Глава 5

1 ЗАПИСЬ О ПОТОМКАХ АДАМА. (Когда Бог сотворил человека, Он создал его по подобию Божию.

2 Мужчину и женщину — первую пару Он сотворил, и благословил их, и в день их сотворения дал имя им: «человек».)

3 Адаму было сто тридцать лет, когда у него родился сын — подобие и образ отца своего Адама, — он назвал его Шетом.

4 После рождения Шета Адам жил восемьсот лет, и родились у него еще сыновья и дочери.

5 Прожив девятьсот тридцать лет, Адам умер.

6 Шету было сто пять лет, когда у него родился Энош.

7 После рождения Эноша Шет жил восемьсот семь лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

8 Прожив девятьсот двенадцать лет, Шет умер.

9 Эношу было девяносто лет, когда у него родился Кенан.

10 После рождения Кенана Энош жил восемьсот пятнадцать лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

11 Прожив девятьсот пять лет, Энош умер.

12 Кенану было семьдесят лет, когда у него родился Махалалэль.

13 После рождения Махалалэля Кенан жил восемьсот сорок лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

14 Прожив девятьсот десять лет, Кенан умер.

15 Махалалэлю было шестьдесят пять лет, когда у него родился Еред.

16 После рождения Ереда Махалалэль жил восемьсот тридцать лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

17 Прожив восемьсот девяносто пять лет, Махалалэль умер.

18 Ереду было сто шестьдесят два года, когда у него родился Енох.

19 После рождения Еноха Еред жил восемьсот лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

20 Прожив девятьсот шестьдесят два года, Еред умер.

21 Еноху было шестьдесят пять лет, когда у него родился Мафусал.

22 Енох жил в тесном общении с Богом и особенно после рождения Мафусала. Так было триста лет, в которые у него родились и другие сыновья и дочери.

23 Триста шестьдесят пять лет провел Енох на земле,

24 живя в тесном общении с Богом; и не стало его, потому что Бог взял его на небо живым.

25 Мафусалу было сто восемьдесят семь лет, когда родился у него Ламех.

26 После рождения Ламеха Мафусал жил семьсот восемьдесят два года, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

27 Прожив девятьсот шестьдесят девять лет, Мафусал умер.

28 Ламеху было сто восемьдесят два года, когда у него родился сын,

29 он дал ему имя Ной, сказав: «Он утешит нас среди тяжких трудов наших, облегчит муки наши, что испытываем при возделывании земли, ГОСПОДОМ проклятой».

30 После рождения Ноя Ламех жил пятьсот девяносто пять лет, были у него и другие сыновья и дочери.

31 Прожив семьсот семьдесят семь лет, Ламех умер.

32 Ною было пятьсот лет, когда у него родились сыновья: Сим, Хам, Яфет.

Chapter 5

1 THIS is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God created he him;

2 Male and female he created them; and God blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

3 And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth;

4 And Adam lived after he had begotten Seth eight hundred years; and he begot sons and daughters.

5 Thus all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.

6 And Seth lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enosh;

7 And Seth lived after he begot Enosh eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters;

8 And all the days of Seth were pine hundred and twelve years, and he died.

9 And Enosh lived ninety years, and begot Cainan;

10 And Enosh lived after he begot Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters;

11 And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years, and he died.

12 And Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Mahlalael;

13 And Cainan lived after he begot Mahlalael eight hundred and forty years, and begot sons and daughters;

14 And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years, and he died.

15 And Mahlalael lived sixty and five years, and begot Jared;

16 And Mahlalael lived after he begot Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.

17 And all the days of Mahlalael were eight hundred ninety and five years, and he died.

18 And Jared lived a hundred sixty and two years, and he begot Enoch:

19 And Jared lived after he begot Enoch eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters;

20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years, and he died.

21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begot Methuselah;

22 And Enoch found favor in the presence of God three hundred years after he begot Methuselah, and begot sons and daughters;

23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years;

24 And Enoch found favor in the presence of God, and disappeared; for God took him away.

25 And Methuselah lived a hundred eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech;

26 And Methuselah lived after he begot Lamech seven hundred and eighty-two years, and begot sons and daughters;

27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty-nine years, and he died.

28 And Lamech lived a hundred eighty-two years, and begot a son;

29 And he called his name Noah, saying, This one shall comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.

30 And Lamech lived after he begot Noah five hundred ninety-five years, and begot sons and daughters.

31 Thus all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy-seven years, and he died.

32 And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

20 Прожив девятьсот шестьдесят два года, Еред умер.	20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years, and he died.
21 Еноху было шестьдесят пять лет, когда у него родился Мафусал.	21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begot Methuselah;
22 Енох жил в тесном общении с Богом и особенно после рождения Мафусала. Так было триста лет, в которые у него родились и другие сыновья и дочери.	22 And Enoch found favor in the presence of God three hundred years after he begot Methuselah, and begot sons and daughters;
23 Триста шестьдесят пять лет провел Енох на земле,	23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years;

28 Ламеху было сто восемьдесят два года, когда у него родился сын,	28 And Lamech lived a hundred eighty-two years, and begot a son;
