Второзаконие

Глава 27

1 После того Моисей в присутствии старейшин Израиля повелел народу: «Исполните всё, что в Наказе своем я завещаю вам ныне.

2 Когда же перейдете через Иордан и войдете в землю, которую ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, отдает тебе, ты должен поставить там большие камни и побелить их.

3 Напиши на них все слова этого Закона сразу же, как только перейдешь Иордан и войдешь в землю, которую отдает тебе ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, в землю, источающую молоко и мед, как и обещал тебе ГОСПОДЬ, Бог отцов твоих.

4 Камни, о которых ныне даю вам повеление, должны будете поставить, как только перейдете Иордан, на горе Гевал и побелить их.

5 Там же воздвигни жертвенник ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему; из камней его сделай — да не коснется их при этом никакое железное орудие, —

6 воздвигни жертвенник ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему, из цельных камней и принеси на нем жертву всесожжения ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему.

7 Также и благодарственные жертвы принеси там, и сам будешь их есть, радуясь пред ГОСПОДОМ, Богом твоим.

8 Все слова Закона сего должны быть очень четко записаны на тех камнях».

9 Тогда Моисей при поддержке священников-левитов, передававших от стана к стану его речь, сказал всему Израилю: «Успокойся и прислушайся, Израиль! Сегодня воистину ты стал народом ГОСПОДА, Бога твоего.

10 Потому будь послушен ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему, и соблюдай заповеди Его и установления Его, которые я ныне передаю тебе».

11 В тот день Моисей дал народу такое повеление:

12 «Когда перейдете Иордан, потомки колен Симеона, Левия, Иуды, Иссахара, Иосифа и Вениамина должны будут стать на горе Геризим, чтобы оттуда благословлять народ;

13 а потомки колен Рувима, Гада, Асира, Завулона, Дана и Неффалима встанут на горе Гевал, чтобы оттуда произносить проклятия.

14 Пусть левиты начнут провозглашать громко и внятно, чтобы услышали все израильтяне эти слова:

15 „Проклят будет всякий, кто сотворит кумира, образ кого бы то ни было, мерзость ГОСПОДУ, изделие рук искусного мастера, и поставит его для поклонения в месте каком-нибудь потаенном!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь! Воистину так!“

16 „Проклят да будет тот, кто унижает отца своего или мать!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

17 „Проклят да будет тот, кто сдвигает межи ближнего своего!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

18 „Проклят да будет тот, кто слепого направит на ложный путь!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

19 „Проклят да будет тот, кто лишает правосудия переселенца, сироту и вдову!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

20 „Проклят да будет тот, кто ляжет с женою отца своего и тем обесчестит его!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

21 „Проклят да будет всякий скотоложец!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

22 „Проклят да будет тот, кто ляжет с сестрою своею, дочерью отца своего или матери своей!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

23 „Проклят да будет тот, кто ляжет с тещей своей!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

24 „Проклят да будет тот, кто тайно убьет ближнего своего!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

25 „Проклят да будет тот, кто возьмет плату за убийство невинного человека!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

26 „Проклят да будет тот, кто не воздаст должного сказанному в Законе сем — не станет соблюдать его!“ И весь народ пусть скажет: „Аминь!“

Chapter 27

1 AND Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day.

2 And it shall be on the day that you cross the Jordan into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall set up large stones, and cover them with plaster;

3 And you shall write upon them all the words of this law, when you have crossed the Jordan, that you may go into the land which the LORD your God gives you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as the LORD God of your fathers has promised you.

4 Therefore when you have crossed the Jordan, you shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, on mount Gebel, and you shall cover them with plaster.

5 And there you shall build an altar to the LORD your God, an altar of stones; you shall not lift up any iron tool upon them.

6 You shall build the altar of the LORD your God of undressed stones, and you shall offer burnt offerings on it to the LORD your God:

7 And you shall offer peace offerings, and shall eat there and rejoice before the LORD your God.

8 And you shall write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.

9 And Moses and the priests and the Levites said to all Israel, Give ear and hearken, O Israel; this day you have become the people of the LORD your God.

10 You shall therefore obey the voice of the LORD your God, and do his commandments and his statutes which I command you this day.

11 And Moses charged the people that same day, saying,

12 These tribes shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people when you have crossed the Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph and Benjamin;

13 And these tribes shall stand upon Gebel to curse: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.

14 And the Levites shall speak and say to all the people of Israel with a loud voice,

15 Cursed be the man who makes any graven or molten images, for they are an abomination before the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and puts them in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.

16 Cursed be he who reviles his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.

17 Cursed be he who removes his neighbor's landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.

18 Cursed be he who causes a blind man to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.

19 Cursed be he who perverts the judgment of the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.

20 Cursed be he who lies with his father's wife; and thus uncovers his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.

21 Cursed be he who lies with any kind of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.

22 Cursed be he who lies with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.

23 Cursed be he who lies with his mother-in-law. And all the people shall say, Amen.

24 Cursed be he who smites his neighbor secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.

25 Cursed be he who takes a bribe to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say. Amen.

26 Cursed be he who does not confirm all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.
