2 скажи1696 сынам1121 Израилевым:3478 сделайте5414 у себя города5892 убежища,4733 о которых Я говорил1696 вам чрез3027 Моисея,4872

3 чтобы мог5127 убегать5127 туда убийца,7523 убивший5221 человека5315 по ошибке,7684 без умысла;1847 пусть города сии будут у вас убежищем4733 от мстящего1350 за кровь.1818

4 И кто убежит5127 в один259 из городов5892 сих, пусть станет5975 у ворот66078179 города5892 и расскажет1696 вслух241 старейшин2205 города5892 сего дело1697 свое; и они примут622 его к себе в город5892 и дадут5414 ему место,4725 чтоб он жил3427 у них;

5 и когда погонится7291 за310 ним мстящий1350 за кровь,1818 то они не должны выдавать5462 в руки3027 его убийцу,7523 потому что он без1097 умысла1847 убил5221 ближнего7453 своего, не имел8130 к нему ненависти8130 ни вчера,8543 ни третьего8032 дня;8032

8 за Иорданом,3383 против5676 Иерихона3405 к востоку,4217 отделили:5414 Бецер1221 в пустыне,4057 на равнине,4334 от колена4294 Рувимова,7205 и Рамоф7216 в Галааде1568 от колена4294 Гадова,1410 и Голан1474 в Васане1316 от колена4294 Манассиина;4519

Chapter 20

1 THEN the LORD said to Joshua,

2 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Reserve for you cities of refuge, of which I spoke to you through my servant Moses;

3 That the slayer who kills any person suddenly and unwittingly may flee there; and they shall be your refuge from the avenger of blood.

4 And when he that shall flee to one of these cities shall stand at the entrance of the gate of the city, and shall speak to the elders of that city and explain his case, they shall take him into the city with them and give him a place, that he may dwell among them.

5 And when the avenger of blood pursues him, then they shall not deliver the slayer into his hand; because he slew his neighbor unwittingly, and did not hate him beforehand.

6 And he shall dwell in that city until he stand before the congregation for judgment, and until the death of the high priest that shall be in those days; then the slayer shall return, and come to his own city and to his own house, to the city from which he fled.

7 So they set apart these cities for the places of refuge: Rakim in Galilee in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount Ephraim, and Koriath-arba, which is Hebron, in the mountain of Judah.

8 And on the other side of the Jordan, east of Jericho, they assigned Bozer in the wilderness, which is situated upon the plain, from the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead, from the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Mathnin, from the tribe of Manasseh.

9 These were the cities set apart for all the children of Israel and for the strangers that sojourned among them, that any one who killed a person unawares might flee there, and not be delivered into the hand of the avenger of blood, until he had stood before the congregation.

6 And he shall dwell in that city until he stand before the congregation for judgment, and until the death of the high priest that shall be in those days; then the slayer shall return, and come to his own city and to his own house, to the city from which he fled.
