vorüberging5674, gemein machtest und tatest seinen Willen.

16 And of thy garments4480 899 thou didst take,3947 and deckedst6213 thy high places1116 with divers colors,2921 and playedst the harlot2181 thereupon:5921 the like things shall not3808 come,935 neither3808 shall it be1961 so.

16 Und6213 nahmest von deinen Kleidern899 und935 machtest dir bunte2921 Altäre1116 daraus und triebest deine Hurerei2181 darauf, als nie geschehen ist3947 noch geschehen wird.

17 Thou hast also taken3947 thy fair8597 jewels3627 of my gold4480 2091 and of my silver,4480 3701 which834 I had given5414 thee, and madest6213 to thyself images6754 of men,2145 and didst commit whoredom2181 with them,

17 Du nahmest auch dein schön8597 Gerät3627, das ich dir von meinem Gold2091 und6213 Silber3701 gegeben5414 hatte3947, und machtest dir Mannsbilder6754 daraus und triebest deine Hurerei2181 mit denselben.

18 And tookest3947 thine embroidered7553 853 garments,899 and coveredst3680 them: and thou hast set5414 mine oil8081 and mine incense7004 before6440 them.

18 Und3680 nahmest deine gestickten7553 Kleider899 und5414 bedecktest sie3947 damit; und mein Öl8081 und Räuchwerk7004 legtest du ihnen vor6440.

19 My meat3899 also which834 I gave5414 thee, fine flour,5560 and oil,8081 and honey,1706 wherewith I fed398 thee, thou hast even set5414 it before6440 them for a sweet5207 savor:7381 and thus it was,1961 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

20 Moreover thou hast taken3947 853 thy sons1121 and thy daughters,1323 whom834 thou hast borne3205 unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed2076 unto them to be devoured.398 Is this of4480 thy whoredoms8457 a small matter,4592

20 daß du nahmest deine Söhne1121 und2076 Töchter1323, die du mir gezeuget hattest3205, und opfertest sie3947 denselben zu fressen398. Meinest du denn, daß ein Geringes4592 sei um deine Hurerei8457,

21 That thou hast slain7819 853 my children,1121 and delivered5414 them to cause them to pass through5674 the fire for them?

21 daß du mir meine Kinder1121 schlachtest7819 und lässest sie5414 denselben verbrennen5674?
|
|
22 And in all3605 thine abominations8441 and thy whoredoms8457 thou hast not3808 remembered2142 853 the days3117 of thy youth,5271 when thou wast1961 naked5903 and bare,6181 and wast1961 polluted947 in thy blood.1818

22 Noch hast du in allen6181 deinen Greueln8441 und Hurerei8457 nie gedacht2142 an die Zeit3117 deiner Jugend5271, wie bloß5903 und nackend du warest und in deinem Blut1818 lagest.

23 And it came to pass1961 after310 all3605 thy wickedness,7451 (woe,188 woe188 unto thee! saith5002 the Lord136 GOD;)3069

24 That thou hast also built1129 unto thee an eminent place,1354 and hast made6213 thee a high place7413 in every3605 street.7339

25 Thou hast built1129 thy high place7413 at413 every3605 head7218 of the way,1870 and hast made853 thy beauty3308 to be abhorred,8581 and hast opened6589 853 thy feet7272 to every one3605 that passed by,5674 and multiplied7235 853 thy whoredoms.8457

26 Thou hast also committed fornication2181 with413 the Egyptians1121 4714 thy neighbors,7934 great1432 of flesh;1320 and hast increased7235 853 thy whoredoms,8457 to provoke me to anger.3707

27 Behold,2009 therefore I have stretched out5186 my hand3027 over5921 thee, and have diminished1639 thine ordinary2706 food, and delivered5414 thee unto the will5315 of them that hate8130 thee, the daughters1323 of the Philistines,6430 which are ashamed3637 of thy lewd2154 way.4480 1870

27 Ich aber streckte meine Hand3027 aus wider dich und5414 steuerte solcher deiner Weise2706 und übergab dich in den5315 Willen deiner Feinde8130, den Töchtern1323 der Philister6430, welche sich5186 schämten3637 vor deinem verruchten2154 Wesen1870.

28 Thou hast played the whore2181 also with413 the Assyrians,1121 804 because thou wast unsatiable;4480 1115 7654 yea, thou hast played the harlot2181 with them, and yet1571 couldest not3808 be satisfied.7646

28 Danach triebest du Hurerei2181 mit den Kindern Assur804 und konntest des nicht1115 satt7654 werden7646; ja, da du mit ihnen Hurerei2181 getrieben hattest, und des nicht satt werden konntest,

29 Thou hast moreover multiplied7235 853 thy fornication8457 in413 the land776 of Canaan3667 unto Chaldea;3778 and yet1571 thou wast not3808 satisfied7646 herewith.2063

29 machtest du der Hurerei8457 noch mehr7235 im Lande776 Kanaan3667 bis nach Chaldäa3778; noch konntest du damit2063 auch nicht satt werden7646.

|
30 How4100 weak535 is thine heart,3826 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD,3069 seeing thou doest6213 853 all3605 these428 things, the work4639 of an imperious7986 whorish2181 woman;802

30 Wie535 soll ich dir doch dein Herz3826 beschneiden, spricht5002 der HErr136 HErr3069, weil du solche Werke4639 tust6213 einer802 großen7986 Erzhure2181,

|
31 In that thou buildest1129 thine eminent place1354 in the head7218 of every3605 way,1870 and makest6213 thine high place7413 in every3605 street;7339 and hast not3808 been1961 as a harlot,2181 in that thou scornest7046 hire;868

31 damit daß du deine Bergkirchen bauetest vornean auf allen Straßen1870 und1129 deine Altäre7413 machtest auf allen Gassen7339? Dazu warest du nicht wie eine andere7218 Hure2181, die man6213 muß868 mit Geld kaufen7046,

|
32 But as a wife802 that committeth adultery,5003 which taketh3947 853 strangers2114 instead8478 of her husband!376

33 Denn allen andern Huren2181 gibt5414 man Geld5078; du aber gibst allen deinen Buhlern157 Geld5083 zu und5439 schenkest ihnen, daß sie5414 zu dir kommen935 allenthalben und mit dir Hurerei8457 treiben.

34 And the contrary2016 is1961 in thee from4480 other women802 in thy whoredoms,8457 whereas none3808 followeth310 thee to commit whoredoms:2181 and in that thou givest5414 a reward,868 and no3808 reward868 is given5414 unto thee, therefore thou art1961 contrary.2016

34 Und5414 findet sich an1961 dir310 das Widerspiel2016 vor andern Weibern802 mit deiner Hurerei8457, weil man dir nicht nachläuft, sondern du Geld868 zugibst und5414 man dir nicht Geld868 zugibt. Also treibest du das Widerspiel2016.

36 Thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Because3282 thy filthiness5178 was poured out,8210 and thy nakedness6172 discovered1540 through thy whoredoms8457 with5921 thy lovers,157 and with5921 all3605 the idols1544 of thy abominations,8441 and by the blood1818 of thy children,1121 which834 thou didst give5414 unto them;

36 So spricht der HErr136 HErr3069: Weil du559 denn so milde Geld zugibst8210 und5178 deine Scham6172 durch deine Hurerei8457 gegen deine Buhlen157 entblößest und5414 gegen alle Götzen1544 deiner Greuel8441 und vergeußest das Blut1818 deiner Kinder1121, welche du ihnen opferst,

37 Behold,2009 therefore3651 I will gather6908 853 all3605 thy lovers,157 with5921 whom834 thou hast taken pleasure,6149 and all3605 them that834 thou hast loved,157 with5921 all3605 them that834 thou hast hated;8130 I will even gather6908 them round about4480 5439 against5921 thee, and will discover1540 thy nakedness6172 unto413 them, that they may see7200 853 all3605 thy nakedness.6172

37 darum, siehe, will7200 ich sammeln6908 alle deine Buhlen, mit welchen du Wollust getrieben hast157, samt allen6149, die du für Freunde157 hieltest, zu deinen Feinden8130; und5439 will sie beide wider dich sammeln6908 allenthalben und will ihnen deine Scham6172 blößen, daß sie deine Scham6172 gar sehen sollen.

39 Und will dich in ihre Hände3027 geben5414, daß sie2040 deine Bergkirchen abbrechen5422 und deine Bergaltäre umreißen und dir deine Kleider899 ausziehen6584 und dein schön8597 Gerät3627 dir nehmen3947 und dich nackend und bloß5903 sitzen lassen3240.

40 They shall also bring up5927 a company6951 against5921 thee, and they shall stone7275 thee with stones,68 and thrust thee through1333 with their swords.2719

|
41 And they shall burn8313 thine houses1004 with fire,784 and execute6213 judgments8201 upon thee in the sight5869 of many7227 women:802 and I will cause thee to cease7673 from playing the harlot,4480 2181 and thou also1571 shalt give5414 no3808 hire868 any more.5750

41 und5414 deine Häuser1004 mit Feuer784 verbrennen8313 und dir dein Recht8201 tun7673 vor den Augen5869 vieler Weiber802. Also will ich deiner Hurerei2181 ein Ende machen6213, daß du nicht mehr7227 sollst Geld868 noch zugeben.

42 So will I make my fury2534 toward thee to rest,5117 and my jealousy7068 shall depart5493 from4480 thee, and I will be quiet,8252 and will be no3808 more5750 angry.3707

42 Und will meinen Mut2534 an dir kühlen und meinen Eifer7068 an dir sättigen, daß ich ruhe5117 und nicht5493 mehr zürnen dürfe.

43 Because3282 834 thou hast not3808 remembered2142 853 the days3117 of thy youth,5271 but hast fretted7264 me in all3605 these428 things; behold,1887 therefore I589 also1571 will recompense5414 thy way1870 upon thine head,7218 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD:3069 and thou shalt not3808 commit6213 853 this lewdness2154 above5921 all3605 thine abominations.8441

43 Darum daß du nicht gedacht2142 hast5414 an die Zeit3117 deiner Jugend5271, sondern mich mit diesem allem1887 gereizet, darum will ich auch dir1870 all dein Tun auf den Kopf7218 legen, spricht5002 der HErr136 HErr3069; wiewohl ich damit2154 nicht getan6213 habe nach dem Laster in deinen Greueln8441.

44 Behold,2009 every one3605 that useth proverbs4911 shall use this proverb4911 against5921 thee, saying,559 As is the mother,517 so is her daughter.1323

44 Siehe, alle die, so4911 Sprichwort pflegen zu üben4911, werden von dir dies Sprichwort sagen559: Die Tochter1323 ist wie die Mutter517.

45 Thou859 art thy mother's517 daughter,1323 that loatheth1602 her husband376 and her children;1121 and thou859 art the sister269 of thy sisters,269 which834 loathed1602 their husbands376 and their children:1121 your mother517 was a Hittite,2851 and your father1 an Amorite.567

45 Du bist deiner Mutter517 Tochter1323, welche ihren Mann376 und Kinder1121 verstößt, und bist eine Schwester269 deiner Schwestern269, die ihre Männer582 und Kinder1121 verstoßen. Eure Mutter517 ist eine von den Hethitern2850 und euer Vater1 ein Amoriter567.

46 And thine elder1419 sister269 is Samaria,8111 she1931 and her daughters1323 that dwell3427 at5921 thy left hand:8040 and thy younger6996 sister,269 that dwelleth3427 at thy right hand,4480 3225 is Sodom5467 and her daughters.1323

46 Samaria8111 ist deine große1419 Schwester269 mit ihren Töchtern1323, die3427 dir zur Linken8040 wohnet, und Sodom5467 ist deine kleine6996 Schwester269 mit ihren Töchtern1323, die3427 zu deiner Rechten3225 wohnet;

|
47 Yet hast thou not3808 walked1980 after their ways,1870 nor done6213 after their abominations:8441 but, as if that were a very6985 little4592 thing, thou wast corrupted7843 more than4480 they in all3605 thy ways.1870
|
47 wiewohl du dennoch nicht gelebet hast1980 nach ihrem Wesen1870 noch getan6213 nach ihren Greueln8441. Es fehlet nicht weit, daß du es ärger gemacht7843 hast denn sie2004 in all deinem Wesen1870.

|
48 As I589 live,2416 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD,3069 Sodom5467 thy sister269 hath not518 done,6213 she1931 nor her daughters,1323 as834 thou hast done,6213 thou859 and thy daughters.1323
|
48 So wahr ich lebe2416, spricht5002 der HErr136 HErr3069, Sodom5467, deine Schwester269, samt ihren Töchtern1323 hat nicht so getan6213 wie du und6213 deine Töchter1323.
|
|
49 Behold,2009 this2088 was1961 the iniquity5771 of thy sister269 Sodom,5467 pride,1347 fullness7653 of bread,3899 and abundance7962 of idleness8252 was1961 in her and in her daughters,1323 neither3808 did she strengthen2388 the hand3027 of the poor6041 and needy.34

49 Siehe, das war8252 deiner Schwester269 Sodom5467 Missetat5771: Hoffart1347 und alles7653 vollauf3899 und guter Friede7962, den sie2388 und ihre Töchter1323 hatten; aber dem Armen6041 und Dürftigen34 halfen sie3027 nicht,

50 And they were haughty,1361 and committed6213 abomination8441 before6440 me: therefore I took them away5493 853 as834 I saw7200 good.

50 sondern waren7200 stolz1361 und taten Greuel8441 vor mir6440; darum ich sie5493 auch weggetan habe6213, da ich begann dareinzusehen.

|
51 Neither3808 hath Samaria8111 committed2398 half2677 of thy sins;2403 but thou hast multiplied7235 853 thine abominations8441 more than4480 they, and hast justified6663 853 thy sisters269 in all3605 thine abominations8441 which834 thou hast done.6213
|
51 So hat auch Samaria8111 nicht die Hälfte2677 deiner Sünden2403 getan2398, sondern du hast deiner Greuel8441 so viel7235 mehr über sie2007 getan6213, daß du deine Schwester269 gleich fromm6663 gemacht hast gegen alle deine Greuel8441, die du getan hast.

52 Thou859 also,1571 which834 hast judged6419 thy sisters,269 bear5375 thine own shame3639 for thy sins2403 that834 thou hast committed more abominable8581 than4480 they: they are more righteous6663 than4480 thou: yea, be thou confounded954 859 also,1571 and bear5375 thy shame,3639 in that thou hast justified6663 thy sisters.269

52 So trage5375 auch nun deine Schande3639, die du deine Schwester269 fromm6663 machst durch deine Sünden2403, in welchen du größere Greuel8581 denn sie2004 getan hast6419, und machst sie frömmer, denn du bist. So sei nun auch du schamrot954 und trage5375 deine Schande3639, daß du deine Schwester269 fromm6663 gemacht hast.
