2 Вы сами – наше письмо: письмо, записанное в наших сердцах, известное и читаемое всеми людьми. |
|
3 Все видят, что вы письмо Масиха, написанное в результате нашего служения не чернилами, а Духом живого Бога, и не на каменных плитках, а в человеческих сердцах. |
|
4 Такую уверенность мы имеем перед Всевышним через Масиха. |
|
5 И не потому, что у нас самих есть нечто особенное, некая заслуга; наши способности исключительно от Всевышнего. |
|
6 Он наделил нас способностью быть служителями нового священного соглашения. Данное соглашение – это не писаный Закон, нет, но оно от Духа. Ведь буква Закона убивает, а Дух даёт жизнь. |
|
7 Вспомните служение высеченному буквами на камнях Закону, которое принесло смерть. Оно было учреждено в такой славе, что исраильтяне не могли смотреть на сияющее лицо Мусы, хотя это сияние постепенно затухало. Если это служение пришло в такой славе, |
|
8 то разве не будет ещё славнее служение Духа? |
|
9 Если служение, которое осуждает человека, было окружено такой славой, то насколько же большей славой наделено служение, несущее человеку оправдание! |
|
10 То, что было окружено славой тогда, кажется уже не таким славным по сравнению с гораздо большей славой. |
|
11 И если временное было окружено славой, то насколько же славнее будет вечное! |
|
12 Итак, мы имеем такую надежду, которая вселяет в нас смелость, |
|
13 и мы не закрываем свои лица, как это делал Муса, чтобы исраильтяне не смотрели на угасание той славы. |
|
14 Но их умы закрыты и до сих пор, ведь когда они читают писания старого священного соглашения, это покрывало остаётся неснятым, потому что оно может быть снято только Масихом. |
|
15 По сегодняшний день, когда читается Таурат, сердца иудеев закрыты покрывалом. |
|
16 Но когда человек обращается к Вечному Повелителю, покрывало снимается. |
|
17 Вечный Повелитель – это Дух, и всюду, где обитает Дух Вечного Повелителя, – там свобода! |
|
18 И мы все с открытыми лицами видим, как в зеркале, сияние славы Вечного Повелителя и изменяемся, становясь всё больше похожими на Него. Его слава в нас всё возрастает, ведь она исходит от Самого Вечного Повелителя, а Он есть Дух! |

1 DO we begin again to commend our selves? Or do we need, as some other people, epistles of commendation concerning us written to you, or that you should write commending us? |
|
2 You are our epistle written in our hearts, well-known and read by all men: |
|
3 For you are known to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the spirit of the Living God; not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of the living heart. |
|
4 Such is the trust that we have through Christ toward God. |
|
5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our strength comes from God, |
|
6 Who has made us worthy to be ministers of the new covenant; not of the letter, but the Spirit: for the letter of the law punishes with death, but the Spirit gives life. |
|
7 Now if the ministration of death, as contained in the letter of the law and engraved on stones, was so glorious that the children of Israel could not look at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance; which glory was not lasting: |
|
8 Why then shall not the ministration of the Spirit be more glorious? |
|
9 For if there be glory in the ministration of condemnation, much more will the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. |
|
10 Just as that which was not glorious became glorified, in comparison with that, this excels in glory. |
|
11 For if that which was not lasting was glorious, much more glorious will that be which endures. |
|
12 Seeing therefore that we have such hope, we conduct ourselves bravely: |
|
13 And not as Moses who put a veil over his face, so that the children of Israel might not look upon the fulness of the glory which was not lasting: |
|
14 But their minds were blinded: for to this day, when the Old Testament is read, the same veil rests over them, and it is not known to them that the veil has been removed through Christ. |
|
15 But even unto this day, whenever the en_lbp_books of Moses are read, the veil is upon their hearts. |
|
16 Nevertheless whenever a man turns to the LORD, the veil is taken away. |
|
17 Now the LORD is that very Spirit: and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty. |
|
18 But we all, with open faces, see as in a mirror the glory of the LORD, and we shall be transformed into the same likeness, from one glory to another, just as the Spirit comes from the LORD. |
