Глава 11

1 Подражайте мне, как и я Христу.

2 А вас я хвалю за то, что всё мое помните и, как я передал вам, этих преданий держитесь.

3 Но хочу, чтобы вы знали, что всякому мужу глава есть Христос, а глава жене муж, а глава Христу Бог.

4 Всякий муж, молящийся или пророчествующий с покрытой головой, бесчестит свою голову;

5 а всякая жена, молящаяся или пророчествующая с непокрытой головой, бесчестит свою голову; ибо это то же, как если бы она была обритая.

6 Ибо, если жена не покрывается, пусть и стрижется. Если же стыдно жене стричься или бриться, пусть покрывается.

7 И как муж не должен покрывать себе голову, будучи образом и славою Бога, — так и жена есть слава мужа.

8 Ибо не муж от жены, но жена от мужа;

9 и, ведь, не создан был муж ради жены, но жена ради мужа.

10 Поэтому жена должна иметь на голове знак власти ради ангелов.

11 Впрочем, ни жена без мужа, ни муж без жены, — в Господе:

12 ибо, как жена от мужа, так и муж чрез жену; а всё — от Бога.

13 Рассудите сами, прилично ли жене молиться Богу с непокрытой головой?

14 И не сама ли природа нас учит, что если муж отпускает волосы, для него это — бесчестие,

15 а жена, если отпускает волосы, для неё это слава, потому что волосы даны ей вместо покрывала?

16 Если же кто думает спорить, то мы такого обычая не имеем, ни церкви Божии.

17 Но, давая предписание, я за то не хвалю, что собираетесь вы не на лучшее, а на худшее.

18 Ибо, во-первых, когда вы собираетесь как церковь, я слышу, что есть между вами разделения, и отчасти этому верю.

19 Ибо должна быть между вами и разность мнений, чтобы испытанные обнаружились между вами.

20 Поэтому, если вы и собираетесь вместе, — вы вечерю Господню не вкушаете.

21 Ибо каждый раньше других берет и ест свою собственную вечерю, и кто голоден, а кто пьян.

22 Разве нет у вас домов, чтобы есть и пить? Или церковью Божией пренебрегаете и заставляете стыдиться неимущих? Что скажу вам? Похвалю ли вас? За это не похвалю.

23 Ибо я принял от Господа и передал это вам, что Господь Иисус в ту ночь, когда Его предавали, взял хлеб,

24 и, возблагодарив, преломил и сказал: это есть Мое тело, ломимое за вас. Это делайте в воспоминание о Мне.

25 Также и чашу после вечери, говоря: эта чаша есть новый завет в Моей крови: делайте это всякий раз, как пьёте, в воспоминание о Мне.

26 Ибо всякий раз, как вы едите этот хлеб и пьёте чашу, — вы смерть Господа возвещаете, пока Он не придет.

27 Поэтому, кто ест хлеб и пьёт чашу Господа недостойно, тот будет виновен против тела и крови Господа.

28 Да испытывает человек себя, и так от хлеба да ест и от чаши да пьёт.

29 Ибо едящий и пьющий ест и пьёт осуждение себе, если не различает Тела.

30 Поэтому между вами много немощных и больных, и немало умерло.

31 И, если бы мы самих себя судили, мы не были бы судимы;

32 а будучи судимы, наказываемся Господом, чтобы не быть осуждёнными с миром.

33 Поэтому, братья мои, собираясь, чтобы есть, друг друга ждите.

34 Если кто голоден, пусть ест дома, чтобы не собираться вам на осуждение. Прочее устрою, как только приду.

1 TAKE example by me, even as I also fol low Christ.

2 Now I praise you, my brethren, that you remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances as I delivered them to you.

3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the wife is her husband; and the head of Christ is God.

4 Every man who prays or prophesies, having his head covered, dishonors his head.

5 And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered, dishonors her head: for she is equal to her whose head is shaven.

6 For if a woman does not cover her head, let her also cut off her hair; but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her cover her head. *

7 For a man indeed ought not cover his head, because he is the image and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of the man.

8 For the man was not created from the woman; but the woman was created from the man.

9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

10 For this reason the woman ought to be modest and cover her head, as a mark of respect to the angels.

11 Nevertheless, in our LORD, there is no preference between man and woman, neither between woman and man.

12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.

13 Judge for yourselves, Is it comely for a woman to pray to God with uncovered head?

14 Does not even nature itself teach you, that if a man have long hair, it is a disgrace to him?

15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

16 But if any man dispute these things, we have no precedent, neither has the church of God.

17 Now I give you these commands, not to praise you, for you have not made progress but have become worse.

18 First of all, when you gather in the church, I hear that there are divisions among you; and I partly believe it.

19 For controversies are bound to be among you, that those who are approved may be made manifest among you.

20 When you gather together therefore, you do not eat and drink as is appropriate on the day of our LORD.

21 But some men eat their supper before others: and so it happens that one is hungry and another is drunken.

22 Why? Have you not houses to eat and drink in? or do you not respect the church of God, and want to shame those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you? No, for this, I cannot praise you.#

23 For I myself received from our LORD that which I also delivered to you, That our LORD Jesus on that very night in which he was betrayed took bread:

24 And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, Take, eat; this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

25 Likewise after supper, he gave also the cup, and said, This cup is the new testament in my blood: do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.

26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you commemorate our LORD's death until he come.

27 Therefore whosoever shall eat of the LORD's bread, and drink of his cup unworthily, shall be guilty of the blood and body of the LORD.

28 For this reason, let a man examine himself, and so eat of this bread, and drink of this cup.

29 For he who eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks to his condemnation; for he does not discern the LORD's body.

30 This is the reason many are sick and ill among you, and many are dying.

31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged.

32 But when we are judged by our LORD, we are simply chastened, so that we may not be condemned with the world.

33 Hereafter, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another.

34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; so that you may not come together unto condemnation. As to the rest of the things I will instruct you when I come.

1 TAKE example by me, even as I also fol low Christ.

2 А вас я хвалю за то, что всё мое помните и, как я передал вам, этих преданий держитесь.

2 Now I praise you, my brethren, that you remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances as I delivered them to you.

3 Но хочу, чтобы вы знали, что всякому мужу глава есть Христос, а глава жене муж, а глава Христу Бог.

3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the wife is her husband; and the head of Christ is God.

4 Всякий муж, молящийся или пророчествующий с покрытой головой, бесчестит свою голову;

4 Every man who prays or prophesies, having his head covered, dishonors his head.

5 а всякая жена, молящаяся или пророчествующая с непокрытой головой, бесчестит свою голову; ибо это то же, как если бы она была обритая.

5 And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered, dishonors her head: for she is equal to her whose head is shaven.

6 Ибо, если жена не покрывается, пусть и стрижется. Если же стыдно жене стричься или бриться, пусть покрывается.

6 For if a woman does not cover her head, let her also cut off her hair; but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her cover her head. *

7 И как муж не должен покрывать себе голову, будучи образом и славою Бога, — так и жена есть слава мужа.

7 For a man indeed ought not cover his head, because he is the image and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of the man.

8 Ибо не муж от жены, но жена от мужа;

8 For the man was not created from the woman; but the woman was created from the man.

9 и, ведь, не создан был муж ради жены, но жена ради мужа.

9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

10 Поэтому жена должна иметь на голове знак власти ради ангелов.

10 For this reason the woman ought to be modest and cover her head, as a mark of respect to the angels.

11 Впрочем, ни жена без мужа, ни муж без жены, — в Господе:

11 Nevertheless, in our LORD, there is no preference between man and woman, neither between woman and man.

12 ибо, как жена от мужа, так и муж чрез жену; а всё — от Бога.

12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.

13 Рассудите сами, прилично ли жене молиться Богу с непокрытой головой?

13 Judge for yourselves, Is it comely for a woman to pray to God with uncovered head?

14 И не сама ли природа нас учит, что если муж отпускает волосы, для него это — бесчестие,

14 Does not even nature itself teach you, that if a man have long hair, it is a disgrace to him?

15 а жена, если отпускает волосы, для неё это слава, потому что волосы даны ей вместо покрывала?

15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

16 Если же кто думает спорить, то мы такого обычая не имеем, ни церкви Божии.

16 But if any man dispute these things, we have no precedent, neither has the church of God.

17 Но, давая предписание, я за то не хвалю, что собираетесь вы не на лучшее, а на худшее.

18 Ибо, во-первых, когда вы собираетесь как церковь, я слышу, что есть между вами разделения, и отчасти этому верю.

19 Ибо должна быть между вами и разность мнений, чтобы испытанные обнаружились между вами.

21 But some men eat their supper before others: and so it happens that one is hungry and another is drunken.

22 Разве нет у вас домов, чтобы есть и пить? Или церковью Божией пренебрегаете и заставляете стыдиться неимущих? Что скажу вам? Похвалю ли вас? За это не похвалю.

22 Why? Have you not houses to eat and drink in? or do you not respect the church of God, and want to shame those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you? No, for this, I cannot praise you.#

23 Ибо я принял от Господа и передал это вам, что Господь Иисус в ту ночь, когда Его предавали, взял хлеб,

23 For I myself received from our LORD that which I also delivered to you, That our LORD Jesus on that very night in which he was betrayed took bread:

24 и, возблагодарив, преломил и сказал: это есть Мое тело, ломимое за вас. Это делайте в воспоминание о Мне.

24 And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, Take, eat; this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

25 Также и чашу после вечери, говоря: эта чаша есть новый завет в Моей крови: делайте это всякий раз, как пьёте, в воспоминание о Мне.

25 Likewise after supper, he gave also the cup, and said, This cup is the new testament in my blood: do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.

26 Ибо всякий раз, как вы едите этот хлеб и пьёте чашу, — вы смерть Господа возвещаете, пока Он не придет.

26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you commemorate our LORD's death until he come.

27 Поэтому, кто ест хлеб и пьёт чашу Господа недостойно, тот будет виновен против тела и крови Господа.

27 Therefore whosoever shall eat of the LORD's bread, and drink of his cup unworthily, shall be guilty of the blood and body of the LORD.

28 Да испытывает человек себя, и так от хлеба да ест и от чаши да пьёт.

28 For this reason, let a man examine himself, and so eat of this bread, and drink of this cup.

29 Ибо едящий и пьющий ест и пьёт осуждение себе, если не различает Тела.

29 For he who eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks to his condemnation; for he does not discern the LORD's body.

30 Поэтому между вами много немощных и больных, и немало умерло.

30 This is the reason many are sick and ill among you, and many are dying.

31 И, если бы мы самих себя судили, мы не были бы судимы;

31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged.

32 а будучи судимы, наказываемся Господом, чтобы не быть осуждёнными с миром.

32 But when we are judged by our LORD, we are simply chastened, so that we may not be condemned with the world.

33 Поэтому, братья мои, собираясь, чтобы есть, друг друга ждите.

33 Hereafter, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another.

34 Если кто голоден, пусть ест дома, чтобы не собираться вам на осуждение. Прочее устрою, как только приду.

34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; so that you may not come together unto condemnation. As to the rest of the things I will instruct you when I come.
