Глава 19

1 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

2 Объяви всему обществу сынов Израилевых и скажи им: будьте святы, ибо Я Иегова, Бог ваш, свят.

3 Бойтесь каждый отца своего и матери своей, и субботы Мои храните. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

4 Не обращайтесь к идолам и богов изваянных не делайте себе. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

5 Когда закалаете жертву благодарственную Господу, то закалайте ее, чтобы приобрести себе благоволение.

6 В день жертвоприношения вашего должно есть ее и на другой день, а оставшееся к третьему дню должно сжечь на огне.

7 Если же кто станет есть ее на третий день, это гнусно; сие не приобретет вам благоволения.

8 Кто станет есть ее, тот понесет на себе грех, ибо он осквернил святыню Господню, и истребится душа та из народа своего.

9 Когда будете жать жатву на земле вашей, не дожинай угла в поле твоем, и оставшегося от жатвы твоей не подбирай.

10 И виноградника твоего не обирай до чиста, и оставшегося в винограднике не подбирай; оставь это бедному и пришельцу. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

11 Не крадите, не лгите и не обманывайте друг друга.

12 Не клянитесь именем Моим во лжи и не порочь имени Бога твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

13 Не обижай друга твоего и не похищай. Плата наемнику не должна переночевать у тебя до утра.

14 Не злословь глухого и пред слепым не клади, обо что бы преткнуться ему; бойся [Господа] Бога твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

15 Не делайте неправды на суде, не будь лицеприятен к нищему и не делай уважения лицу великого; по правде суди ближнего твоего.

16 Не ходи переносчиком в народе твоем и не ищи крови друга твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

17 Не будь врагом брату твоему в сердце твоем; обличи ближнего твоего, и не понесешь за него греха.

18 Не мсти и не имей злобы на сынов народа твоего, но люби другого, как себя. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

19 Уставы Мои храните; скота твоего не сочетай с иною породою; поля твоего не засевай разнородными семенами; в одежду из разнородных нитей, из шерсти и льна, не одевайся.

20 Если кто ляжет с женщиною и излиет семя, и она есть раба, обрученная мужу, но еще не выкупленная, или свобода еще не дана ей: то должно наказать их, но не смертью, потому что она не свободная.

21 Пусть он приведет Господу к дверям скинии собрания жертву повинности, овна в жертву повинности,

22 И священник очистит его овном повинности пред Господом от греха, которым он согрешил, и прощен будет ему грех, которым он согрешил.

23 Когда придете в землю, [которую Господь Бог даст вам,] и посадите какое-либо дерево, которого плоды едят: то плоды его почитайте за необрезанные; три года должно почитать их за необрезанные, не должно есть их;

24 А в четвертый год все плоды его должны быть посвящены для празднеств Господних;

25 В пятый же год вы можете есть плоды его, и собирать себе произведения его. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

26 Не ешьте с кровью; не ворожите и не гадайте.

27 Не остригайте головы вашей кругом и не порть края бороды твоей.

28 Для умершего не надрезывайте тела вашего и не напечатлевайте на себе письмен. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

29 Не оскверняй дочери своей, допуская ее до блуда, чтобы не блудодействовала земля и не наполнилась земля беззакониями.

30 Субботы Мои храните и святилище Мое чтите. Я Иегова.

31 Не обращайтесь к вызывающим мертвых и к волшебникам не ходите, и не доводите себя до осквернения от них. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

32 Пред сединою встань и уважь лице старика, и бойся [Господа] Бога твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

33 Когда поселится пришлец в земле вашей, не притесняйте его.

34 Пришлец, поселившийся у вас, да будет для вас то же, что природный ваш житель; люби его, как себя: ибо и вы были пришельцами в земле Египетской. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

35 Не делайте неправды в суде, в мере, в весе и в измерении.

36 Да будут у вас весы правильные, гири правильные, ефа правильная и гин правильный. Я Иегова, Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из земли Египетской.

37 Храните все уставы Мои и все учреждения Мои, и исполняйте их. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

Leviticus

Chapter 19

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel and say to them, You shall be holy; for I the LORD your God am holy.

3 You must revere every man his father and his mother, and keep my commandments; for I am the LORD your God.

4 You shall not turn to idols nor make to yourselves molten gods; I am the LORD your God.

5 And if you offer a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD, you shall offer the ones which are acceptable.

6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it and on the morrow; and what is left over until the third day, it shall be burned in the fire and shall not be eaten.

7 And if it is eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; and it shall not be accepted.

8 Therefore every one who eats of it shall suffer for his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

9 And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field to the very corners, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.

10 And you shall not glean your vineyards, neither shall you gather that which is fallen from your olive trees, but you shall leave them for the poor and the proselytes; for I am the LORD your God.

11 You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; neither shall you lie to one another.

12 You shall not swear by my name falsely and so profane the name of your God; I am the LORD.

13 You shall not oppress your neighbor, neither carry him away by force; the wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until the morning.

14 You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall revere your God; I am the LORD.

15 You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor, nor respect the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.

16 You shall not accuse your own people neither shall you stand against the blood of your neighbor; I am the LORD.

17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart; but you shall in any wise rebuke your neighbor, lost you incur sin because of him.

18 You shall not bear any enmity against the children of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the LORD.

19 You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a diverse kind; you shall not sow your field with mixed seed; neither shall you wear a mantle made of mixed materials.

20 And whosoever lies carnally with a woman who is his bondmaid betrothed to a husband, and not yet redeemed nor given her freedom, an inquiry shall be made into their case; and they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

21 And he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, a ram for a trespass offering.

22 And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed; and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.

23 And when you shall come into the land and shall have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall leave them for three years, and you shall not eat of their fruit.

24 And in the fourth year all their fruit shall be holy to praise the LORD withal.

25 And in the fifth year you shall eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield to you the increase thereof; I am the LORD your God.

26 You shall not eat blood; you shall not practice divination with birds, nor shall you consult an oracle.

27 You shall not let the hair of your heads grow, neither shall you trim the corners of your beard.

28 You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor inscribe any marks upon you; I am the LORD.

29 You shall not permit your daughter to become a whore, lest the land fall to whoredom and the land become full of wickedness.

30 You shall keep my commandments and reverence my sanctuary; I am the LORD.

31 You shall not go after diviners, neither after the soothsayers, nor shall you consult them to be defiled by them; I am the LORD your God.

32 You shall rise up before an elder and honor the person who is older than you and revere your God; I am the LORD your God.

33 And when a proselyte sojourns with you in your land, you shall not wrong him;

34 But let him be among you as one of you; and the proselytes who sojourn among you, you must love them as yourselves; for you also were sojourners in the land of Egypt; I am the LORD your God.

35 You shall do no injustices in judgment, in balances, in weight, or in measure.

36 You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin; I am the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

37 Therefore you shall keep all my commandments and all my judgments, and do them; I am the LORD.

4 You shall not turn to idols nor make to yourselves molten gods; I am the LORD your God.

5 Когда закалаете жертву благодарственную Господу, то закалайте ее, чтобы приобрести себе благоволение.

5 And if you offer a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD, you shall offer the ones which are acceptable.

6 В день жертвоприношения вашего должно есть ее и на другой день, а оставшееся к третьему дню должно сжечь на огне.

6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it and on the morrow; and what is left over until the third day, it shall be burned in the fire and shall not be eaten.

7 Если же кто станет есть ее на третий день, это гнусно; сие не приобретет вам благоволения.

7 And if it is eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; and it shall not be accepted.

8 Кто станет есть ее, тот понесет на себе грех, ибо он осквернил святыню Господню, и истребится душа та из народа своего.

8 Therefore every one who eats of it shall suffer for his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

9 Когда будете жать жатву на земле вашей, не дожинай угла в поле твоем, и оставшегося от жатвы твоей не подбирай.

9 And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field to the very corners, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.

10 И виноградника твоего не обирай до чиста, и оставшегося в винограднике не подбирай; оставь это бедному и пришельцу. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

10 And you shall not glean your vineyards, neither shall you gather that which is fallen from your olive trees, but you shall leave them for the poor and the proselytes; for I am the LORD your God.

11 Не крадите, не лгите и не обманывайте друг друга.

11 You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; neither shall you lie to one another.

12 Не клянитесь именем Моим во лжи и не порочь имени Бога твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

12 You shall not swear by my name falsely and so profane the name of your God; I am the LORD.

13 Не обижай друга твоего и не похищай. Плата наемнику не должна переночевать у тебя до утра.

13 You shall not oppress your neighbor, neither carry him away by force; the wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until the morning.

14 Не злословь глухого и пред слепым не клади, обо что бы преткнуться ему; бойся [Господа] Бога твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

14 You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall revere your God; I am the LORD.

15 Не делайте неправды на суде, не будь лицеприятен к нищему и не делай уважения лицу великого; по правде суди ближнего твоего.

15 You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor, nor respect the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.

16 Не ходи переносчиком в народе твоем и не ищи крови друга твоего. Я Иегова [Бог ваш].

16 You shall not accuse your own people neither shall you stand against the blood of your neighbor; I am the LORD.

17 Не будь врагом брату твоему в сердце твоем; обличи ближнего твоего, и не понесешь за него греха.

17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart; but you shall in any wise rebuke your neighbor, lost you incur sin because of him.

18 You shall not bear any enmity against the children of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the LORD.

19 Уставы Мои храните; скота твоего не сочетай с иною породою; поля твоего не засевай разнородными семенами; в одежду из разнородных нитей, из шерсти и льна, не одевайся.

19 You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a diverse kind; you shall not sow your field with mixed seed; neither shall you wear a mantle made of mixed materials.

20 And whosoever lies carnally with a woman who is his bondmaid betrothed to a husband, and not yet redeemed nor given her freedom, an inquiry shall be made into their case; and they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

21 Пусть он приведет Господу к дверям скинии собрания жертву повинности, овна в жертву повинности,

21 And he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, a ram for a trespass offering.

22 И священник очистит его овном повинности пред Господом от греха, которым он согрешил, и прощен будет ему грех, которым он согрешил.

22 And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed; and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.

23 Когда придете в землю, [которую Господь Бог даст вам,] и посадите какое-либо дерево, которого плоды едят: то плоды его почитайте за необрезанные; три года должно почитать их за необрезанные, не должно есть их;

23 And when you shall come into the land and shall have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall leave them for three years, and you shall not eat of their fruit.

24 А в четвертый год все плоды его должны быть посвящены для празднеств Господних;

24 And in the fourth year all their fruit shall be holy to praise the LORD withal.

25 В пятый же год вы можете есть плоды его, и собирать себе произведения его. Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

25 And in the fifth year you shall eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield to you the increase thereof; I am the LORD your God.

26 Не ешьте с кровью; не ворожите и не гадайте.
