Глава 5

1 Если человек согрешит, промолчав, когда его приведут к присяге, чтобы свидетельствовать о том, что он видел или знал, — он подлежит наказанию.

2 Или если человек прикоснется к нечистому: к трупам нечистых диких зверей, или нечистого скота, или нечистых пресмыкающихся — даже если не заметит этого, — он станет нечистым и будет виновен.

3 Или если он прикоснется к человеческой нечистоте — любой нечистоте, которая его осквернит — даже если не заметит этого, то когда поймет, он будет виновен.

4 Или если человек произносит опрометчивую клятву сделать что-либо хорошее или злое, о чем только можно безрассудно поклясться — то даже если он не осознает этого, когда поймет, он будет виновен.

5 Если кто-то виновен в этом, пусть открыто признает, в чем согрешил,

6 и в расплату за свой грех приведет к Господу для жертвы за грех самку из отары — овцу или козу. Тогда священник совершит для него отпущение за грех.

7 Если ему не по средствам принести овцу, пусть принесет Господу двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей как расплату за свой грех: одного в жертву за грех, а другого в жертву всесожжения.

8 Пусть он отдаст их священнику, который сначала принесет жертву за грех. Он свернет птице голову, не отрывая ее до конца,

9 и окропит кровью жертвы за грех сторону жертвенника. Остальную кровь нужно выцедить к основанию жертвенника. Это — жертва за грех.

10 Потом священник принесет другую птицу в жертву всесожжения, как велит обычай, и совершит для него отпущение за грех, который он совершил, и будет прощен.

11 Если ему не по средствам принести двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей, он должен принести за свой проступок десятую часть ефы лучшей муки в жертву за грех. Пусть он не льет на муку масло и не кладет сверху ладана, ведь это — жертва за грех.

12 Пусть он принесет ее к священнику, который возьмет из нее пригоршню как памятную часть и сожжет на жертвеннике вместе с огненными жертвами Господу. Это — жертва за грех.

13 Так священник совершит для него отпущение за любой из грехов, которыми он согрешил, и он будет прощен. Остаток жертвы принадлежит священнику, как в случае с хлебным приношением».

14 Господь сказал Моисею:

15 — Если человек совершит проступок, согрешив по неведению против какой-либо из Господних святынь, он должен привести к Господу в расплату барана из отары без изъяна, имеющего соответствующую стоимость в серебре, по установленной мере святилища. Это жертва повинности.

16 Он должен возместить за святыню, против которой согрешил, добавить к этому пятую часть ее стоимости и отдать священнику, который совершит для него отпущение бараном жертвы повинности, и он будет прощен.

17 Если человек согрешит и сделает то, что запрещено в какой-либо из Господних заповедей, даже если он не знает этого, он виновен и подлежит наказанию.

18 Он должен привести к священнику барана из отары, должной стоимости и без изъяна для жертвы повинности. Тогда священник совершит для него отпущение за проступок, который он совершил по неведению, и он будет прощен.

19 Это жертва повинности — человек провинился перед Господом.

1 WHEN a person sins and hears the voice of swearing and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of it, if he do not tell it, then he shall suffer for his iniquity.

2 Or if any person touches any unclean thing, whether it be a carcass of an unclean beast or a carcass of unclean cattle or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and disregards it, he also is unclean and guilty.

3 Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled with, and disregards it, and he knows that he has sinned;

4 Or if any person swears with his lips to do evil or to do good, in whatever decision a man has sworn by an oath, and he disregards it, and yet he knows that he has sinned in one of these things,

5 And it shall be when he shall be guilty in one of these things that he shall confess that he has sinned in that thing;

6 And he shall bring as his trespass offering to the LORD for his sin that he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a female kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin;

7 And if he cannot afford to bring a she lamb, then he shall bring for his sin offering two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

8 And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and he shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it;

9 And he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar; it is a sin offering.

10 And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ritual; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he has committed and it shall be forgiven him.

11 But if he cannot afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring for his offering for the sin which he has committed the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon; for it is a sin offering.

12 Then he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as a memorial thereof and burn it on the altar according to the offerings made by fire to the LORD; it is a sin offering.

13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him for the sin which he has committed in any one of these things, and it shall be forgiven him; and the rest shall be the priest's as a meal offering.

14 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

15 If any person commits a trespass and sins through ignorance in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass offering to the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, valued in money at two shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering;

16 And the sinner shall make amends for the harm that he has done in the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering and it shall be forgiven him.

17 And if any person sins and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he does not know that he has sinned, yet he is guilty and shall suffer for his iniquity.

18 And he shall bring to the priest a ram of value without blemish out of the flocks for a trespass offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his ignorance in erring, even though he knew it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

19 It is a trespass offering; he certainly shall bring an offering to the LORD.

5 And it shall be when he shall be guilty in one of these things that he shall confess that he has sinned in that thing;

6 и в расплату за свой грех приведет к Господу для жертвы за грех самку из отары — овцу или козу. Тогда священник совершит для него отпущение за грех.

6 And he shall bring as his trespass offering to the LORD for his sin that he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a female kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin;

7 Если ему не по средствам принести овцу, пусть принесет Господу двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей как расплату за свой грех: одного в жертву за грех, а другого в жертву всесожжения.

8 Пусть он отдаст их священнику, который сначала принесет жертву за грех. Он свернет птице голову, не отрывая ее до конца,

8 And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and he shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it;

13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him for the sin which he has committed in any one of these things, and it shall be forgiven him; and the rest shall be the priest's as a meal offering.

14 Господь сказал Моисею:

14 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

15 — Если человек совершит проступок, согрешив по неведению против какой-либо из Господних святынь, он должен привести к Господу в расплату барана из отары без изъяна, имеющего соответствующую стоимость в серебре, по установленной мере святилища. Это жертва повинности.

15 If any person commits a trespass and sins through ignorance in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass offering to the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, valued in money at two shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering;

16 Он должен возместить за святыню, против которой согрешил, добавить к этому пятую часть ее стоимости и отдать священнику, который совершит для него отпущение бараном жертвы повинности, и он будет прощен.

16 And the sinner shall make amends for the harm that he has done in the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering and it shall be forgiven him.

17 Если человек согрешит и сделает то, что запрещено в какой-либо из Господних заповедей, даже если он не знает этого, он виновен и подлежит наказанию.

17 And if any person sins and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he does not know that he has sinned, yet he is guilty and shall suffer for his iniquity.

18 Он должен привести к священнику барана из отары, должной стоимости и без изъяна для жертвы повинности. Тогда священник совершит для него отпущение за проступок, который он совершил по неведению, и он будет прощен.

18 And he shall bring to the priest a ram of value without blemish out of the flocks for a trespass offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his ignorance in erring, even though he knew it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

19 Это жертва повинности — человек провинился перед Господом.

19 It is a trespass offering; he certainly shall bring an offering to the LORD.
