Второе Послание коринфянам

Глава 4

1 Вот почему, имея по милости Божьей это служение, мы не отчаиваемся.

2 Мы отвергаем любые нечестные методы, за которые бывает стыдно, мы никого не обманываем и не искажаем слово Божье. Напротив, мы открыто возвещаем истину, и пусть каждый человек судит нас в своей совести перед Богом.

3 Если для кого-то Радостная Весть, которую мы возвещаем, и закрыта, то только для тех, кто идет к погибели,

4 для неверующих, у которых бог этого мира ослепил умы, чтобы им не видеть света Радостной Вести о славе Христа, Который есть образ Бога.

5 Ведь мы возвещаем не самих себя, а Христа Иисуса как Господа, мы же — ваши слуги ради Иисуса.

6 Потому что Бог, сказавший: «Пусть из тьмы воссияет свет», и Сам есть тот Свет, Который светит в наших сердцах, давая нам знание славы Божьей, которая видна на лице Иисуса Христа.

7 Но это сокровище мы носим в глиняных сосудах и показываем, что эта выдающаяся сила исходит не от нас, а от Бога.

8 Нас теснят со всех сторон, но мы не стеснены; мы в отчаянных обстоятельствах, но не в отчаянии;

9 нас преследуют, но мы не покинуты; мы сильно побиты, но не убиты.

10 В нашем теле мы всегда носим смерть Иисуса, чтобы в нас была явлена и Его жизнь.

11 Мы, живые, все время предаемся смерти за Иисуса, чтобы и жизнь Иисуса была явлена в наших смертных телах.

12 Смерть совершает свою работу в нас ради того, чтобы в вас совершила свою работу жизнь!

13 А поскольку мы обладаем тем же духом веры — как написано: «Я верил, поэтому я и говорил», — мы тоже верим и поэтому говорим.

14 Мы знаем, что Тот, Кто воскресил Господа Иисуса, воскресит с Иисусом и нас и поставит перед Собой рядом с вами.

15 Все это к вашему благу, чтобы благодать, достигающая все большего и большего числа людей, усиливала благодарность, возносимую во славу Бога.

16 Поэтому мы не унываем. Если даже мы изнашиваемся физически, то внутренне мы изо дня в день обновляемся,

17 так как наши легкие и временные страдания — ничто по сравнению с весомой и вечной славой, которую они нам приносят.

18 Мы смотрим не на видимое, а на невидимое, потому что видимое временно, а невидимое вечно.

2 Corinthians

Chapter 4

2 But have renounced550 the hidden2927 things of dishonesty,152 not walking4043 in craftiness,3834 nor3366 handling1389 the word3056 of God2316 deceitfully;1389 but by manifestation5321 of the truth225 commending4921 ourselves1438 to every3956 man's444 conscience4893 in the sight1799 of God.2316

3 But if1499 our gospel2098 be hid,2572 it is hid2572 to them that are lost:622

4 In whom3739 the god2316 of this5127 world165 has blinded5186 the minds3540 of them which believe571 not, lest1519 the light5462 of the glorious1391 gospel2098 of Christ,5547 who3739 is the image1504 of God,2316 should shine826 to them.

5 For we preach2784 not ourselves,1438 but Christ5547 Jesus2424 the Lord;2962 and ourselves1438 your5216 servants1401 for Jesus'2424 sake.

6 For God,2316 who3588 commanded2036 the light5457 to shine2989 out of darkness,4655 has shined2989 in our hearts,2588 to give the light5462 of the knowledge1108 of the glory1391 of God2316 in the face4383 of Jesus2424 Christ.5547

7 But we have2192 this5126 treasure2344 in earthen3749 vessels,4632 that the excellency5236 of the power1411 may be of God,2316 and not of us.

8 We are troubled2346 on1722 every1722 3956 side, yet235 not distressed;4729 we are perplexed,639 but not in despair;1820

9 Persecuted,1377 but not forsaken;1459 cast2598 down,2598 but not destroyed;622

10 Always3842 bearing4064 about4064 in the body4983 the dying3500 of the Lord2962 Jesus,2424 that the life2222 also2532 of Jesus2424 might be made5319 manifest5319 in our body.4983

11 For we which3588 live2198 are always104 delivered3860 to death2288 for Jesus'2424 sake, that the life2222 also2532 of Jesus2424 might be made5319 manifest5319 in our mortal2349 flesh.4561

12 So5620 then3303 death2288 works1754 in us, but life2222 in you.

13 We having2192 the same846 spirit4151 of faith,4102 according2596 as it is written,1125 I believed,4100 and therefore1352 have I spoken;2980 we also2532 believe,4100 and therefore1352 speak;2980

14 Knowing1492 that he which raised1453 up the Lord2962 Jesus2424 shall raise1453 up us also2532 by Jesus,2424 and shall present3936 us with you.

15 For all3956 things are for your5209 sakes, that the abundant4121 grace5485 might through1223 the thanksgiving2169 of many4119 redound4052 to the glory1391 of God.2316

16 For which1352 cause1352 we faint1573 not; but though1499 our outward1854 man444 perish,1311 yet235 the inward2081 man is renewed341 day2250 by day.2250

17 For our light1645 affliction,2347 which3588 is but for a moment,3901 works2716 for us a far1519 5236 more1519 5236 exceeding1519 5236 and eternal166 weight922 of glory;1391

18 While we look4648 not at4648 the things which are seen,991 but at4648 the things which are not seen:991 for the things which are seen991 are temporal;4340 but the things which are not seen991 are eternal.166

6 Потому что Бог, сказавший: «Пусть из тьмы воссияет свет», и Сам есть тот Свет, Который светит в наших сердцах, давая нам знание славы Божьей, которая видна на лице Иисуса Христа.

7 Но это сокровище мы носим в глиняных сосудах и показываем, что эта выдающаяся сила исходит не от нас, а от Бога.
