1 Тогда на Азарию,5838 сына1121 Одедова,5752 сошел Дух7307 Божий,430

2 и вышел3318 он навстречу3942 Асе609 и сказал559 ему: послушайте8085 меня, Аса609 и весь Иуда3063 и Вениамин:1144 Господь3068 с вами, когда вы с Ним; и если будете1875 искать1875 Его, Он будет4672 найден4672 вами; если же оставите5800 Его, Он оставит5800 вас.

3 Многие7227 дни3117 Израиль3478 будет без3808 Бога430 истинного,571 и без священника3548 учащего,3384 и без закона;8451

4 но когда он обратится7725 в тесноте6862 своей к Господу3068 Богу430 Израилеву3478 и взыщет1245 Его, Он даст4672 им найти4672 Себя.

5 В те времена6256 не будет мира7965 ни выходящему,3318 ни входящему,935 ибо великие7227 волнения4103 будут у всех жителей3427 земель;776

6 народ1471 будет3807 сражаться3807 с народом,1471 и город5892 с городом,5892 потому что Бог430 приведет2000 их в смятение2000 всякими бедствиями.6869

7 Но вы укрепитесь,2388 и пусть не ослабевают7503 руки3027 ваши, потому что есть3426 возмездие7939 за дела6468 ваши.

8 Когда услышал8085 Аса609 слова1697 сии и пророчество,5016 сына Одеда5752 пророка,5030 то ободрился2388 и изверг5674 мерзости8251 языческие из всей земли776 Иудиной3063 и Вениаминовой1144 и из городов,5892 которые он взял3920 на горе2022 Ефремовой,669 и обновил2318 жертвенник4196 Господень,3068 который пред3942 притвором197 Господним.3068

9 И собрал6908 всего Иуду3063 и Вениамина1144 и живущих1481 с ними переселенцев1481 от Ефрема669 и Манассии4519 и Симеона;8095 ибо многие7230 от Израиля3478 перешли5307 к нему, когда увидели,7200 что Господь,3068 Бог430 его, с ним.

10 И собрались6908 в Иерусалим3389 в третий7992 месяц,2320 в пятнадцатый25686240 год8141 царствования4438 Асы;609

11 и принесли2076 в день3117 тот жертву2076 Господу3068 из добычи,7998 которую привели,935 из крупного1241 скота1241 семьсот76513967 и из мелкого6629 семь7651 тысяч;505

12 и вступили935 в завет,1285 чтобы взыскать1875 Господа3068 Бога430 отцов1 своих от всего сердца3824 своего и от всей души5315 своей;

13 а всякий, кто не станет1875 искать1875 Господа3068 Бога430 Израилева,3478 должен умереть,4191 малый6996 ли4480 он или большой,1419 мужчина376 ли или женщина.802

14 И клялись7650 Господу3068 громогласно14196963 и с восклицанием8643 и при звуке труб2689 и рогов.7782

15 И радовались8055 все Иудеи3063 сей клятве,7621 потому что от всего сердца3824 своего клялись7650 и со всем усердием7522 взыскали1245 Его, и Он дал4672 им найти4672 Себя. И дал5117 им Господь3068 покой5117 со5439 всех5439 сторон.5439

16 И Мааху,4601 мать517 свою, царь4428 Аса609 лишил5493 царского1377 достоинства1377 за то, что она сделала6213 истукан4656 для дубравы.842 И ниспроверг3772 Аса609 истукан4656 ее, и изрубил1854 в куски,1854 и сжег8313 на долине5158 Кедрона.6939

17 Хотя высоты1116 не были5493 отменены5493 у Израиля,3478 но сердце3824 Асы609 было вполне8003 предано Господу во все дни3117 его.

18 И внес935 он посвященное6944 отцом1 его и свое посвящение6944 в дом1004 Божий,430 серебро3701 и золото2091 и сосуды.3627

19 И не было войны4421 до тридцать7970 пятого2568 года8141 царствования4438 Асы.609

2 Chronicles

Chapter 15

1 AND the Spirit of the LORD came upon Azariah the son of Azor;

2 And he went out to meet Asa and said to him, Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: The LORD is with you for ever and ever; and if you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.

3 Now for a long time Israel has not served their God in truth and has not accepted the teaching of their priests and would not obey their laws; therefore they were delivered into the hand of their enemies.

4 But when in their distress they prayed to the LORD God of Israel and sought him, he was found by them.

5 And in those early times when we did not worship our God, there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in. because of great misfortune that came upon all the inhabitants of the land.

6 And we were scattered in every nation and people, and in towns and cities,

7 Because we had forsaken our God and would not listen to the voice of his servants, the prophets; so he rewarded us according to our works.

8 And when Asa heard these words of Azariah the son of Azor the prophet, he took courage and removed the idols from all the land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities which he had taken in the land of Ephraim, and he repaired the altar of the LORD that was in the front of the porch of the LORD.

9 And he gathered all Judah and Benjamin and the proselytes with them out of Ephraim and Manasseh and out of Simeon; for they gathered together and came to him out of Israel in abundance when they saw that the LORD his God was with him.

10 So they gathered themselves together at Jerusalem in the third month, in the fifteenth year of the reign of Asa.

11 And the same day they offered to the LORD of the spoil which they had brought, seven hundred oxen and six thousand sheep.

12 And they entered into a covenant to pray to the LORD God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul;

13 And that whosoever would not pray to the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

14 And they swore to the LORD with a loud voice, and with sounding of curved and straight trumpets.

15 And all Judah rejoiced at this report which they heard; for they sought him with all their heart and prayed to him with all their soul; and he was found by them, and he delivered them from all their enemies round about.

16 And also Maachah the mother of Asa he removed from being queen mother, because she had a feast to her idols; and Asa cut down her idols and burned them at the brook Kidron.

17 But the altars on the high places were not taken away out of Israel; nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect in the worship of the LORD his God all the days of his life.

18 And he brought into the house of the LORD the things that his father had dedicated and that he himself had dedicated, silver and gold and vessels.

19 And there was no more war until the thirty-fifth year of the reign of Asa.

3 Now for a long time Israel has not served their God in truth and has not accepted the teaching of their priests and would not obey their laws; therefore they were delivered into the hand of their enemies.

4 но когда он обратится7725 в тесноте6862 своей к Господу3068 Богу430 Израилеву3478 и взыщет1245 Его, Он даст4672 им найти4672 Себя.

4 But when in their distress they prayed to the LORD God of Israel and sought him, he was found by them.

5 В те времена6256 не будет мира7965 ни выходящему,3318 ни входящему,935 ибо великие7227 волнения4103 будут у всех жителей3427 земель;776

5 And in those early times when we did not worship our God, there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in. because of great misfortune that came upon all the inhabitants of the land.
