7 Darum sollen sie7218 nun vornean gehen unter denen, die gefangen1540 weggeführet werden1540, und5628 soll das Schlemmen4797 der Pranger aufhören5493.

8 Denn der HErr136 HErr3069 hat geschworen7650 bei seiner See LE5315, spricht5002 der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Zebaoth6635: Mich verdrießt8374 die Hoffart1347 Jakobs3290 und bin8130 ihren Palästen759 gram; und ich will auch die Stadt5892 übergeben mit allem, was drinnen ist5462.

8 The Lord136 GOD3069 has sworn7650 by himself,5315 said5002 the LORD3068 the God430 of hosts,6635 I abhor8374 the excellency1347 of Jacob,3290 and hate8130 his palaces:759 therefore will I deliver5462 up the city5892 with all4393 that is therein.4393

9 Und wenn gleich zehn6235 Männer582 in einem259 Hause1004 überblieben, sollen sie doch sterben4191,

9 And it shall come1961 to pass, if518 there remain3498 ten6235 men582 in one259 house,1004 that they shall die.4191

10 daß einen6106 jeglichen sein Vetter1730 und sein Ohm nehmen und die8034 Gebeine aus3318 dem Hause1004 tragen5375 muß und sagen559 zu dem, der in den Gemächern3411 des Hauses1004 ist: Ist ihrer auch noch mehr da? Und der wird657 antworten: Sie sind alle dahin! Und wird sagen559: Sei zufrieden; denn sie wollten nicht, daß man559 des HErrn3068 Namens gedenken2142 sollte.

11 Denn siehe, der HErr3068 hat geboten, daß man die großen1419 Häuser1004 schlagen5221 soll, daß sie6680 Ritze gewinnen, und die kleinen6996 Häuser1004, daß sie Lücken1233 gewinnen.

11 For, behold,2009 the LORD3068 commands,6680 and he will smite5221 the great1419 house1004 with breaches,7447 and the little6996 house1004 with clefts.1233

12 Wer kann7323 mit Rossen5483 rennen oder mit Ochsen1241 pflügen auf Felsen5553? Denn ihr2790 wandelt das Recht4941 in Galle7219 und die Frucht6529 der Gerechtigkeit6666 in Wermut3939
|
12 Shall horses5483 run7323 on the rock?5553 will one plow2790 there with oxen?1241 for you have turned2015 judgment4941 into gall,7219 and the fruit of righteousness6666 into hemlock:3939

13 und559 tröstet euch8056 des, das1697 so gar nichts ist3947, und sprechet: Sind wir denn nicht3808 stark2392 genug mit unsern Hörnern7161?

13 You which rejoice8055 in a thing1697 of nothing,3808 1697 which say,559 Have we not taken3947 to us horns7161 by our own strength?2392

14 Darum siehe, ich will935 über euch vom Haus1004 Israel3478 ein Volk1471 erwecken6965, spricht5002 der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Zebaoth6635, das soll euch ängsten3905 von dem Ort an, da man gen Hemath gehet, bis an den Bach5158 in der Wüste6160.

14 But, behold,2005 I will raise6965 up against5921 you a nation,1471 O house1004 of Israel,3478 said5002 the LORD3068 the God430 of hosts;6635 and they shall afflict3905 you from the entering935 in of Hemath2574 to the river5158 of the wilderness.6160
