Глава 22

1 И вновь Иисус обратился к ним в притчах:

2 «Представление о Царстве Небесном может дать то, что произошло с одним царем, который устроил для сына своего свадебный пир.

3 Он послал своих слуг собрать гостей, званных на пир, но те не захотели прийти.

4 Послал он других слуг, наказав им: „Скажите званым: вот, я приготовил обед мой. Быки мои и откормленный скот заколоты, всё готово. Приходите на свадебный пир!“

5 Но те опять оставили его слова без внимания. Иные из них разошлись: кто на поле свое, кто по торговым делам;

6 оставшиеся же схватили слуг его и, надругавшись, убили их.

7 Разгневанный царь послал войска свои, приказав истребить тех убийц, а город их сжечь.

8 А слугам своим потом сказал: „Свадебный пир готов, но гости, мной приглашенные, оказались его недостойны.

9 Ступайте же на распутья и, кого найдете, зовите на свадебный пир“.

10 Слуги пошли по дорогам и собрали всех, кого нашли: и злых и добрых. Зал наполнился наконец гостями.

11 Но когда царь вошел посмотреть на собравшихся, он увидел там человека, одетого не в свадебную одежду,

12 и спросил его: „Друг! Как случилось, что ты вошел сюда не в свадебной одежде?“ Тот молчал.

13 Тогда царь велел слугам: „Свяжите ему руки и ноги и выбросите его вон, во тьму: там будет плач и скрежет зубовный“.

14 Ибо много званых, но мало избранных».

15 Фарисеи ушли и сговорились о том, как им поймать Иисуса на слове.

16 Они подослали к Нему учеников своих вместе со сторонниками Ирода. «Учитель, мы знаем, что Ты истину говоришь, — сказали они, — и воистину по-Божьи жить учишь, не думая при этом угодить людям, кто бы они ни были.

17 Так скажи нам, как Ты считаешь: позволительно платить налог кесарю или нет?»

18 Но Иисус, зная их умысел злой, сказал: «Зачем расставляете Мне сети, лицемеры?

19 Покажите монету, которой платят налог». Они подали Ему денарий.

20 Иисус спросил их: «Чье это изображение и надпись?»

21 «Кесаря», — ответили они. «Так и отдавайте кесарево кесарю, а Божие — Богу», — сказал Он им.

22 Услышав это, они удивились и, оставив Его, ушли.

23 В тот день подошли к Нему саддукеи, которые утверждают, что нет никакого воскресения мертвых, и спросили Его:

24 «Учитель! Моисей сказал: „Если кто-нибудь умрет бездетным, то на вдове его должен жениться брат умершего и продолжить род брата своего“.

25 Было же у нас семь братьев. И первый, женившись, скончался бездетным и оставил жену своему брату.

26 То же случилось и со вторым, и с третьим, и со всеми семью.

27 А после всех умерла и та женщина.

28 В день, когда мертвые воскреснут, женой кому из этих семи она будет, ведь все они были ее мужьями?»

29 Иисус же ответил им: «Заблуждаетесь вы, не зная Писания и силы Божией.

30 После воскресения уже не женятся, не выходят замуж, но живут, как ангелы в Небе.

31 А что до воскресения мертвых, то неужели вы не читали того, что Бог вам сказал:

32 „Я — Бог Авраама, Бог Исаака и Бог Иакова“? Он — не мертвых Бог, а живых».

33 Услышав это, народ не переставал дивиться тому, как и чему Он учил.

34 Тогда фарисеи, услышав, что вынудил Он замолчать саддукеев, собрались вместе вокруг Него,

35 и один из них, [законник], испытывая Его, спросил:

36 «Учитель! Какая заповедь в Законе самая главная?»

37 Иисус сказал ему: «„Люби Господа, Бога своего, всем сердцем своим, всей душою своею и всем разумом своим“, —

38 вот первая и самая главная заповедь.

39 Вторая подобна ей: „Люби ближнего своего, как самого себя“.

40 Весь Закон и пророки на этих двух заповедях стоят».

41 Когда же вокруг собрались фарисеи, Иисус спросил у них:

42 «Что думаете вы о Мессии? Чей сын Он?» «Давидов», — ответили они.

43 «Если так, — сказал Иисус им на это, — почему же Давид, движимый Духом Божиим, называет Его Господом, говоря:

44 „Сказал Господь Господу моему: сядь по правую руку Мою, доколе не повергну врагов Твоих к ногам Твоим“?

45 Если Давид называет Его Господом, как же Он сын ему?»

46 И ни один из них не мог Ему на это ответить. С того дня никто уже больше не решался задавать Ему вопросы.

Matthew

Chapter 22

1 AND Jesus answered again by parables, and said,

2 The kingdom of heaven is like a king who gave a marriage-feast for his son.

3 And he sent his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage-feast, but they would not come.

4 Again he sent other servants and said, Tell those who are invited, Behold my supper is ready, and my oxen and fatlings are killed, and everything is prepared; come to the marriage- feast.

5 But they sneered at it, and went away, one to his field, another to his business;

6 And the rest seized his servants and insulted them, and killed them.

7 When the king heard it he was angry; and he sent out his armies and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

8 Then he said to his servants, Now the marriage-feast is ready, and those who were invited were unworthy.

9 Go, therefore, to the main roads, and whomever you may find, invite them to the marriage- feast.

10 So the servants went out to the roads and gathered together every one they could find, bad and good; and the wedding-house was filled with guests.

11 When the king entered to see the guests, he saw there a man who was not wearing wedding garments.

12 And he said to him, My friend, how did you enter here, when you do not have wedding garments? And he was speechless.

13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind his hands and his feet and take him out into darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

14 For many are invited, and few are chosen.

15 Then the Pharisees went away and took counsel how to trap him by a word.

16 So they sent to him their disciples together with the Herodians, and they said to him, Teacher, we know that you are true, and you teach the way of God justly; and you do not favor any man, for you do not discriminate between men.

17 Tell us, therefore, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay head-tax to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus knew their evil, and said, Why do you tempt me, O hypocrites?

19 Show me the head-tax penny. And they brought to him a penny.

20 And Jesus said to them, Whose is this image and inscription?

21 They said, Caesar's. He said to them, Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's.

22 And when they heard it, they were amazed; and they left him and went away.

23 That same day the Sadducees came and said to him, There is no resurrection of the dead; and they asked him,

24 And said to him, Teacher, Moses has told us, If a man die without sons, let his brother take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brothers; the first married and died, and because he had no sons, he left his wife to his brother.

26 Likewise the second, also the third, up to the seventh.

27 And after them all the woman also died.

28 Therefore at the resurrection, to which of these seven will she be a wife? for they all married her.

29 Jesus answered, and said to them, You err, because you do not understand the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For at the resurrection of the dead, they neither marry women, nor are women given to men in marriage, but they are like the angels of God in heaven.

31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, saying,

32 I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob? And yet God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

33 And when the people heard it, they were amazed at his teaching.

34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.

35 And one of them who knew the law, asked him, testing him,

36 Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said to him, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your power, and with all your mind.

38 This is the greatest and the first commandment.

39 And the second is like to it, Love your neighbor as yourself.

40 On these two commandments hang the law and the prophets.

41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,

42 And he said, What do you say concerning the Christ? whose son is he? They said to him, son of David.

43 He said to them, How is it then that David through the Spirit calls him Lord? For he said,

44 The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet.

45 If David then calls him Lord, how can he be his son?

46 And no man was able to answer him, and from that day no man dared to question him.

3 Он послал своих слуг собрать гостей, званных на пир, но те не захотели прийти.	3 And he sent his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage-feast, but they would not come.
4 Послал он других слуг, наказав им: „Скажите званым: вот, я приготовил обед мой. Быки мои и откормленный скот заколоты, всё готово. Приходите на свадебный пир!“	4 Again he sent other servants and said, Tell those who are invited, Behold my supper is ready, and my oxen and fatlings are killed, and everything is prepared; come to the marriage- feast.
5 Но те опять оставили его слова без внимания. Иные из них разошлись: кто на поле свое, кто по торговым делам;	5 But they sneered at it, and went away, one to his field, another to his business;

10 Слуги пошли по дорогам и собрали всех, кого нашли: и злых и добрых. Зал наполнился наконец гостями.	10 So the servants went out to the roads and gathered together every one they could find, bad and good; and the wedding-house was filled with guests.
11 Но когда царь вошел посмотреть на собравшихся, он увидел там человека, одетого не в свадебную одежду,	11 When the king entered to see the guests, he saw there a man who was not wearing wedding garments.
12 и спросил его: „Друг! Как случилось, что ты вошел сюда не в свадебной одежде?“ Тот молчал.	12 And he said to him, My friend, how did you enter here, when you do not have wedding garments? And he was speechless.
13 Тогда царь велел слугам: „Свяжите ему руки и ноги и выбросите его вон, во тьму: там будет плач и скрежет зубовный“.	13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind his hands and his feet and take him out into darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 Ибо много званых, но мало избранных».	14 For many are invited, and few are chosen.
15 Фарисеи ушли и сговорились о том, как им поймать Иисуса на слове.	15 Then the Pharisees went away and took counsel how to trap him by a word.
16 Они подослали к Нему учеников своих вместе со сторонниками Ирода. «Учитель, мы знаем, что Ты истину говоришь, — сказали они, — и воистину по-Божьи жить учишь, не думая при этом угодить людям, кто бы они ни были.	16 So they sent to him their disciples together with the Herodians, and they said to him, Teacher, we know that you are true, and you teach the way of God justly; and you do not favor any man, for you do not discriminate between men.
17 Так скажи нам, как Ты считаешь: позволительно платить налог кесарю или нет?»	17 Tell us, therefore, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay head-tax to Caesar, or not?
18 Но Иисус, зная их умысел злой, сказал: «Зачем расставляете Мне сети, лицемеры?	18 But Jesus knew their evil, and said, Why do you tempt me, O hypocrites?

20 Иисус спросил их: «Чье это изображение и надпись?»	20 And Jesus said to them, Whose is this image and inscription?
21 «Кесаря», — ответили они. «Так и отдавайте кесарево кесарю, а Божие — Богу», — сказал Он им.	21 They said, Caesar's. He said to them, Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's.
22 Услышав это, они удивились и, оставив Его, ушли.	22 And when they heard it, they were amazed; and they left him and went away.
23 В тот день подошли к Нему саддукеи, которые утверждают, что нет никакого воскресения мертвых, и спросили Его:	23 That same day the Sadducees came and said to him, There is no resurrection of the dead; and they asked him,
24 «Учитель! Моисей сказал: „Если кто-нибудь умрет бездетным, то на вдове его должен жениться брат умершего и продолжить род брата своего“.	24 And said to him, Teacher, Moses has told us, If a man die without sons, let his brother take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.
25 Было же у нас семь братьев. И первый, женившись, скончался бездетным и оставил жену своему брату.	25 Now there were with us seven brothers; the first married and died, and because he had no sons, he left his wife to his brother.
26 То же случилось и со вторым, и с третьим, и со всеми семью.	26 Likewise the second, also the third, up to the seventh.
27 А после всех умерла и та женщина.	27 And after them all the woman also died.
28 В день, когда мертвые воскреснут, женой кому из этих семи она будет, ведь все они были ее мужьями?»	28 Therefore at the resurrection, to which of these seven will she be a wife? for they all married her.
29 Иисус же ответил им: «Заблуждаетесь вы, не зная Писания и силы Божией.	29 Jesus answered, and said to them, You err, because you do not understand the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 После воскресения уже не женятся, не выходят замуж, но живут, как ангелы в Небе.	30 For at the resurrection of the dead, they neither marry women, nor are women given to men in marriage, but they are like the angels of God in heaven.
31 А что до воскресения мертвых, то неужели вы не читали того, что Бог вам сказал:	31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, saying,
32 „Я — Бог Авраама, Бог Исаака и Бог Иакова“? Он — не мертвых Бог, а живых».	32 I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob? And yet God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
33 Услышав это, народ не переставал дивиться тому, как и чему Он учил.	33 And when the people heard it, they were amazed at his teaching.
34 Тогда фарисеи, услышав, что вынудил Он замолчать саддукеев, собрались вместе вокруг Него,	34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.
35 и один из них, [законник], испытывая Его, спросил:	35 And one of them who knew the law, asked him, testing him,
36 «Учитель! Какая заповедь в Законе самая главная?»	36 Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?
37 Иисус сказал ему: «„Люби Господа, Бога своего, всем сердцем своим, всей душою своею и всем разумом своим“, —	37 Jesus said to him, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your power, and with all your mind.
