1 Now the men376 of Israel3478 had sworn7650 in Mizpeh,4709 saying,559 There shall not any376 of us give5414 his daughter1323 to Benjamin1144 to wife.802
|
1 И поклялись7650 Израильтяне3763478 в Массифе,4709 говоря:559 никто376 из нас не отдаст5414 дочери1323 своей сынам Вениамина1144 в замужество.802

2 And the people5971 came935 to the house1008 of God,1008 and stayed3427 there8033 till5704 even6153 before6440 God,430 and lifted5375 up their voices,6963 and wept1058 sore;1065
|
2 И пришел935 народ5971 в дом1004 Божий,4301008 и сидели3427 там до вечера6153 пред3942 Богом,430 и подняли5375 громкий вопль,6963 и сильно1419 плакали,10581065

3 And said,559 O LORD3068 God430 of Israel,3478 why4100 is this2063 come1961 to pass in Israel,3478 that there should be to day3117 one259 tribe7626 lacking6485 in Israel?3478
|
3 и сказали:559 Господи,3068 Боже430 Израилев!3478 для чего случилось это в Израиле,3478 что не стало6485 теперь3117 у Израиля3478 одного259 колена?7626
|

4 And it came1961 to pass on the morrow,4279 that the people5971 rose7925 early,7925 and built1129 there8033 an altar,4196 and offered5927 burnt5930 offerings and peace8002 offerings.

4 На другой4283 день4283 встал7925 народ5971 поутру,7925 и устроили1129 там жертвенник,4196 и вознесли5927 всесожжения5930 и мирные8002 жертвы.8002

5 And the children1121 of Israel3478 said,559 Who4310 is there among all3605 the tribes7626 of Israel3478 that came5927 not up with the congregation6951 to the LORD?3068 For they had made a great1419 oath7621 concerning him that came5927 not up to the LORD3068 to Mizpeh,4709 saying,559 He shall surely be put to death.4191

5 И сказали559 сыны1121 Израилевы:3478 кто834 не приходил5927 в собрание6951 пред Господа3068 из всех колен7626 Израилевых?3478 Ибо великое1419 проклятие7621 произнесено было на тех, которые не пришли5927 пред Господа3068 в Массифу,4709 и сказано559 было,559 что те преданы4191 будут4191 смерти.4191

6 And the children1121 of Israel3478 repented5162 them for Benjamin1144 their brother,251 and said,559 There is one259 tribe7626 cut1438 off from Israel3478 this day.3117
|
6 И сжалились5162 сыны1121 Израилевы3478 над Вениамином,1144 братом251 своим, и сказали:559 ныне3117 отсечено1438 одно259 колено7626 от Израиля;3478
|

7 How4100 shall we do6213 for wives802 for them that remain,3498 seeing we have sworn7650 by the LORD3068 that we will not give5414 them of our daughters1323 to wives?802
|
7 как поступить6213 нам с оставшимися3498 из них касательно жен,802 когда мы поклялись7650 Господом3068 не давать5414 им жен802 из дочерей1323 наших?
|
|
8 And they said,559 What4310 one259 is there of the tribes7626 of Israel3478 that came5927 not up to Mizpeh4709 to the LORD?3068 And, behold,2009 there came935 none3808 376 to the camp4264 from Jabeshgilead3003 1568 to the assembly.6951

8 И сказали:559 нет ли кого259 из колен7626 Израилевых,3478 кто не приходил5927 пред Господа3068 в Массифу?4709 И оказалось, что из Иависа3003 Галаадского1568 никто376 не приходил935 пред Господа в стан4264 на собрание.6951

9 For the people5971 were numbered,6485 and, behold,2009 there were none369 376 of the inhabitants3427 of Jabeshgilead3003 1568 there.8033
|
9 И осмотрен6485 народ,5971 и вот, не было там ни одного376 из жителей3427 Иависа3003 Галаадского.1568
|
|
10 And the congregation5712 sent7971 thither8033 twelve8147 6240 thousand505 men376 of the most valiant,1121 2428 and commanded6680 them, saying,559 Go3212 and smite5221 the inhabitants3427 of Jabeshgilead3003 1568 with the edge6310 of the sword,2719 with the women802 and the children.2945

10 И послало7971 туда общество5712 двенадцать81476240 тысяч505 человек,376 мужей1121 сильных,2428 и дали им приказание,6680 говоря:559 идите3212 и поразите5221 жителей3427 Иависа3003 Галаадского1568 мечом,63102719 и женщин802 и детей;2945

11 And this2063 is the thing1697 that you shall do,6213 You shall utterly destroy2763 every3605 male,2145 and every3605 woman802 that has lain3045 4904 by man.2145
|
11 и вот что1697 сделайте:6213 всякого мужчину2145 и всякую женщину,802 познавшую3045 ложе4904 мужеское,4904 предайте2763 заклятию.2763
|
|
12 And they found4672 among the inhabitants3427 of Jabeshgilead3003 1568 four702 hundred3967 young5291 virgins,1330 that had known3045 no3808 man376 by lying4904 with any male:2145 and they brought935 them to the camp4264 to Shiloh,7887 which834 is in the land776 of Canaan.3667

12 И нашли4672 они между жителями3427 Иависа3003 Галаадского1568 четыреста7023967 девиц,52911330 не познавших3045 ложа4904 мужеского,2145 и привели935 их в стан4264 в Силом,7887 что в земле776 Ханаанской.3667
|

13 And the whole3605 congregation5712 sent7971 some to speak1696 to the children1121 of Benjamin1144 that were in the rock5553 Rimmon,7417 and to call7121 peaceably7965 to them.
|
13 И послало7971 все общество5712 переговорить1696 с сынами1121 Вениамина,1144 бывшими в скале5553 Риммоне,7417 и объявило7121 им мир.7965
|
|
14 And Benjamin1144 came7725 again7725 at that time;6256 and they gave5414 them wives802 which834 they had saved2421 alive2421 of the women802 of Jabeshgilead:3003 1568 and yet so3651 they sufficed4672 them not.
|
14 Тогда6256 возвратились7725 сыны Вениамина,1144 и дали5414 им жен,802 которых оставили2421 в живых2421 из женщин802 Иависа3003 Галаадского;1568 но оказалось, что этого было4672 недостаточно.4672

15 And the people5971 repented5162 them for Benjamin,1144 because3588 that the LORD3068 had made6213 a breach6556 in the tribes7626 of Israel.3478
|
15 Народ5971 же сожалел5162 о Вениамине,1144 что Господь3068 не сохранил6213 целости6556 колен7626 Израилевых.3478
|
|
16 Then the elders2205 of the congregation5712 said,559 How4100 shall we do6213 for wives802 for them that remain,3498 seeing3588 the women802 are destroyed8045 out of Benjamin?1144
|
16 И сказали559 старейшины2205 общества:5712 что нам делать6213 с оставшимися3498 касательно жен,802 ибо истреблены8045 женщины802 у Вениамина?1144
|
|
17 And they said,559 There must be an inheritance3425 for them that be escaped6413 of Benjamin,1144 that a tribe7626 be not destroyed4229 out of Israel.3478
|
17 И сказали:559 наследственная3425 земля3425 пусть остается уцелевшим6413 сынам Вениамина,1144 чтобы не исчезло4229 колено7626 от Израиля;3478
|
|
18 However, we may3201 not give5414 them wives802 of our daughters:1323 for the children1121 of Israel3478 have sworn,7650 saying,559 Cursed779 be he that gives5414 a wife802 to Benjamin.1144
|
18 но мы не можем3201 дать5414 им жен802 из дочерей1323 наших; ибо сыны1121 Израилевы3478 поклялись,7650 говоря:559 проклят,779 кто даст5414 жену802 Вениамину.1144
|
|
19 Then they said,559 Behold,2009 there is a feast2282 of the LORD3068 in Shiloh7887 yearly3117 in a place which834 is on the north6828 side of Bethel,1008 on the east4217 8121 side of the highway4546 that goes5927 up from Bethel1008 to Shechem,7927 and on the south5045 of Lebonah.3829

19 И сказали:559 вот, каждый3117 год3117 бывает праздник2282 Господень3068 в Силоме,7887 который на север6828 от Вефиля1008 и на восток42178121 от дороги,4546 ведущей5927 от Вефиля1008 в Сихем,7927 и на юг5045 от Левоны.3829

20 Therefore they commanded6680 the children1121 of Benjamin,1144 saying,559 Go3212 and lie in wait693 in the vineyards;3754

20 И приказали6680 сынам1121 Вениамина1144 и сказали:559 пойдите3212 и засядьте693 в виноградниках,3754
|
|
21 And see,7200 and, behold,2009 if518 the daughters1323 of Shiloh7887 come3318 out to dance2342 in dances,4246 then come3318 you out of the vineyards,3754 and catch2414 you every man376 his wife802 of the daughters1323 of Shiloh,7887 and go1980 to the land776 of Benjamin.1144

21 и смотрите,7200 когда выйдут3318 девицы1323 Силомские7887 плясать2342 в хороводах,4246 тогда выйдите3318 из виноградников3754 и схватите2414 себе каждый376 жену802 из девиц1323 Силомских7887 и идите1980 в землю776 Вениаминову;1144

22 And it shall be, when3588 their fathers1 or176 their brothers251 come935 to us to complain,7378 that we will say559 to them, Be favorable2603 to them for our sakes: because3588 we reserved3947 not to each man376 his wife802 in the war:4421 for you did not give5414 to them at this time,6256 that you should be guilty.816

22 и когда придут935 отцы1 их, или братья251 их с жалобою7378 к нам, мы скажем559 им: простите2603 нас за них, ибо мы не взяли3947 для каждого376 из них жены802 на войне,4421 и вы не дали5414 им; теперь6256 вы виновны.816

23 And the children1121 of Benjamin1144 did6213 so,3651 and took5375 them wives,802 according to their number,4557 of them that danced,2342 whom834 they caught:1497 and they went3212 and returned7725 to their inheritance,5159 and repaired1129 the cities,5892 and dwelled3427 in them.

23 Сыны1121 Вениамина1144 так и сделали,6213 и взяли5375 жен802 по числу4557 своему из бывших2342 в хороводе,2342 которых они похитили,1497 и пошли3212 и возвратились7725 в удел5159 свой, и построили1129 города5892 и стали3427 жить3427 в них.

24 And the children1121 of Israel3478 departed1980 there8033 at that time,6256 every man376 to his tribe7626 and to his family,4940 and they went3318 out from there8033 every man376 to his inheritance.5159

24 В то же время6256 Израильтяне11213478 разошлись1980 оттуда каждый376 в колено7626 свое и в племя4940 свое, и пошли3318 оттуда каждый376 в удел5159 свой.

|
25 In those1992 days3117 there was no369 king4428 in Israel:3478 every man376 did6213 that which was right3477 in his own eyes.5869
|
25 В те дни3117 не было царя4428 у Израиля;3478 каждый376 делал6213 то, что ему казалось5869 справедливым.3477
