2 Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 the maker6213 thereof, the LORD3068 that formed3335 it, to establish3559 it; the LORD3068 is his name;8034

2 So spricht559 der HErr3068, der solches macht3335, tut6213 und3068 ausrichtet; HErr3068 ist sein3559 Name8034:

3 Call7121 to me, and I will answer6030 you, and show5046 you great1419 and mighty1219 things, which you know3045 not.

3 Rufe7121 mich, so will ich dir antworten6030 und will dir anzeigen5046 große1419 und gewaltige Dinge1219, die du nicht weißt3045.

4 For thus3541 said559 the LORD,3068 the God430 of Israel,3478 concerning5921 the houses1004 of this2063 city,5892 and concerning5921 the houses1004 of the kings4428 of Judah,3063 which are thrown5422 down5422 by the mounts,5550 and by the sword;2719

4 Denn so spricht559 der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Israels3478, von den Häusern1004 dieser Stadt5892 und von den Häusern1004 der Könige4428 Judas, welche5550 abgebrochen5422 sind, Bollwerk zu machen zur Wehre,

5 They come935 to fight3898 with the Chaldeans,3778 but it is to fill4390 them with the dead6297 bodies6297 of men,120 whom834 I have slain5221 in my anger639 and in my fury,2534 and for all3605 whose834 wickedness7451 I have hid5641 my face6440 from this2063 city.5892

5 und6297 von denen, so hereinkommen sind, daß sie wider die Chaldäer3778 streiten3898 mögen, daß sie dieselbigen füllen4390 müssen mit toten Leichnamen, welche ich in6440 meinem Zorn und Grimm2534 erschlagen5221 will935; denn ich habe mein Angesicht639 von dieser Stadt5892 verborgen5641 um aller ihrer Bosheit7451 willen:

6 Behold,2005 I will bring4608 it health724 and cure,4832 and I will cure7495 them, and will reveal1540 to them the abundance6283 of peace7965 and truth.571

7 And I will cause the captivity7622 of Judah3063 and the captivity7622 of Israel3478 to return,7725 and will build1129 them, as at the first.7223

7 Denn ich will7725 das Gefängnis7622 Judas und das Gefängnis7622 Israels3478 wenden und will sie bauen1129 wie7223 von Anfang;

8 And I will cleanse2891 them from all3605 their iniquity,5771 whereby834 they have sinned2398 against me; and I will pardon5545 all3605 their iniquities,5771 whereby834 they have sinned,2398 and whereby834 they have transgressed6586 against me.

8 und will sie2891 reinigen von aller Missetat5771, damit sie wider mich gesündiget haben2398, und will ihnen vergeben5545 alle Missetat5771, damit sie wider mich gesündigt und übertreten6586 haben2398.

9 And it shall be to me a name8034 of joy,8342 a praise8416 and an honor8597 before all3605 the nations1471 of the earth,776 which834 shall hear8085 all3605 the good2896 that I do6213 to them: and they shall fear6342 and tremble7264 for all3605 the goodness2896 and for all3605 the prosperity7965 that I procure6213 to it.

9 Und6213 das soll mir ein fröhlicher8342 Name, Ruhm8416 und Preis8597 sein unter allen Heiden1471 auf Erden776, wenn sie7264 hören8085 werden all das Gute2896, das ich ihnen tue6213. Und werden sich6342 verwundern und entsetzen über all dem Guten2896 und über all dem Frieden7965, den8034 ich ihnen geben will.

10 Thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 Again5750 there shall be heard8085 in this2088 place,4725 which834 you say559 shall be desolate2717 without369 man120 and without369 beast,929 even in the cities5892 of Judah,3063 and in the streets2351 of Jerusalem,3389 that are desolate,8074 without369 man,120 and without369 inhabitant,3427 and without369 beast,929

10 So spricht559 der HErr3068: An diesem Ort4725, davon ihr3427 saget: Er ist wüst2720, weil weder Leute120 noch Vieh929 in den Städten5892 Judas und559 auf den Gassen2351 zu8085 Jerusalem3389 bleibet, die so verwüstet8074 sind, daß weder Leute120 noch Bürger noch Vieh929 drinnen ist,

11 The voice6963 of joy,8342 and the voice6963 of gladness,8057 the voice6963 of the bridegroom,2860 and the voice6963 of the bride,3618 the voice6963 of them that shall say,559 Praise3034 the LORD3068 of hosts:6635 for the LORD3068 is good;2896 for his mercy2617 endures for ever:5769 and of them that shall bring935 the sacrifice of praise8426 into the house1004 of the LORD.3068 For I will cause to return7725 the captivity7622 of the land,776 as at the first,7223 said559 the LORD.3068

11 wird man559 dennoch wiederum7725 hören Geschrei6963 von Freude8342 und6963 Wonne8057, die Stimme6963 des Bräutigams2860 und6963 der Braut3618 und3068 die Stimme6963 derer, so da sagen559: Danket3034 dem HErrn3068 Zebaoth6635, daß er so gnädig2617 ist und tut immerdar5769 Gutes! und derer, so da Dankopfer8426 bringen zum Hause1004 des HErrn3068. Denn ich will935 des Landes776 Gefängnis7622 wenden wie2896 von Anfang7223, spricht der HErr3068.

12 Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts;6635 Again5750 in this2088 place,4725 which is desolate2717 without369 5704 man120 and without369 5704 beast,929 and in all3605 the cities5892 thereof, shall be an habitation5116 of shepherds7462 causing their flocks6629 to lie7257 down.7901

12 So spricht559 der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635: An diesem Ort4725, der so wüst2720 ist, daß weder Leute120 noch Vieh929 drinnen sind, und in allen seinen Städten5892 werden dennoch wiederum Hirtenhäuser sein, die da Herden6629 weiden7462,

13 In the cities5892 of the mountains,2022 in the cities5892 of the vale,8219 and in the cities5892 of the south,5045 and in the land776 of Benjamin,1144 and in the places about5439 Jerusalem,3389 and in the cities5892 of Judah,3063 shall the flocks6629 pass5674 again5750 under5921 the hands3027 of him that tells4487 them, said559 the LORD.3068

14 Behold,2009 the days3117 come,935 said5002 the LORD,3068 that I will perform6965 that good2896 thing1697 which834 I have promised1696 to the house1004 of Israel3478 and to the house1004 of Judah.3063

14 Siehe, es kommt die Zeit3117, spricht5002 der HErr3068, daß ich das gnädige2896 Wort1697 erwecken will935, welches ich dem Hause1004 Israel3478 und dem Hause1004 Juda3063 geredet habe6965.

15 In those1992 days,3117 and at that time,6256 will I cause the Branch6780 of righteousness6666 to grow6779 up to David;1732 and he shall execute6213 judgment4941 and righteousness6666 in the land.776

15 In denselbigen Tagen und6256 zur selbigen Zeit3117 will ich dem David1732 ein gerecht Gewächs6780 aufgehen6779 lassen; und6213 soll ein König sein, der wohl6666 regieren wird, und soll Recht4941 und Gerechtigkeit6666 anrichten auf Erden776.

16 In those1992 days3117 shall Judah3063 be saved,3467 and Jerusalem3389 shall dwell7931 safely:983 and this2088 is the name with which834 she shall be called,7121 The LORD3068 our righteousness.6664

16 Zur selbigen Zeit3117 soll Juda3063 geholfen3467 werden und Jerusalem3389 sicher983 wohnen7931; und man7121 wird ihn nennen: Der HErr, der unsere Gerechtigkeit3072 ist.

17 For thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 David1732 shall never3808 want3772 a man376 to sit3427 on the throne3678 of the house1004 of Israel;3478

17 Denn so spricht559 der HErr3068: Es soll3772 nimmermehr3808 fehlen, es soll einer376 von David1732 sitzen3427 auf dem Stuhl3678 des Hauses1004 Israel3478.

18 Neither3808 shall the priests3548 the Levites3881 want3772 a man376 before6440 me to offer5927 burnt5930 offerings, and to kindle6999 meat offerings,4503 and to do6213 sacrifice2077 continually.3605 3117

18 Desgleichen soll‘s3772 nimmermehr fehlen, es5930 sollen Priester und3548 Leviten3881 sein vor mir6440, die da3117 Brandopfer tun5927 und376 Speisopfer anzünden6999 und6213 Opfer4503 schlachten2077 ewiglich.

19 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to Jeremiah,3414 saying,559

20 Thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 If518 you can break6565 my covenant1285 of the day,3117 and my covenant1285 of the night,3915 and that there should not be day3119 and night3915 in their season;6256

20 So spricht559 der HErr3068: Wenn mein Bund1285 aufhören6565 wird mit dem Tage3119 und Nacht3915, daß nicht Tag3117 und Nacht3915 sei zu seiner Zeit6256,

21 Then may also1571 my covenant1285 be broken6565 with David1732 my servant,5650 that he should not have1961 a son1121 to reign4427 on his throne;3678 and with the Levites3881 the priests,3548 my ministers.8334

21 so wird4427 auch mein Bund1285 aufhören6565 mit meinem Knechte5650 David1732, daß er nicht einen Sohn1121 habe zum Könige auf seinem Stuhl3678, und mit den Leviten3881 und Priestern3548, meinen Dienern8334.

22 As the host6635 of heaven8064 cannot3808 be numbered,5608 neither3808 the sand2344 of the sea3220 measured:4058 so3651 will I multiply7235 the seed2233 of David1732 my servant,5650 and the Levites3881 that minister8334 to me.

22 Wie man des Himmels8064 Heer6635 nicht zählen5608 noch den Sand2344 am Meer3220 nicht messen4058 kann, also will ich mehren7235 den Samen2233 Davids1732, meines Knechts, und5650 die Leviten3881, die mir dienen8334.

23 Moreover the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to Jeremiah,3414 saying,559

23 Und des HErrn3068 Wort1697 geschah zu Jeremia3414 und sprach559:

24 Consider7200 you not what4100 this2088 people5971 have spoken,1696 saying,559 The two8147 families4940 which834 the LORD3068 has chosen,977 he has even cast3988 them off? thus they have despised5006 my people,5971 that they should be no more5750 a nation1471 before6440 them.

24 Hast du nicht gesehen7200, was dies Volk5971 redet und spricht: Hat977 doch der HErr3068 auch die zwei8147 Geschlechter4940 verworfen3988, welche er auserwählet hatte1696; und lästern5006 mein Volk5971, als6440 sollten sie559 nicht mehr mein Volk1471 sein.

25 Thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 If518 my covenant1285 be not with day3119 and night,3915 and if I have not appointed7760 the ordinances2708 of heaven8064 and earth;776

25 So spricht559 der HErr3068: Halte ich meinen Bund1285 nicht mit Tag3119 und7760 Nacht3915 noch die Ordnung des Himmels8064 und2708 der Erde776,

|
26 Then1571 will I cast3988 away the seed2233 of Jacob 3290and David1732 my servant,5650 so that I will not take3947 any of his seed2233 to be rulers4910 over413 the seed2233 of Abraham,85 Isaac,3446 and Jacob:3290 for I will cause their captivity7622 to return,7725 and have mercy7355 on them.

26 so will7725 ich auch1571 verwerfen den Samen2233 Jakobs3290 und5650 Davids1732, meines Knechts, daß ich nicht aus ihrem Samen2233 nehme3947, die da herrschen4910 über den Samen2233 Abrahams, Isaaks3446 und85 Jakobs3290. Denn ich will7725 ihr Gefängnis7622 wenden und mich über sie3988 erbarmen7355.
