2 И призвал Иисус всех [сынов] Израилевых, старейшин их, начальников их, судей их и надзирателей их, и сказал им: я состарелся, вошел в преклонные лета. |
|
3 Вы видели все, что сделал Иегова, Бог ваш, пред лицем вашим со всеми сими народами, поелику Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам сражался за вас. |
|
4 Вот, я разделил вам по жребию оставшиеся народы сии, в удел коленам вашим, все народы, которые я истребил, от Иордана до великого моря, [которое] на запад солнца. |
|
5 Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам прогонит их от вас [пока не погибнут; и пошлет на них диких зверей, пока не истребит их и царей их от лица вашего,] и истребит их пред вами, дабы вы получили в наследие землю их, как говорил вам Иегова, Бог ваш. |
|
6 Посему во всей точности старайтесь сохранить и исполнить все написанное в книге закона Моисеева, не уклоняясь от него ни направо, ни налево. |
|
7 Не сообщайтесь с сими народами, которые остались между вами; не воспоминайте имени богов их; не клянитесь [ими], и не служите им и не поклоняйтесь им, |
|
8 Но прилепитесь к Иегове, Богу вашему, так как вы делали до сего дня. |
|
9 |
|
10 Один из вас прогоняет тысячу; поелику Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам сражается за вас, так как говорил вам. |
|
11 Посему всячески старайтесь любить Иегову, Бога вашего. |
|
12 Если же вы отвратитесь и пристанете к оставшимся народам сим, которые остались между вами, и вступите в родство с ними, и будете ходить к ним и они к вам: |
|
13 То знайте, что Иегова, Бог ваш, не будет уже прогонять от вас народы сии, но они будут для вас петлею и сетью, бичем для ребр ваших, и терном для глаз ваших, пока не потеряете сей доброй земли, которую дал вам Иегова, Бог ваш. |
|
14 |
|
15 Но как сбылось над вами всякое доброе слово, которое говорил вам Иегова, Бог ваш: так Иегова исполнит над вами всякое злое слово, пока не истребит вас с доброй сей земли, которую дал вам Иегова, Бог ваш. |
|
16 Если вы преступите завет Иеговы, Бога вашего, который Он поставил с вами, и пойдете и будете служить другим богам и поклоняться им: то возгорится на вас гнев Господень и скоро потеряете добрую землю, которую дал вам [Господь]. |
JoshuaChapter 23 |
|
1 AND it came to pass after a long time, when the LORD had given rest to Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua was old, and well advanced in years. |
|
2 And Joshua summoned all Israel, their elders, their heads, their judges, and their scribes, and said to them, I am old and well advanced in years; |
|
3 And you have seen all that the LORD your God has done to all these nations, which he destroyed from before you; for it is the LORD your God who has fought for you. |
|
4 Behold, I have not divided to you the land of these nations that remain, in the inheritance of your tribes; but from the Jordan, all the nations that I have destroyed, even to the Great Sea westward, have I divided among you. |
|
5 The LORD your God will defeat them, and destroy them from before you; and you shall possess their land, as the LORD your God has promised you. |
|
6 Only be strong to keep and do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, the servant of God, and not turn aside from it, neither to the right hand nor to the left; |
|
7 And you shall not mix with these nations that remain among you; neither make mention of the names of their gods, nor swear by them, neither serve them, nor worship them; |
|
8 But cleave to the LORD your God, as you have done even to this day. |
|
9 For the LORD has destroyed from before you great and strong nations; and no man has been able to stand against you to this day. |
|
10 One man of you shall chase a thousand; for the LORD your God is with you, he it is who fights for you, as he has promised you. |
|
11 Take good heed therefore to yourselves, to revere the LORD your God. |
|
12 For if you ever turn back and join the remnant of these nations that remain among you and make marriages with them and mix with them and they with you; |
|
13 Then know for sure that the LORD your God will no more destroy these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps to you, and spears in your sides and fishhooks in your eyes, until you perish from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you. |
|
14 And as for me, I am now going the way of all the earth; and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good promises which the LORD your God spoke concerning you; all have come to pass to you, and not one thing has failed. |
|
15 Therefore, just as all the good things have come upon you which the LORD your God promised, so shall come upon you all the curses, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you; |
|
16 If you should transgress against the covenant of the LORD your God and against the commandments which he commanded you, and go and serve other gods and worship them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and you shall perish quickly from off the good land which he has given you. |

3 Вы видели все, что сделал Иегова, Бог ваш, пред лицем вашим со всеми сими народами, поелику Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам сражался за вас. |
3 And you have seen all that the LORD your God has done to all these nations, which he destroyed from before you; for it is the LORD your God who has fought for you. |

4 Вот, я разделил вам по жребию оставшиеся народы сии, в удел коленам вашим, все народы, которые я истребил, от Иордана до великого моря, [которое] на запад солнца. |
4 Behold, I have not divided to you the land of these nations that remain, in the inheritance of your tribes; but from the Jordan, all the nations that I have destroyed, even to the Great Sea westward, have I divided among you. |

5 Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам прогонит их от вас [пока не погибнут; и пошлет на них диких зверей, пока не истребит их и царей их от лица вашего,] и истребит их пред вами, дабы вы получили в наследие землю их, как говорил вам Иегова, Бог ваш. |
5 The LORD your God will defeat them, and destroy them from before you; and you shall possess their land, as the LORD your God has promised you. |

10 Один из вас прогоняет тысячу; поелику Иегова, Бог ваш, Сам сражается за вас, так как говорил вам. |
10 One man of you shall chase a thousand; for the LORD your God is with you, he it is who fights for you, as he has promised you. |
|
11 Посему всячески старайтесь любить Иегову, Бога вашего. |
11 Take good heed therefore to yourselves, to revere the LORD your God. |
|

15 Но как сбылось над вами всякое доброе слово, которое говорил вам Иегова, Бог ваш: так Иегова исполнит над вами всякое злое слово, пока не истребит вас с доброй сей земли, которую дал вам Иегова, Бог ваш. |
15 Therefore, just as all the good things have come upon you which the LORD your God promised, so shall come upon you all the curses, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you; |

16 Если вы преступите завет Иеговы, Бога вашего, который Он поставил с вами, и пойдете и будете служить другим богам и поклоняться им: то возгорится на вас гнев Господень и скоро потеряете добрую землю, которую дал вам [Господь]. |
16 If you should transgress against the covenant of the LORD your God and against the commandments which he commanded you, and go and serve other gods and worship them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and you shall perish quickly from off the good land which he has given you. |
