1 Corinthians

Chapter 15

1 MOREOVER, my brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, and which you have accepted, and for which you have stood firm;

2 By which also you are saved if you keep in remembrance that very word which I have preached to you, and if your conversion has not been in vain.

3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I had also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again on the third day according to the scriptures:

5 And that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve:

6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred brethren at once; of whom a great many are still living though some are dead.

7 And after that, he appeared to James; then to all the apostles.

8 And last of all he appeared to me also, ignorant and imperfectly developed as I was.

9 For I am the least of the apostles, and I am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.

10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace that is in me has not been in vain; for I labored more abundantly than them all: yet not I, but God's grace that is within me.

11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preached and so you believed.

12 Now if it is preached that Christ rose from the dead, how can some say among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13 And if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ also has not risen:

14 And if Christ is not risen, then is our preaching in vain, and your faith is also in vain;

15 And we are also found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ when he had not raised him.

16 For if the dead rise not, then neither did Christ rise:

17 And if Christ did not rise, your belief is in vain; and you are yet in your sins.

18 And also, then, those who have died in Christ have perished.

19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, then we are of all men most miserable.

20 But now we know Christ is risen from the dead and become the first-fruits of those who have died.

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they who belong to Christ at his coming.

24 Then will come the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule, and all authority, and power.

25 For he must reign till he has put all enemies under his feet.

26 And the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

27 For he has put all things under his feet. But when he said all things are put under him, it is clear that he, who put all things under him, is excepted.

28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him who put all things under him, so that God may be all in all.

29 Else, what shall they do who are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead?

30 And why do we continue to stand in danger every hour?

31 I swear by your pride, my brethren, which I have in our LORD Jesus Christ, I die daily.

32 If, after the manner of men, I were thrown to wild beasts at Eph'e-sus, what good would come to me, if the dead rise not? Let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die.

33 Do not be deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

34 Awake your hearts to righteousness and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I say this to your shame.

35 But some of you will say, How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?

36 Thou fool, the seed which you sow, is not quickened, except it die.

37 And that which you sow is not the body that shall be, but the bare grain; it may chance to be of wheat or barley, or some other seed.

38 But God gives it a body as it has pleased him, and to every seed, its own natural body.

39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of birds, and another of fishes.

40 There are also celestial bodies and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory.

42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

46 Howbeit, that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the LORD from heaven.

48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

50 Now this I say, my brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.

51 Behold, I tell you a mystery; We shall not all die, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, who has given us the victory through our LORD Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the LORD, for as much as you know that your labor is not in vain in the LORD.

Глава 15

1 А я объявляю вам, братья, то Евангелие, которое я благовествовал вам, которое вы и приняли, в котором и утвердились,

2 которым и спасаетесь. В этом смысле я благовествовал вам, если вы держитесь моего благовествования, если только вы не напрасно уверовали.

3 Ибо я передал вам во-первых то, что и принял: что Христос умер за грехи наши по Писаниям,

4 и что Он был погребён, и что Он воздвигнут в третий день по Писаниям,

5 и что Он явился Кифе, потом — Двенадцати;

6 затем свыше чем пятистам братьям одновременно, из которых большая часть доныне в живых, а некоторые почили;

7 затем явился Иакову, потом всем апостолам;

8 а после всех явился и мне, словно недоноску.

9 Ибо я наименьший из апостолов, я, который недостоин называться апостолом, потому что гнал Церковь Божию.

10 Но благодатию Божией я есмь то, что я есмь, и благодать Его во мне не оказалась тщетной, но я больше всех их потрудился, впрочем не я, но благодать Божия со мною.

11 Итак, я ли, они ли, — мы так проповедуем, и вы так уверовали.

12 Если же о Христе проповедуется, что Он восстал из мёртвых, — как говорят некоторые между вами, что нет воскресения мёртвых?

13 Если же нет воскресения мёртвых, — то и Христос не восстал;

14 а если Христос не восстал, тщетна наша проповедь, тщетна и вера ваша.

15 При этом мы оказываемся и лжесвидетелями о Боге, потому что свидетельствовали против Бога, что Он воздвиг Христа, Которого Он не воздвигал, если действительно мёртвые не восстают.

16 Ибо, если мёртвые не восстают, то и Христос не восстал.

17 А если Христос не восстал, напрасна вера ваша: вы еще во грехах ваших.

18 Значит и усопшие во Христе погибли.

19 Если мы в этой только жизни возложили надежду на Христа, — мы несчастнее всех людей.

20 Но Христос восстал из мёртвых, начаток усопших.

21 Ибо, поскольку чрез человека — смерть, чрез Человека и воскресение мёртвых.

22 Ибо, как в Адаме все умирают, так и во Христе все будут оживотворены.

23 Но каждый в своем чине: начаток Христос, затем Христовы в пришествие Его.

24 Потом конец, когда Он предает Царство Богу и Отцу, когда Он упразднит всякое начало и всякую власть и силу.

25 Ибо надлежит Ему царствовать до тех пор, пока Он не положит всех врагов под ноги Свои.

26 Как последний враг, упразднена будет смерть.

27 Ибо Бог всё подчинил под ноги Его. Когда же Он скажет, что всё подчинено, — ясно, что за исключением Подчинившего Ему всё.

28 Когда же подчинено Ему будет всё, тогда и Сам Сын будет подчинен Подчинившему Ему всё, чтобы был Бог всё во всём.

29 Потому что, иначе, что будут делать те, которые принимают крещение за мёртвых? Если мёртвые вообще не восстают, почему же принимают крещение за них?

30 Для чего и мы подвергаемся опасностям ежечасно?

31 Я каждый день умираю: клянусь, братья, похвалою вашей, которую я имею во Христе Иисусе, Господе нашем.

32 Если я из человеческих побуждений боролся со зверями в Ефесе, какая мне польза? Если мёртвые не восстают, будем есть и пить, ибо завтра умрём!

33 Не заблуждайтесь: Дурное общество развращает добрые нравы.

34 Отрезвитесь, как должно, и не грешите. Ибо некоторые не имеют знания Бога: к стыду вашему говорю.

35 Но скажет кто-нибудь: как восстают мёртвые и в каком теле они приходят?

36 Неразумный! то, что ты сеешь, не может быть оживотворено, если не умрёт.

37 И то, что ты сеешь, не тело будущее ты сеешь, но голое зерно, какое случится, пшеничное или другое какое.

38 Но Бог дает ему тело, какое Он захотел дать, и каждому семени — свое тело.

39 Не всякая плоть — та же плоть, но одна — у людей, другая плоть — у скотов, другая плоть — у птиц, другая — у рыб.

40 И есть тела небесные, и есть тела земные, но иная слава небесных, иная слава земных.

41 Одна слава солнца, и другая слава луны, и другая слава звёзд; и звезда от звезды отличается славой.

42 Так и воскресение мёртвых: сеется в тлении, восстает в нетлении;

43 сеется в бесчестии, восстает в славе; сеется в немощи, восстает в силе.

44 Сеется тело душевное, восстает тело духовное. Если есть тело душевное, есть и духовное.

45 Так и написано: стал первый человек, Адам, душою живою; последний Адам — духом животворящим.

46 Но не духовное прежде, а душевное, затем духовное.

47 Первый человек — от земли из праха; второй Человек — с неба.

48 Каков тот, кто из праха, таковы и те, кто из праха, и каков Небесный, таковы и небесные;

49 и как мы носили образ того, кто из праха, так и будем носить и образ Небесного.

50 Но то говорю вам, братья, что плоть и кровь Царства Божия наследовать не могут, и тление нетления не наследует.

51 Вот я говорю вам тайну: все мы не умрём, но будем все изменены,

52 вдруг, во мгновение ока, при последней трубе; ибо вострубит она, и мёртвые будут воздвигнуты нетленными, и мы будем изменены.

53 Ибо надо, чтобы это тленное естество облеклось в нетление, и это смертное естество облеклось в бессмертие.

54 Когда же это тленное естество облечётся в нетление, и это смертное естество облечётся в бессмертие, тогда сбудется слово написанное: поглощена смерть победою.

55 Где, смерть, твоя победа? Где, смерть, твое жало?

56 Жало же смерти — грех, а сила греха — Закон.

57 Но Богу — благодарение, дающему нам победу Господом нашим Иисусом Христом.

58 Итак, братья возлюбленные, твёрдыми будьте, непоколебимыми, всегда преизобилующими в деле Господа, зная, что труд ваш не тщетен в Господе.

10 Но благодатию Божией я есмь то, что я есмь, и благодать Его во мне не оказалась тщетной, но я больше всех их потрудился, впрочем не я, но благодать Божия со мною.

11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preached and so you believed.

11 Итак, я ли, они ли, — мы так проповедуем, и вы так уверовали.

12 Now if it is preached that Christ rose from the dead, how can some say among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

12 Если же о Христе проповедуется, что Он восстал из мёртвых, — как говорят некоторые между вами, что нет воскресения мёртвых?

13 And if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ also has not risen:

13 Если же нет воскресения мёртвых, — то и Христос не восстал;

14 And if Christ is not risen, then is our preaching in vain, and your faith is also in vain;

14 а если Христос не восстал, тщетна наша проповедь, тщетна и вера ваша.

15 And we are also found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ when he had not raised him.

15 При этом мы оказываемся и лжесвидетелями о Боге, потому что свидетельствовали против Бога, что Он воздвиг Христа, Которого Он не воздвигал, если действительно мёртвые не восстают.

16 For if the dead rise not, then neither did Christ rise:

16 Ибо, если мёртвые не восстают, то и Христос не восстал.

17 And if Christ did not rise, your belief is in vain; and you are yet in your sins.

17 А если Христос не восстал, напрасна вера ваша: вы еще во грехах ваших.

18 And also, then, those who have died in Christ have perished.

18 Значит и усопшие во Христе погибли.

19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, then we are of all men most miserable.

19 Если мы в этой только жизни возложили надежду на Христа, — мы несчастнее всех людей.

20 But now we know Christ is risen from the dead and become the first-fruits of those who have died.

20 Но Христос восстал из мёртвых, начаток усопших.

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

21 Ибо, поскольку чрез человека — смерть, чрез Человека и воскресение мёртвых.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

22 Ибо, как в Адаме все умирают, так и во Христе все будут оживотворены.

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they who belong to Christ at his coming.

23 Но каждый в своем чине: начаток Христос, затем Христовы в пришествие Его.

24 Then will come the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule, and all authority, and power.

24 Потом конец, когда Он предает Царство Богу и Отцу, когда Он упразднит всякое начало и всякую власть и силу.

25 For he must reign till he has put all enemies under his feet.

25 Ибо надлежит Ему царствовать до тех пор, пока Он не положит всех врагов под ноги Свои.

26 And the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

26 Как последний враг, упразднена будет смерть.

27 For he has put all things under his feet. But when he said all things are put under him, it is clear that he, who put all things under him, is excepted.

27 Ибо Бог всё подчинил под ноги Его. Когда же Он скажет, что всё подчинено, — ясно, что за исключением Подчинившего Ему всё.

28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him who put all things under him, so that God may be all in all.

28 Когда же подчинено Ему будет всё, тогда и Сам Сын будет подчинен Подчинившему Ему всё, чтобы был Бог всё во всём.

29 Else, what shall they do who are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead?

29 Потому что, иначе, что будут делать те, которые принимают крещение за мёртвых? Если мёртвые вообще не восстают, почему же принимают крещение за них?

30 And why do we continue to stand in danger every hour?

30 Для чего и мы подвергаемся опасностям ежечасно?

31 I swear by your pride, my brethren, which I have in our LORD Jesus Christ, I die daily.

31 Я каждый день умираю: клянусь, братья, похвалою вашей, которую я имею во Христе Иисусе, Господе нашем.

36 Неразумный! то, что ты сеешь, не может быть оживотворено, если не умрёт.

37 И то, что ты сеешь, не тело будущее ты сеешь, но голое зерно, какое случится, пшеничное или другое какое.

38 But God gives it a body as it has pleased him, and to every seed, its own natural body.

38 Но Бог дает ему тело, какое Он захотел дать, и каждому семени — свое тело.

39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of birds, and another of fishes.

39 Не всякая плоть — та же плоть, но одна — у людей, другая плоть — у скотов, другая плоть — у птиц, другая — у рыб.

42 Так и воскресение мёртвых: сеется в тлении, восстает в нетлении;

43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

43 сеется в бесчестии, восстает в славе; сеется в немощи, восстает в силе.

44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

44 Сеется тело душевное, восстает тело духовное. Если есть тело душевное, есть и духовное.

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

45 Так и написано: стал первый человек, Адам, душою живою; последний Адам — духом животворящим.

46 Howbeit, that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

46 Но не духовное прежде, а душевное, затем духовное.

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the LORD from heaven.

47 Первый человек — от земли из праха; второй Человек — с неба.

48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

48 Каков тот, кто из праха, таковы и те, кто из праха, и каков Небесный, таковы и небесные;

49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

49 и как мы носили образ того, кто из праха, так и будем носить и образ Небесного.

50 Now this I say, my brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.

50 Но то говорю вам, братья, что плоть и кровь Царства Божия наследовать не могут, и тление нетления не наследует.

51 Behold, I tell you a mystery; We shall not all die, but we shall all be changed,

51 Вот я говорю вам тайну: все мы не умрём, но будем все изменены,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

52 вдруг, во мгновение ока, при последней трубе; ибо вострубит она, и мёртвые будут воздвигнуты нетленными, и мы будем изменены.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

53 Ибо надо, чтобы это тленное естество облеклось в нетление, и это смертное естество облеклось в бессмертие.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

54 Когда же это тленное естество облечётся в нетление, и это смертное естество облечётся в бессмертие, тогда сбудется слово написанное: поглощена смерть победою.

55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?

55 Где, смерть, твоя победа? Где, смерть, твое жало?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

56 Жало же смерти — грех, а сила греха — Закон.

57 But thanks be to God, who has given us the victory through our LORD Jesus Christ.

57 Но Богу — благодарение, дающему нам победу Господом нашим Иисусом Христом.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the LORD, for as much as you know that your labor is not in vain in the LORD.

58 Итак, братья возлюбленные, твёрдыми будьте, непоколебимыми, всегда преизобилующими в деле Господа, зная, что труд ваш не тщетен в Господе.
