Глава 16

1 Особым месяцем пусть будет для тебя месяц авив, в который совершаешь ты Пасху ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему, ибо как раз в этот месяц ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, вывел тебя ночью из Египта.

2 Приноси ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему, пасхальную жертву из мелкого и крупного рогатого скота на том месте, которое ГОСПОДЬ изберет, чтобы Имя Его там пребывало.

3 Во время Пасхи не ешь того, что в себе содержит закваску. Семь дней только пресный хлеб ешь, „хлеб бедствия“ — ведь ты покидал Египет в страхе и спешке. И будет этот хлеб напоминать тебе всю жизнь о дне твоего ухода из Египта.

4 Закваски нигде и ни у кого не должно быть на земле вашей все означенные семь дней. И не оставляй до утра мясо животного, которое заколол вечером в первый день.

5 Пасхальную жертву нельзя закалывать в тех городах и селениях, которые ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш, дарует вам,

6 нигде, кроме того места, какое Он Сам изберет для того, чтобы Имя Его там пребывало, — там только закалывайте жертву пасхальную, вечером, на закате солнца, в то самое время, в какое покинули вы некогда Египет.

7 Мясо жертвы свари и съешь на том самом месте, которое ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, изберет. А утром можете разойтись по домам.

8 Шесть дней ешь пресный хлеб, в седьмой же день, кроме того, — торжественное собрание в честь ГОСПОДА, Бога твоего; никакой повседневной работой в сей день не занимайся.

9 Отсчитай семь полных недель с того дня, когда выйдете с серпами на жатву.

10 Отмечай всякий раз праздник Недель в честь ГОСПОДА, Бога твоего, принося дары свои Ему столь же щедро, как и Он, ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, благословил тебя.

11 Радуйся пред ГОСПОДОМ, Богом своим, вместе с сыновьями своими и дочерьми, рабами и рабынями и левитами, что живут в городе твоем; не забудь и о переселенцах, о сиротах и вдовах, которые живут среди вас; радуйтесь и пируйте на том месте, какое изберет ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, чтобы там Имя Его пребывало.

12 Не забывай о том, что ты и сам некогда был рабом в Египте. Строго исполняй эти установления.

13 После того как уберешь с гумна зерно и закончишь работу в давильне, семь дней справляй праздник Кущей.

14 Радуйся на празднике этом вместе с сыновьями своими и дочерьми, рабами и рабынями и левитами, что живут в городе твоем; не забывай и о переселенцах, о сиротах и вдовах, которые живут среди вас.

15 И все эти семь дней пусть будут праздником в честь ГОСПОДА, Бога твоего, на том месте, какое Он изберет. Благословлял ведь тебя ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, в уборке твоего урожая и во всех делах рук твоих — так вот и радуйся этому от души!

16 Все мужчины ваши должны представать пред ГОСПОДОМ, Богом вашим, три раза в году на том месте, какое Он изберет: в праздник Опресноков, в праздник Недель и в праздник Кущей. Никто не должен приходить к ГОСПОДУ с пустыми руками:

17 пусть каждый принесет с собою дар, ему посильный, щедро отзываясь на благословения, дарованные ему ГОСПОДОМ, Богом вашим.

18 Во всех городах, которые ГОСПОДЬ даст каждому колену, назначьте судей и приставников, которые должны судить народ судом праведным.

19 И сие да будет заповедью для них: правосудия не извращай, суди беспристрастно. Взяток не бери — они даже мудрых людей ослепляют и искажают слова правдивых.

20 Справедливость и только справедливость — вот что должно быть твоей целью, дабы ты был жив и мог овладеть землей, которую ГОСПОДЬ, Бог твой, дарует тебе.

21 Рядом с жертвенником ГОСПОДА, Бога твоего, который воздвигнешь, не сажай никакого дерева, Ашере посвященного,

22 и не ставь столба священного — ненавистны они ГОСПОДУ, Богу твоему.

13 Thou shalt observe6213 the feast2282 of tabernacles5521 seven7651 days,3117 after that thou hast gathered622 in thy corn4480 1637 and thy wine:4480 3342

14 And thou shalt rejoice8055 in thy feast,2282 thou,859 and thy son,1121 and thy daughter,1323 and thy manservant,5650 and thy maidservant,519 and the Levite,3881 the stranger,1616 and the fatherless,3490 and the widow,490 that834 are within thy gates.8179

15 Seven7651 days3117 shalt thou keep a solemn feast2287 unto the LORD3068 thy God430 in the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose:977 because3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall bless1288 thee in all3605 thine increase,8393 and in all3605 the works4639 of thine hands,3027 therefore thou shalt1961 surely389 rejoice.8056

16 Three7969 times6471 in a year8141 shall all3605 thy males2138 appear7200 853 before6440 the LORD3068 thy God430 in the place4725 which834 he shall choose;977 in the feast2282 of unleavened bread,4682 and in the feast2282 of weeks,7620 and in the feast2282 of tabernacles:5521 and they shall not3808 appear7200 853 before6440 the LORD3068 empty: 7387

17 Every man376 shall give as he is able,4979 3027 according to the blessing1293 of the LORD3068 thy God430 which834 he hath given5414 thee.

18 Judges8199 and officers7860 shalt thou make5414 thee in all3605 thy gates,8179 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee, throughout thy tribes:7626 and they shall judge8199 853 the people5971 with just6664 judgment.4941

19 Thou shalt not3808 wrest5186 judgment;4941 thou shalt not3808 respect5234 persons,6440 neither3808 take3947 a gift:7810 for3588 a gift7810 doth blind5786 the eyes5869 of the wise,2450 and pervert5557 the words1697 of the righteous.6662

20 That which is altogether just6664 6664 shalt thou follow,7291 that4616 thou mayest live,2421 and inherit3423 853 the land776 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee.

4 Закваски нигде и ни у кого не должно быть на земле вашей все означенные семь дней. И не оставляй до утра мясо животного, которое заколол вечером в первый день.

12 Не забывай о том, что ты и сам некогда был рабом в Египте. Строго исполняй эти установления.

16 Все мужчины ваши должны представать пред ГОСПОДОМ, Богом вашим, три раза в году на том месте, какое Он изберет: в праздник Опресноков, в праздник Недель и в праздник Кущей. Никто не должен приходить к ГОСПОДУ с пустыми руками:

17 пусть каждый принесет с собою дар, ему посильный, щедро отзываясь на благословения, дарованные ему ГОСПОДОМ, Богом вашим.

18 Во всех городах, которые ГОСПОДЬ даст каждому колену, назначьте судей и приставников, которые должны судить народ судом праведным.

19 И сие да будет заповедью для них: правосудия не извращай, суди беспристрастно. Взяток не бери — они даже мудрых людей ослепляют и искажают слова правдивых.
